He never actually starts in normal mode - even if it's on the normal radio button (sometimes it's on another option such as 'selective' or 'diagnostic'. Sometimes, I get a window on early upsaying that I am in the "diagnostic" mode and tells me to go up to the normal startup. I have it, but it doesn't fix it.

  I also cannot run a lot of things and, for example, cannot play music on YouTube. I tried Windows update also, but it does not work.

  If you restart the computer, also restarts in Mode safe?

  Start button > Search box, type msconfig > press the Enter key > at the top, click on Startup tab > make sure that there is no check mark in the security box boot > if so, uncheck it > make sure there is NO checkmark anywhere in this window > click Ok when finished.

  Also check the control - Mouse - touchpad settings panel.

  You can also try this:

  The driver tab - click on Update Driver (which is may not make anything like MS is far behind certifying)
  (drivers), now right CLICK on the touchpad and UNINSTALL.

  Then go to the USB and UNINSTALL ALL controllers except the category itself (all in).
