  However, if I have 4-5 buttons every thing work towards the top, down etc but the script does not work then link do not OUP page...

  Your instance names must match those that you use in the code.  The name of the instance provides the means for code assignment and control objects.  If you have btn1 as instance name, the code for this button should use this name...

  Think of it in terms of talking to the touch... you gave this button name "btn1", so your code needs to say "Hey, btn1, this.

  In addition, in order to keep things clean for yourself, you must create a layer for actionscript, where you take all the code you are currently distributed through the layers of each button and move to that layer.  I often create some to separate the different types of actionscript, variables, functions, actions, but you can do what suits you best.  But having it on separate layers makes it easier to find and manage.

• Need QUICK help with XP Recovery Console

  My computer has rejected the slightest error and says to insert disk at startup to enter R for repair through the repair console and windows (he said I was missing a windows / file fat32.) I followed these instructions and it took me to the recovery console which someone else told me to enter chkdsk/r at the command prompt I did and he told me that the volume appears to contain one or more unrecoverable problems. All solutions on how to solve this problem or what might be the problem or maybe I'm not in the right order? Please help me soon I have files on this computer, that I need.

  Start the computer with a Linux Livecd such as Knoppix or a Bart PE and copy the data files on an external hard drive or USB key. Then test the hard drive as it looks to be a failure.

• New Member, need video help

  Hello world. I'm new to the forum, but not new ThinkPad. I recently bought a pair of R40 on ebay with display, as well as problems of an additional LCD screen, and they are kind of stumping me. They have all two screens 15 ". Any help/info would be appreciated.

  The 'work' is a 2681-L7U. When I first installed windows on it, it would work very well for a while, then he would have a slight video distortion which would go when I moved the display back. So I decided to share with the new LCD, and now the distortion becomes terrible. The problem is, however, the distortion disappears as soon as I turn off the power, then run out of battery. I have only a power supply. Food would be the problem?

  The other is a 2682-MU3. It is difficult to describe what is wrong, but I think it has a LCD display do not match. He seems to be an excessive amount of space between the black pixels. The LCD screen that was installed was an IBM P/N 11 p 8344, so I took the LCD I removed from the laptop to work with IBM P/N 11 p 8343 and who does not display anything at all. These two are SXGA screens, and there the cable installed SXGA (P/N 08 K 4070) I wonder if he can do standard XGA.

  This kind of thing is much easier to do if you have a clean plate to start. What this means, is that you shoot the guy offering the shot without that person in the scene, then pushes the guy kicked in a similar place to the same angle of the Sun and the same angle and distance front he camera so that it is easy to cut. A portable green screen can be useful here.

  Now just cut your kicked out and do a little roto for the kicker so her foot can be in front of the kicked and animate away. Not difficult in practice, but without a good production planning and a little common sense the sequences of shooting a hard sell effect. I did not buy one in the clip as plausible sample. It's cute, but no plausible due to several problems that I will not go into right now. If I'm the ranking the effects as a composition of university level project, I'd give it a C.

• Need serious help with FPS on COD4

  Here's my situation.  I have two PC that I built and played COD4 for a year.  The only main I have on average 250 fps in multiplayer mode and the other 130 fps.  I got an internet problem with my modem which is triggered my whole system.  My ESET Smart Security block the connection if my firewall is enabled and was just a difficult fix, but somehow, I got all my internet running so I went to open COD4.  Got into the game and I got a max of 40 fps on pc and it has been on COD5 too.

  I think that it is a network problem, because when I join a server my use of the network in the Task Manager go ever higher. 08% when in a server.  I reinstalled COD4.  I don't think it would be hardware or operating system because they two different PC have been hit by the same problem after problem with my modem.  All of my graphics wise parameters are the same as they were before.

  I really don't think it's a hardware problem, because I can play solo at 300 fps yet and I'm averaging 25 fps in multiplayer mode on two different PCs.  It seems that something is wrong with my network, but my speedtest and browsing results are fine.

  Any suggestions?

  Thank you for using answers Forum.

  If it happens on separate computers, chances are it's a frame with your router.
  The fact that your getting 300 FPS with no. network activity and low number in a multiplayer server is also an indicator that the network appears to be trolling.

  If your able to achieve normal speeds through your browser, this means generally that it is a firewall try to block multiplayer port.

  I recommend that you check the settings of your modem and router to see if a firewall is causing the problem.

  make a swf as a holder. call the main.fla file main.swf.
  Embed this file in your html document. This button in place of the file with the
  the following measures:

  on (release) {}
  loadMovieNum ("second.swf", 1);
  }

  in this file have a button with the action to load the 3rd file:

  on (release) {}
  loadMovieNum ("3rd.swf", 1);
  }

  by charging them at the same level (1), they replace each other.
  Pretty simple... uh?

  Me bad.  Let me explain.  You need a PA running an IOS (aka autonomous) autonomous.

• Need quick help with a vector mask

  I have a red circle with a white arrow inside/on it. I want to create a vector mask that makes the whole image transparent where the arrow is, as if the red circle is a wall and the white arrow is a window. The rest should just be a red circle with an arrow inside hole. How can I do that using my existing forms?

  It's pretty easy

  merge the two layers

  Select the white arrow in the Quick Selection tool and remove this part.

  Now, you'll get what you ask.

  You can create a copy of both layers first to test this.

• Need urgent help with QLE220 HBA

  Hi all.

  I have 3 servers Dell R810 with QLE220 HBA.

  The problem with the HBAs, is that the ESXi 5.1 cannot recognize them.

  
  The first thing you are going to answer is that these HBAs is not officially on the HCL, and I am aware of that.

  However, my servers are only 2 years old and I'm guessing I'm not the only one with the problem.

  Dell said they officially support ESXi 5.1 on this type of server, and Yes, in my installation I used the custom dell CD/DVD.

  However there is no drivers for these HBAs on CD/DVD.

  I looked everywhere in the forii and discussion groups all over the Internets, and so far I've found moderately useful links:

  I installed it using the update and installed Manager allright, however there was no mention of the driver for my HBA.

  I feel that the solution lies somewhere in this direction, but I'm baffled by this error.

  I understand that VMware may have implemented an option in 5.1 to prevent manipulation or rooting, however, I must point out that the driver signing

  I am really desperate about this.

  Please don't tell me to go sort it out with Dell or the guy who sold you the servers.
