  • Problems of wireless with my Satellite A505

    Hello people,

I have a Satellite A505 which uses a Realtek RTL8191SE wireless network card. Recently, I had connectivity problems with my home router. This configuration used to work perfectly, but recently, I had a problem where I won't be able to connect to my router wireless access point. Reset the adapter does not solve the problem, or don't restart.

I found that my router reboot solves the problem, I am able to login after the reboot of the router. I have not had this problem on any of the other devices or laptops in my house and never had this problem until last month. I tried to do a factory reset on my router in order to ensure that some recent changes in our setup of the router were not to blame, but the problem persists even with a clean slate.

    Ideas for what to do?

    Thank you!

    Hello

    >... and never had this problem until the last month or more
Do you use WLAN driver from Toshiba support page?
I ask this question because I noticed that under Win7 driver for this wireless network card is offered as optional update. Maybe this update is installed, and now you have this problem.
If possible, try to roll back OS a few weeks back and check if the problem persists.

PS: the drivers for the wireless network card I downloaded from the official website of toshiba are the same as the drivers I have on cd

    Hi coots

I'm not sure but I think that your machine is delivered without wireless card. Did build in one?

There is possibility to expand your laptop with wireless card and in this case, you can download driver. Please be careful with the drivers. Ago on the Toshiba site driver for Wireless LAN card produced by Toshiba.

  • Network with wireless bridge and Repeater cable

    Hello

I'm about to set up a network composed of 3 routers. The first router R1 is in the basement of my house, the second router R2 is on the first floor and the third router R3 is on the second floor. My goal is to have a single network in the House full (no subnetting) and wifi available at the 1. and 2. floor - so that I can spend on these two floors with no disturbance.

R1 connects to the ISP. R1 is a DHCP server for the local network. It has the IP 192.168.0.1 and creates the 192.168.0.0 network. All devices on the network should have an IP address in the range of 192.168.0.1 - 254. WiFi is turned off. It should be possible to connect a wired switch, then the computers to the switch.

R2 has a wired to R1. R2 should work as a wireless access point. DHCP on the router must be switched off. Units to connect to this access point should get their IP address from the DHCP server on R1 (or they have a static IP address).

R3 is a Repeater that extends the network R2 wireless.

My question - what type of routers must choose which supported this configuration (R1, R2, R3))? In particular, I don't know how to configure R2 and R3.

The routers are DHCP server that manages the network IP address. If you connect two routers, you disable the DHCP server on the 2nd router and set up as a simple access point whose IP address is within the range of the main router (cascaded via LAN to LAN), or you can change the IP address of the router 2nd at a different range and keep its active DHCP server (cascading through the LAN to WAN).

Here is an article that would explain it better:

  • How can I manually remove a network adapter wireless, hidden and corrupt "Network connections" in Windows 7?

I need to locate and remove a network hidden in Windows 7 device manually.  The device is called "Wireless network connection" but does not appear in network connections.  The reason why I know that its there is when I try to rename "Wireless Network Connection 2" to "Wireless network connection" I get an error that the connection already exists, even if the device has been uninstalled and is not listed.  I have to remove this connection because it is completely corrupt and preventing any wireless with a red X in the system tray.  The adapter works fine on another machine.  I tried showing hidden devices in device but Manager that has not worked.

Open a command line window and type the following two lines:

    Set devmgr_show_nonpresent_devices = 1
    Start devmgmt.msc

In this special Device Manager window. in the menu, click view and then Show hidden devices

Unwanted devices will appear dimmed. You right-click on them from there and uninstall them.

Then return to your network center and rename your adapters for what you want without the sign #.

  • I am able to network a wireless laptop and a new Vizio TV with WiFi built-in?

original title: can I phone network wifi and tv

I have a toshiba laptop computer wifi and verizon wireless broadband router.  bought vizio tv with wifi (vizio called "via").  I can access the WiFi directly from the tv through the presets 'widgets', for example, facebook, twitter, netflix.  can I network the laptop and the tv via wifi.  for example can I wireless use the TV as a screen to the laptop.  I know that I can use ports vga to do this, but thought that maybe there was a way to wirelessly connect their.

    Hello

As the laptop and the Vizio are connected by wireless network they can only connect with what is available via the network interface.

If the Vizio is capable of outputting its Visual TV content via the Wiereless connection, then it would be possible to look at the picture on the laptop.

Check with support from Vizio if such output available

  • Reinstalling Drivers Satellite A505 on Vista without an internet connection

I want to reinstall vista on my Satellite A505. I have the cd and registration key, but I don't have the driver cd (or rather, I have it but for some reason it does not work). With a new installation, vista has no drivers for my laptop, including the driver for my wireless card, internet connection AND when I connect directly via ethernet cable. I have an external hard drive that I can use to transfer files from a computer with an internet connection, but whenever I click on the downloaded drivers, it seems that it works but it doesn't. Y at - it something I am doing wrong?

    Confusing story.

If I understood you right you have downloaded all the drivers and saved on the external HARD drive. Then you have connected this external HARD disk to your A505 and you attempt to start the driver installation, but nothing happens. Can you confirm this?

Which driver you want to install first? I just want to download and check if the installation program will start correctly.

  • HP 15-r211na: network drivers not install it so impossible to connect wirelessly to the internet

I just bought the HP notebook 15-r211na and cannot install the network drivers.

Initially, the network drivers do not appear to be installed on the laptop as when I went to the device, under 'Network adapters' Manager, the only thing that he was 'Realtek PCle FE Family Controller.

Since then, I have connected the laptop to my router via an ethernet cable and tried to download and install six network drivers on the site of hp for this laptop, but this did not succeed because it made no difference.

I did it by using the following link: http://support.hp.com/gb-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-15-r200-notebook-pc-series/7486447/model/7633564

Do you have any ideas on what to do next?

    Thanks in advance.

    You are the very welcome.

If your laptop is still under warranty, contact HP technical support to the country that you live in the link below.

    http://WWW8.HP.com/us/en/contact-HP/WW-contact-us.html

While I'm not a training or trade PC repair technology, your screenshot shows no evidence of any material without wire being installed - with or without a driver.

The most likely cause would be the wireless card has failed and must be replaced.

  • Impossible to install network drivers and pci drivers

    Hello

Today, I bought a new laptop, HP 255 G3. Freshly installed windows 7 64 bit and started installing the drivers for it. Most of them said "minimum requirements has not met" and they do not complete the installation. I check the FAQ on the HP website and it said that this means that the software installation is not necessary.  I proceeded to install network controller.

But it just wotn work. I install it properly and everything. In Device Manager it says that my network controller and my PCI device are not properly installed, they have a yellow sign next to them.

I followed the instructions to install driver from the HP Web site, properly entered on my version of Windows and all, but I don't know what to do. Help, please.

  • Satellite M30-107 - guard wireless disconnect and never connects

My Toshiba Satellite M30-107 with Intel (r) PRO/Wireless 2200BG Network connection is not connect wirelessly. I know that there is no hardware problem, because I used this laptop to different wireless networks in the past, and just recently I formatted my laptop using the recovery disk Toshiba gave with it.

I set up the wireless entering the SSID and network key. But the wireless connects with the Excellent signal is only for a second and then disconnects, then reconnects, disconnects. After doing this for a while, it remains offline.

How can I do to connect and stay connected as it should?

It is not easy to say why all this happens. I also think that your laptop works well, then maybe you should check the router. Reboot the router and check the WLAN connection again.

For a moment turn off WLAN protection and check if the same problem happens without entering the network key.
Setting router to run on 802. 11 b / g only and check again.

Play with these settings. Have you bought a new router? I mean if everything was OK in the past I m wondering why you are facing this problem now.

Help, please! Recently purchased new L300D - 12U of Germany with the German version of Vista Home Premium.

It connects to the internet by cable, but cannot connect wireless.

Has found a wireless network - when asked why not found a wireless network? got an answer 'no wireless network adapter installed and configured' and ' install wireless network equipment and of course this exact drivers are responsible "(this my translation from the German)...

What should I do? Is it possible, that there is no material? I have the switch on the front of the laptop Wireless 'ON '.

I'm a beginner and this is my first experience with radio, so I'd appreciate any help. Thank you and best what is the Slovenia!

    Hello

First laptop was equipped with a wireless network adapter and you are right; It is a Realtek WLan card!

Please check first if the WLan card is properly recognized in Device Manager.
In the area of network adapters you should t see any yellow exclamation point.

Second, the wireless network card must be activated using the Ant to switch the WLan on the side of s for laptop and pressing the FN + F8 key combination.

Then the WiFi network must be enabled and you can configure it!

  • Satellite A200-1DN - network drivers of Windows XP Home edition for imaging

(By an employee of the State), we have a number of laptop Toshiba Satellite A200-1DN.
How many they are, we expect the image to reduce labor overhead for the updates and maintenance, etc..

However, the drivers despite the WXP is finally out, they contain no instructions as to which files
to implement the image so that the network drivers works.

Any help or pointing to a set of instructions are much appreciated.
    R price

    Hello

Looks like the Satellite A200-1DN would belong to the series of PSAE0E.
You must choose the XP drivers exactly for the A200 series. That s important!

AFAIK the notebooks also supports the Realtek RTL8101 Family Fast EthernetLAN chip.

If you want you can try to install the original XP driver from the site Web of Realtek. It should also run.

    Good luck

  • Do I need to download the network drivers all Intel 7260, 1601 Dell and Dell 1506 available for my laptop?

I reinstalled my OS and I'm trying to develop the correct order for installing the driver. I went to the bottom of the list that Dell suggested, but am stuck at the network drivers. There are eight for me to download: driver Intel 7260 WiFi Utility Intel 7260 WiDi, Diagnostics of Intel, Dell Wireless 1601 when App Device Manager, driver wireless Dell Wireless 1506, Dell Wireless 1601 WiFI + Bluetooth driver, Intel 7260 Bluetooth App and network Ethernet drivers.

Do I really need all of them? I'm fighting to understand even contained drivers for my system, I actually need. I'm not an IT Pro!

No, you system knows variants in maps wireless depending on the area and the time of purchase...

Provide the ID of the network controllers material and I can identify what card you have, see the instructions here:
