  I used QuickPull Lite on my Storm 4.70... QuickPull Lite version was 2.2.1.  I've updated my Storm to 5.0.  Now I want to install QuickPull Lite 3.5, but my only option via Blackberry App World My Storm is the 2.2.1 version.  Why can't I install version 3.5!  I need to install 2.2.1 then upgrade to 3.5?  What happens if the 2.2.1 is incompatible (with OS 5)?  Any ideas?

  The list of applications that you see on this catalogue is the list complete and unfiltered applications for all BB models. The list that you see in the interface for device is filtered for your specific device model and the OS. So what you see in the interface for device is a subset - and it is they who are at your disposal. If a developer does not release an app/version for your device, it does not display in your device to AppWorld interface, although it has shown in the web catalogue.

  I'd say go ahead and Unarchive/reinstall the earlier version. Then go to MyWorld and it will show you if there is an update... If so, update. Then, as the old version is now replaced by the new in MyWorld, you can still archive it like the old version will have been erased.

  It it gives you problems, there are other tricks to try...

  What version of Mac OS do you have? I guess it's 10.6.8 which is not supported by the App Builder. You need to update to a newer version of Mac OS.

  There has been a lot of problems using svn with dw, and I know many people who have stopped trying to operate correctly.

  As much as I know dw will not work with newer versions of svn (over 1.5), and even then, there are a lot of problems, a possible solution is to try subweaver (at- http://code.google.com/p/subweaver/ ), as this has solved some of the problems associated with the use of tsvn dw environment.

  Start by:

  Reset the PRAM and NVRAM on your Mac.

  Reinstall El Capitan without erasing the drive

  Joanne, please remove your current installation of Photoshop Lightroom by using the uninstall program located in the/Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers.

  You will then want to download Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5.7.1 of Adobe - Lightroom: for Macintosh.  The update contains the entire application.  Photoshop Lightroom cannot be installed through the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop application and still be allowed with a serial number.

As I drove deep into the logs, I noticed that the riwTDBup.sh of ended not because it could not open the database. I noticed that riwTDBup.sh called sets in environment in $INST_HOME/ora/10.1.2/ and then tries to start a receiver located at $INST_HOME/ora/10.1.2/network/admin - this is where I see that no listener has been created. A tnsnames.ora is there but no listener. So I went to $ADMIN_SCRIPTS and I try to manually start the receiver and although his place as well and it is said that there is no listener for APPS_VIS. How is it, my interlocutor is not be created and can someone tell me what am I did not right, why it is constantly at the end of the installation.   I'm mad at myself. After having sitting just think and get back to the basics... Why my application server cannot connect to my database, especially after the fact that I did this install successfully before? After decision on the fact that both servers could talk to each other, a light bulb off, I knew it was something blocking the connection and then I thought about it. LOL, that was the firewalls. I deleted the application server and restart installation with two disabled firewalls and it worked even fix the error of libgcc_s.so, installing crossed without errors at all, everything was fine with my host and domain name. LOL, I can finally say that I can install Oracle EBS R12.1 without errors.

  Even if it took my whole weekend, I wouldn't change a thing. I learned so much troubleshooting idea, funny how you can look in hindsight and appreciate the growing pains. Thanks Hussein for all the help! Next upgrade of database and applications, then learn how to install Rac and how to install EBS on rac and Oracle EBS on PAP management, if you have any suggestions on where to go to learn these things it would be awesome!

• 6 Android: Stage3D AIR application cannot return background

  Description of the problem:

  AIR for android app with < application android: hardwareAccelerated = "true" > will get stuck and not respond if brought to the foreground from the background in Android 6.0 (Marshmallow).

  We did a few test with Nexus (6.0 Android) device and were able to reproduce the issue with the sample of Starling project.

  App could not continue when tried to switch between apps twice, while our application is not the first time.

  Reproduction:

  Application was packed with latest AIR SDK (19.0.0.213), Nexus 5 / 7 (both 6 Android)

  App should continue to run, but in reality stucks (black screen) and the operating system invites you to put end unreponsive app on the second attempt to bring it to the foreground.

  Disabling hardware acceleration seems to bypass the question, at the cost of performance. (< application android: hardwareAccelerated = "false" >)

  We would like to hear other developers who tested their app (especially the Stage3D apps) in Android 6 Marshmallow.

  Currently we have no other choice than to tell clients to refrain from upgrading their version of the OS.
