No device detected, during

On 7 x 64, the system sometimes fails to detect ("not recognized") any USB device at all, connect fees, or a reboot when they were detected.  There was a problem of adjustment, but I'm not sure which one or a group of parameters, improved the situation, almost continual lack of detection.  Now most of the time they are detected, even on a restart if left in a port.  There is also a random system freezes here and there especially with IE10 - the mouse and the keyboard is not responding. These are the settings that have been changed so far:

Removed all USB devices and ran with PS/2 mouse, a keyboard.  Reset.

Uninstalled all ghost entries in Device Manager for USB devices and deleted INFCACHE.1 in the driver store.  Reset.

No change, then tried shutdown, can kill, pressed the power button in 20 seconds, restore power.  Boot.

All these answers repeated several times, but noticed uninstalling the USB controllers and hubs - only - always had a positive effect for a short period.

The value of the Windows Driver Foundation, auto-start service.

Set the registry key 'ServicesPipeTimeout' 120000 decimal.  Reset.

Then the BIOS and all "Legacy USB Support" for active. It has been set to disabled, and on my machine, it is necessary if booting from a USB device is required.  Then upon restart, light on a well-known informed FlashDrive before BONE began and remained turned on during the whole process start.  Needless to say, it was available and worked perfectly after the connection.

Remove and reinsert the drive worked perfectly, as well.

A subsequent reboot without the inserted disc, then Threading after logon, he failed to detect.  So instinctively I went to uninstall the USB controllers and hubs starting with "Standard Enhanced PCI to USB Controller", but I disabled it instead, the stereo has been linked with the volume loud enough and heard the sweet sound of detection. And it worked perfectly, as expected. A cloud came and preached that the device could run faster.  The controller in question includes Version 2.0 of the standard USB high-speed (480Mbs).

With the controller disabled, any USB flash drive and a camera everything works as it should.  Allowed, everything is good for a few days.  When this occurs, event viewer reports that the flash drive driver cannot load ID 219 (212).

There is also this error on a regular basis: "Audit events have been abandoned by public transport.   Event ID: 1101 "This highlights a slow CPU or hard drive.  It is not the processor, but I think that the drive is a bit slow - a 7 400 rpm IDE disk with a small cache, but it's new and SMART says perfect.  There is 2 GB of RAM so there is no paging and MEMTEST says perfect as well.

Another I just noticed once again, but not too often is, "kernel-EventTracing ID 2 Session (recorder kernel NT did not start)."

So the question is, what is the best way to get the cause of this, now occasional failure USB high-speed only?

Any comment is appreciated.

To be more precise, the problem was rooted in the fact that my motherboard does not support anything beyond XP, XPx64 and 2003.

The technology is there, but it was W7 interruptions and the lack of a PCIe x 16 slot, which was at the origin of the latency issues. The slow IDE hard drive was just a mismatch in this scenario.

Movement of a fast SATA resolved all the issues.  But even if W7 provided the Serverworks HT1000 chipset driver, it doesn't have the driver for the RAID controller, which is required to use the SATA interface.

Fortunately, I found a driver signed on the HP site, which is provided for Proliant Servers.  Unfortunately, I couldn't find a 32 bit SATA driver who would charge, so the recovery disk would not show the drive and I could not install the disk image, I did (to save time) to the new drive.  If a clean install worked with the 64-bit driver.  Once it has been loaded, the player appeared in the list of available targets.

Once more, MS was saved from conviction.  The motherboard manufacturer decided to support new operating systems, it would have provided the pilots and technical support.

In this scenario, because the video is taxation of the PCI bus, it would have been a good idea to get a video card with 512 MB of memory (which is too high they will as it seems).  I have an installed 256MBcard which will not withstand a test of WEI without BSOD, unless acceleration is disabled on the Microsoft video H264 Decoder MFT.  Then I can run the test.  The results show a very low score for Aero and graphic, as expected.  There is very little ghosting when moving windows on the screen, but obviously, there is a deficit of performance because I noticed a slight delay when the collapse of windows. And that's with all the animation and fading disabled in Visual effects under performance options.

Maybe things could be improved with some changes of setting, but videos play perfectly to the internet and DVD disc, so I'll leave it alone.

Just thought I would add this information for those interested.  This experience reminded me of the saying, '' material first, then comes the software. ''

  • No Audio device detected received after upgrade to Vista message

NO AUDIO DEVICE NOT DETECTED - UPGRADE WINDOWS XP TO WINDOWS VISTA ULTIMATE

Recently, I switched from Windows XP to Windows Vista Ultimate, and now I have no sound. No audio output device detected. I tried the driver far from Device Manager, still nothing. Driver not installed, rebooted and no change. I was told I need a bus class driver Universal Audio Architecture (UAA) High Definition Audio of Microsoft, but all I can find are those for Windows 7 and XP. What can I do to fix this

Go to the Web site of the manufacturer of your computer laptop/computer/Sound card > drivers and downloads Section > key in your model number > look for the latest Audio from Vista drivers > download/install them.

If Vista Sound Drivers for your Audio hardware are not written, cannot do anything about it.

    Hi faignard,

Thanks for the reply. It is regrettable that uninstall the existing mouse device manager drivers did not help to solve the problem.

I suggest that you go to the program and features under programs installed and check if there are any associated with IntelliPoint software or any software application related to the mouse installed. In the affirmative, please go ahead and uninstall them and then try to install the driver software IntelliPoint 8.2 in compatibility mode as stated in my previous post dated 22 December 2014. • HP C6180 AIO - HP - no. devices detected Solution Center

Recently had to reset my modem network and DSL router.  Before this reset my printers were HP Photosmart 6100 series and HP Photosmart 6100 Series Fax. The HP Solution Center will begin to initialize the top and view the status of the printer etc.. After the "reset" it has only the HP Photosmart 6100 series, No Fax. When I start the HP Solution Center, the message "no HP devices detected" appears followed by the closing of the transaction.

I went through the process of removing all of the HP software, HP Essential and HP Essential 3.5 and associated with the printer and reinstalled drivers ALL in one software. The HP Solution Center has worked, but stop working after you stop and restart.

I have an HP computer running Windows Vista System 32.

    Any Suggestions?

    Solved

After a month of frustration, I found an answer to my problem.

I found a disc that I downloaded from HP for a dated driver AIO labeled "AIO_CDA_FULL_NETWORK_enu" VER4.42.0.0 dated 25/10/2007 file, 159 MB. I had used this file earlier when I had a similar problem with the printer and Windows XP. I loaded the file, and the hp Solution Center recognizes the printer. FAX and scan modes work fine.

I don't know what that answer key, but now the printer works properly.

  • No audio device detected Qosmio X 500

    Hello
I'm new on this forgiving so if I make a mistake. I have some problems with my Qosmio X 500. Recently, there is a red cross next to the speaker in my taskbar. Whem hovering the mouse over it, it says no speakers or headphones connected.

When right click on detection of problems, it is said that no audio device is connected. In my windows Device Manager it says that everything is connected OK I also downloaded the latest Audio drivers (conexant). Uninstalled the 'old', restart the computer and installed the new. No solution.

I found on the internet, it is one common problem with other laptops Toshiba, but no solutions have been proposed.

    Help, please.
Another thing I noticed is that video streamin (Youtube, for example) is suddenly very slow and laggy. Play reviews are no problem.

    Hello

I put t think that your speakers are silent because in this case the crossed red circle would be visible in the taskbar you said you see a red x so I guess there is a software problem.

I found a tip useful and interesting to the Microsoft page:
[On the volume of the taskbar icon shows the Red Cross. Trouble shoot bugs but keeps showing on and off. http://answers.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows/Forum/windows_other-sound/on-taskbar-volume-icon-shows-Red-Cross-trouble/5f3906da-4d36-44c8-8b39-9884415ce22c?msgId=d7ff90e1-b836-4b71-88de-a4d349bc2136]

  • No HD detected during the installation of the OS

I have an old A6220N of Pavilion I want to return to service, but I don't have any of the circles accompanying.  The hard drive has been erased and when I try to install Windows 7 the installer can't detect the drive.  I checked the connections, which were very good and removed the disc and tested in an external docking station.  I understand that the storage controller drivers are supposed to be bundled with Windows, but if that's true then I don't know what to do next.  I tried to find old Vista drivers to load during installation, but I had no luck so far.  Any suggestions?

What I found for this model indicates it has a SATA hard drive and it came with Vista.  I recommend you to check in the BIOS to see if it is detected.  If the drive is detected in the BIOS, I would try to format by starting on a CD with a routine test in format and the installation of the reader program. (see the site of the manufacturer or up Ultimate BootCD).  Normally, Windows 7 can install without additional drivers for the drives.

  • Problem of device detection via the RS232 port on sbRIO-9631

    Hello

I can't detect a URG Hokuyo laser rangefinder - 04 LX connected to a sbRIO 9631 via the serial rs232 port. I can confirm that the rangefinder works through the computer and that it is detected by MAX and VISA when it is connected through the serial port on my computer. I have the following software downloaded on the map:

    LabVIEW time real 9.0

Language support for LabVIEW RT 1.0.0.3

    Engine network Variable 1.6.0

    NOR-RIO 3.2.1

    NI-VISA 4.5.1

    NI-VISA Server 4.5.1

Customer variable for LabVIEW RT 1.6.0 support

NEITHER Max, I see under "Devices and Interfaces" in the configuration tree is the RIO0.

    TIA

    Hi oswong,

If you install "OR Serial RT" on your sbRIO-9631, then it will allow support for the RS232 port integrated on your Single-Board RIO.

you mean the files are hidden inside your hard drive or hard drive is not detected? u can see it in Device Manager?

    (1) try to change / assign a different letter for the drive through disk management, if it is no longer visible through the Disk Manager

    (2) if files and folders are hiddin use the attrib command

Open the command prompt run as admin and go inside your hard disk by typing the letter of the hard disk on the commnand line

    For example D:

    then use attrib - a-s-h - r-* /s /d
