Hello, I have a BBcurve 8520 liberada. There contratado ONO Móvil con llamadas e internet.  Pero no el internet works. Debe haber algo en the config that is wrong. Ono verificaron esta todo well red. Me han said a veces hay problemas con las blackberry. Y ellos no pueden solucionarlo. Only the Red well esta. Alguiien fits como could be soluciona.     First time using this forum so ill try my best to explain my situation.

    I have a Blackbery curve 8520. Until recently he worked perfectly but it has since not load websites, even when connected to the internet. My BBM works perfectly however. I have saved, rebooted and ensured that data services are on. I contacted my network provider and they said it's a blackberry issue thean rathr a network one.

    Any help is greatly appreciated, I really want to listen to these automated messages on the hotline more.

    1. Load your OS "bare bones"... If everything is optional, do not install it.

    4. Add one more thing - no matter how tempting, one.

    So I think there is a strategy IT already enabled on your device which does not enable these features, so solve your problem first make a backup of your device using Desktop software or refer to this Article How to backup your BlackBerry  

     

    Once you have your backup follow this Knowledge Base and put it back to factory setting, it will disable or delete any policy within your device:

    After a reset using your BlackBerry ID and for restoring your backup, choose a selective restore.
