Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

  First time using this forum so ill try my best to explain my situation.

  I have a Blackbery curve 8520. Until recently he worked perfectly but it has since not load websites, even when connected to the internet. My BBM works perfectly however. I have saved, rebooted and ensured that data services are on. I contacted my network provider and they said it's a blackberry issue thean rathr a network one.

  Any help is greatly appreciated, I really want to listen to these automated messages on the hotline more.

  I hope that will move things again for you! If not, then you should try to reload your OS again, but maybe with a few twists to try to identify the cause... for example:

  1. Load your OS "bare bones"... If everything is optional, do not install it.
  2. If the behavior is immediately, then try another OS with step 1
  3. If the behavior does not immediately, then run for as long as necessary to make you to be sure that the behavior will not occur.
  4. Add one more thing - no matter how tempting, one.
  5. If the behavior does not immediately present, and then runs for long enough to be sure he won't have the same problem

  So I think there is a strategy IT already enabled on your device which does not enable these features, so solve your problem first make a backup of your device using Desktop software or refer to this Article How to backup your BlackBerry  

   

  Once you have your backup follow this Knowledge Base and put it back to factory setting, it will disable or delete any policy within your device:

  After a reset using your BlackBerry ID and for restoring your backup, choose a selective restore.   #1), I have a unlocked new Curve 9300 OS5, checked with my cell phone provider to make sure that everything was compatible before I bought it. My cell phone operator's cellular consumption and their internet settings etc is the same as AT & T, but I am not able to connect to the internet. The phone I bought was a phone that has been configured for use with AT & T. My operator tells me that Blackberry phones are the only phones that they were not able to get to connect to the internet, all other phones that they have had no problem with, nice huh?  I do not understand why Blackberry phones, even those which is suitable for AT & T does not connect to the internet via cellular consumption, even using the same codes, or what you like AT & T, or so I thought. Someone, can someone help me to understand this or put me in touch with someone who can, I think Blackberry would learn this so that the problem can be solved, I know several people who would have liked to have bought Blackberry phones, but decided to not not having heard about my situation.
