OT - Customer Service issues

Anyone know what is happening with the Adobe Customer Service? I called 3 times separated on 2 days, and I am put on indefinite hold. I held for 30 minutes for 2 calls and today for an hour before giving up. I even tried to call the sales and the same thing happens. I have been using 800-833-6687. I even tried another phone number that was listed on the support portal page only to discover that the number was no longer in use.

In addition to this problem, they sent me an email telling me my web case has been updated, but there is no case of Web not listed and the file number in the email does not have the case number that I was given by customer service last week when I actually spoke to a person.

In addition to this problem, the log in page does not recognize my Adobe ID

Someone at - it another phone number that I can try? Maybe an official person of Adobe will respond to this message?

I called their headquarters and talked to an operator. I told him about the problem to the customer service and explained the issue. She then transferred me to customer service management and I spoke to a supervisor who works on the original question.

    My apologies for the weird subject but heading I really wanted to attract someone's attention because at the present time (a guy called Paul online support side) nobody came back to me at all about my recent visit to your store from Covent Garden and the very disappointing time there.

I was planning on ordering a 32 gb, black front, back walnut, green focus, moto x, just had to wait for the time to renew my phone contract. Thursday, 06/06/14, I tried to place an order through your Web site and pay with my credit card. When I entered my address for delivery, he told me that the address is not available. you see, currently I do not have at home, and I need the phone delivered to where I went down. your website would not accept the address associated with my account AT & T. I told them that it was unacceptable, I want everything just pay the extra $25 for the wood back and get my phone. They stop for me they do escalate the issue and come up with a solution. I have not yet been given a clear answer on the address issue.some to your representatives said that they could change the address after I place the order, some of them told me that they cannot. What sense does it make to you on custom order a phone, but to be told you can't order it as you wish, and you can not ship to the address I need it shipped in the. On four different occasions, your representatives told me that they are emailing me a promo code free accessories to compensate for all my troubles. I have yet to see any of these emails. I informed them that I work at night and would be asleep right now, call me before 10:00 when I went to bed, or after 19:00 when I wake. They ignored it, called and woke me up at 14:24. If you know something to work at night and sleep during the day, you will know that back sleeping is virtually impossible. That evening, I had to go to work on about 3 hours of sleep, in a production facility handling dangerous and flammable chemicals. I have to say that your customer service is pretty bad customer service. Starting from 14/06/14, I had an AT & T customer service manager call your company. they got a manager in the team of motomaker to say that they would increase this to your advocacy group, to see if they could help. He then told me not to call them more, they call me on Monday. Given their history up to now, I doubt I'll get a call back. The return only call I received was one that woke me in the middle of the day. As it is right now, I'm on the price of this machine card on a motorcycle, $109.99, $15 in gas for trips to best buy and all my free time this week.   • So, what does take to get a Sandisk customer service?

    I write here out of pure frustration, and Yes, I'm evacuation.

    6 days ago, I had a 480 GB Ultra II failure.  After a days worth of troubleshooting, all results pointing to the unit, otherwise, I presented a request of RMA to Sandisk (drive purchased 30 November 2015, so it's certainly under warranty).

    For the last 5 days, he has been nothing else but behind the emails, asking for answers and information that were all in the original application of the RMA.   So what - this with Sandisk!  Play this stupid game of email tag, hoping that someone will feel frustrated and give up on a warranty issue, rather that issue the RMA and substitute an SSD has failed?

    It was my first foray in to buy or use a Sandisk SSD (all other SSD I own are Samsung or Intel... in fact this Ultra II is the SSD I just never had that failed), and the customer service horrible I got so lean toward never own another product Sandisk.

    Is there a "trick" to get a replacement with Sandisk unit... I have never had this kind customer terrible service and support with any RMA, any other company.

  • Catastrophic customer service, Pavilion dv7 laptop STILL not repaired, shuts down randomly

    I've had a Pavilion dv7-6c95dx for over 6 months now and 1 week after I bought it, the laptop began to stop randomly. Firstly that it happened sometimes, usually once a week. When this problem occurred, I had to open the Task Manager, as well as SpeedFan and Manager tasks showed that everything worked well minus 50% of their capacity and SpeedFan has indicated that all systems (HARD drive, processor, motherboard) were running at 50 degrees Celsius (when I talked with a representative from HP on the phone, they told me that their products are supposed to operate at the maximum temperature is 90 degrees Celsius). I assumed it was a small issue, and, after a few months, to see if Windows 7 because of the problem, I installed Ubuntu (Linux). The same problem. I then reinstalled Windows 7, Ubuntu and even threw in a copy of Windows 8 for good measure and the same problem kept happening, but now it would be up to 4 TIMES a DAY. It would be closed (meaning that just go to a black screen, with the familiar sound of hard-stop which makes the fan) usually when I'm either: play a video game, who does not use a lot of RAM or CPU at all and is not graphic, or watch a YouTube video, usually HD and full screen. I'd hear the fan starts pumping a little (I knew it could get loud if necessary, but it's never told fort) and usually after a minute or two, he would have hard stop and then restart itself. So after 3 months of daily irritations, I decided to take my laptop to Geek Squad in the best buy, the store where I bought the unit. Geek Squad was no help: I sent the unit in 4 TIMES and first they said that the problem was "A defective HDD," they replaced, without success, and the other 3 times, they could not reproduce the problem, so that was the MONTH wholly wasted and worn out waiting for my computer back. I then asked to call HP, in the store, because when I called HP, I was not able to get a straight answer and HP, after AN HOUR of talking on the phone in the store, with a Geek Squad Manager, has reluctantly agreed to send me a box to pack up my computer and send it to HP service center. I received a call from HP after the computer and surprise, surprise, they could not reproduce the problem either! I asked about a policy of lemon no., and they said they didn't know what to do to that, of course, continue to send the laptop. When I got my laptop, I also got an email from HP asking me to rate my experience, and after I gave them the low ratings consistenly, so only I was able to speak to a case under the name of Kevin E Manager. He told me that I have to send the laptop in for "more extensive testing" (I'm not sure what this means, should not run them not testing the most extensive possible THE FIRST TIME AROUND)?) and when I asked about the policy of lemon no., he said after I send it, they will look at "other options." This time, the heat sink has been replaced, because for some reason, the laptop was running at 90 degrees Celsius, (which never happened in all my time to possess, to the best of my knowledge) but, of course, they were unable to reproduce the original problem. When I got my laptop, there was still the problem. When I called HP back, Kevin told me that at this point, they may send a representative to my home. 15 minutes before the arrival of the local representative, the closed laptop. I was relieved, because I thought it meant that I could reproduce the problem and show him. However, after waiting for an hour, with more applications running that generally required to shut down the computer, he WORKS PERFECTLY. As a matter of fact, the representative took the home unit for 3 days, and it worked perfectly. When she returned, of course, could do nothing about it. This device has been repaired 7 times now, and it is a shame. Kevin called me today ' today - in fact, it was after 1 week of waiting for a response from "24 to 48 hours." Moreover, off the 8 times that Kevin has promised to follow with me, it was only once I received a call during the response time promised 24-48 hours-another 7 times, it's me calling to him.

    Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed by the products and the HP customer service and would certainly not bought this device from them if I had known that I have would have been treated this way.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones could not contact the customer service

    I tried to contact customer service and I hit the proverbial block wall.  I need to talk to someone to get the PIN number on my daughter's blackberry.  It's a safety issue, and I can't go to the customer service.  She asks her ESN number and when I get it, I get an error message that is not valid.  I called both his phone and other attempint of mobile phone to get through without result.  Is there a number to get hold of a live person to explain the problem and the need for change?  If all goes well there's someone out there who can give me advice.

    Have been waiting and redirected countless times with Dell, the service is absolutely HORRIBLE. My problem must be resolved so easily but all support Dell seems to be able to do is redirect me to departments who "don't deal with this issue" and continue to redirect me to the departments that are not yet open.

    Here's my question:

    I have a pro place 8 tablet and I lost the original charger. All I need is another charger since most chargers are not compatible with this tablet (which is another complaint all on its own). I found it by these forums to search and discover that it is a common problem that Dell is well aware of.

    So I call them.

    The support guys trying to tell me that I need a new motherboard... $ 269

    Of course, might be possible, but I remember actually pre lose my charger that whenever I tried to use another charger, it wouldn't work. Also online in the support section for this tablet is the FIRST most popular question and the first solution, they point out, is that you need to use the original charger.

    After looking on their Web sites and to realize that they don't sell it, I decided to call and ask what will work the Chargers not Dell or the specifications of this special charger so that I can. just. fees. my tablet.

    It took me quite a 1 h 30 trip comprising services saying they are allowed to sell Dell products and cannot tell me even this charger specifications and that I can ask other departments about this. Then redirected to incorrect departments or those that are closed. All it seems to stop me from buying a charger for $10 anywhere else.

    Don't know what else to say. Still have no charger, still cannot order a new, still do not know what other charger would work. Call us and be redirected at least 2 hours, I have 16 total number of calls on my phone to their different support numbers. I think I know their business better than at this point. Literally the worst customer service I've ever had, wouldn't mind so much if only I actually got my problem fixed! Afraid to never buy Dell again where any little thing goes wrong and you are ADMIN NOTE: profanity removed according to the TOU >.

  • How can I make a formal complaint about the Microsoft Customer Service?

    I tried to contact customer service about a problem I had with my DirectX, and frankly, the 'service', I received from the client has been obnoxious. On the rare times where I actually managed to get in touch with someone, I was treated with complete disregard. For example, I was on a live chat this morning, and after asking three times if I could speak to a supervisor, she agrees finally to connect to one. Twenty minutes later I had not plugged to a supervisor, so I let her know that I've been waiting for twenty minutes. She closed simply disconnected the cat and I now have to wait several hours to be connected to another cat. Microsoft employees have been totally disrespectful to me and their service has been horrible. How can I make a complaint about the problems I had to deal with? And how can I get in touch with someone who will really help me to solve my problem, as they are supposed to. You know, because it's their job?

    I just wanted you to (a) I had a very similar experience today that sent my blood pressure skyrocket through the roof and (b) the 'support' (?) provided by MS seems to have got better with the release of Win10.     To be fair (?) to Microsoft, they're probably dealing with a considerable number of complaints, requests and similar with the launch of Win10, but in no case should justify "hang up" on frustrated users who are asking valid questions about Microsoft products. Will not create us these problems, and many of us have been "actively encouraged" to use Microsoft products through some pretty compelling marketing - Microsoft is expected to provide some of this service of 'better quality' and 'innovation' they like to make out in their campaigns in the media.

    If you want to deepen your question, you might be able to find a back door into the network MS. try to do an internet search on the Microsoft contacts in your country - they like to push to good media on themselves, so you can be able to find someone who handles issues related to the consumer media. If you feel that, send them an email or (if you're lucky enough to get a phone number), give them a call. No guarantee of operation, but you can try.
