Page scanned turning when it prints

I have a document provided by my client. A multipage 8.5 x 11 booklet. All pages "appear" portrait in the PDF, but a single page, which is an image scanned, continues to turn when sent to the digital press. How do fix us this?

Hello

Could you please let us know the version of Acrobat is installed on the computer?

Have you tried to print the document to your local printer?

I sent a private message, please reply to this message.

  • How to change default page scale paint when you print a file

I use paint all the time, but it drives me crazy that printing by default (through the Page Setup) option is at the 100% level, which almost always means that my file is centered on two or more pages. I try to remember to always go and reset it to fit to 1 page, but if I forgot, my file will be printed on multiple sheets, wasting all that paper and ink, and it drives me crazy! Is there a way to change the default so it is still evolving to fit on 1 page?

    Hi RAllan,

Your photo may be too big to fit on a single page.

I suggest you to check the size of the canvas in inches. Go to the Menu bar and select the Image, and select the attributes.

For a great picture. Follow the steps to fit the image to the frame.

    a. Select the image in the photo folder in Windows Explorer.

    b. select print in the toolbar.

    c. choose: How do you want to print your photo?

    d. check: [photo] made the block option.

    e. click on: [print].

  • PSC 1350 all prints a test page every time when turned on

After changing the cartridge, we printed test page.

Now, whenever we turn on the printer it prints test page automatically.

    How to disable this option?

    Thank you

    Hello vancat,

If your problem is that your PSC 1350 prints a test page when it is turned on or after every printjob, it is very likely because the cartridge alignment process is not finished. After you have installed a new cartridge in the printer, it will print an alignment page. You must take this page and place it on the scanner glass (make sure that the top of the page is in a good way), then you press the "Scan" button on the printer itself. It will scan the page (that is, read the page) and full alignment process (so it is not scanning in the sense that it sends an image to the computer).

I hope that clarifies the process of alignment slightly.

  • HP Officejet 4630: Printing on both sides, no option to turn off when you print a Word Doc; When printing Pages

Recently, when printing, the printer appear uses both sides of the paper, even when we don't want him. There is no option to turn it off when you print a Word document.

When printing Pages it shows a checked box that says BOTH SIDES, if I uncheck, then it works.

But from Word, there is no other choice. I tried the file/Preferences, I tried through the printer settings and nothing we can find will solve this problem? This has recently (last week or two) become a problem...

  • cropped pages turn when printing

I'm new to using Acrobat, so forgive a maybe easy question.

I have a PDF file and remove the lower part of two pages.  I tried to use crops, but that seems to create a page that is shorter than the paper letter.  When the file is printed, these two pages change from portrait to landscape and print on the side.  Is there a way to avoid this?  Or to accomplish this I try using a different technique?

First, reframe your pages. Then, when you go to print menu choose none:

Then uncheck the Auto-Rotate and center:

Then try to print Document. Note: Most of the printers if less than half a page, there will no print then you must manually eject the paper.

Print the layout. Make sure that the page is set for 8-1/2 by 11 letter.

  • Printer test page printed automatically while turning on the printer

    Original title: printer test page

Everytime I turn on my printer, it prints a test page. Any reason why this should be the case?

    Hello

    1. What is the brand and model of the printer?

2 have you made changes on the computer before this problem?

This is the alignment page that keeps printing. You need to scan the alignment with success page so that it will not keep printing every time that you restart printer.

The product aligns the print cartridges each time the cartridge installation or replacement to ensure the best quality prints. The continuous alignment page to print when the product is turned on or off, or when a print job is started, for the reasons below.

-The process of alignment is not complete.

-The ink cartridges are not correctly installed.

-The ink cartridges need to be replaced.

    -The product must be repaired.

If this does not help, do us stop and restart the print spooler service and check whether the problem is resolved.
    Follow the steps below:
    a. click Start, click run, type services.msc and click OK.
    b. scroll down to print spooler.
    c. stop the print spooler service.
    d. restart the spooler service.

  • Vista and Color Laserjet 5 M reprints all when the printer is turned on?

Vist and Color Laserjet 5 M reprints all when the printer is turned on?

It is a new one on me. I installed the printer with a barrette SIMM Postscript so it would work even at all under Vista and now it prints well but insists on the fact that I have all re - print he has never seen a reason any whenever I turn the printer to print something again.

XP he has never done that, but I've always had the document cannot print the error that I ignored as he did print correctly.

Google has not really revealed anything?

?? Type response level 1 I was looking for... These printers are a full restart, test of memory and when it is off.

But I think I solved it, spent some time on google and there was a suggestion on the spooler in vista, was something like clear keep printed documents or print spooling first, I went also to start printing after the last page. Who took care of a lot of it somehow. Not sure why the generic installation program would need to be changed here. Possible I did for me somehow when I was trying to get the thing to work with the PCL driver too.

Then I noticed that whenever I turned on the printer it is printing a page of demo postscript, for some reason any, it is enabled by default in the SIMM option. Turn power off and now its not wasting so much paper now.

So two things to look for in the computer and the printer.

    Greetings @digengen,
  • Spoolsv.exe has 99% of the cpu when I turned off the printer after printing.

    Original title: spoolsv.

I recently installed a new printer Lexmark Pro715.  Everything works fine, no problems with printing, but as soon as I put off the printer after printing, spoolsv.exe takes 99% CPU.  If I leave the printer in mode 'sleep', the problem is, but I do not often print, I prefer to turn off completely.  There is nothing in the print queue, everything else seems normal.  I can use the Task Manager to stop it, but this isn't a good solution in the long term.  I run MS Update and uninstalled and reinstalled the printer, with no effect.  It's driving me crazy.  I have Windows XP Home Edition SP3.

From what I've read on the Internet about the print spooler using 99 to 100%, Norton is also sometimes involved as a contributing factor to a runaway print spooler for some people (where my request).

IIRC, people would set their Norton to start a scan and when it was made, the print spooler has run amok at 100%:

"Because I have Norton Antivirus, do a system scan every Friday night that I happened to see that the value SPOOLSV. EXE is using almost 100% of the CPU of the morning Saturday. It's the only time that it happens, so I simply stop the process in the SERVICES window, and life is good. I don't know why Norton Antivirus it triggers during the scanning process that I couldn't find anything on the Symantec relating to this site. »

If the problem resurfaces surface, using abduction special tools on their website, you can uninstall your Norton and view the appearance of things without him - you can always reinstall again once, right?

I disagree with Norton in general for its CPU and memory hogging and known interference with other XP processes (such as the restoration of the system), so I'd keep which in mind if the problem returns.

A few years ago, I used to like Norton correct, but will never go back or recommend it.  Microsoft Security Essentials with it's lower overhead and footprint and some regular on the analyses at the request of the MBAM and SAS should hold your own system based on your surfing habits.  Your system will reward you with an improvement in the overall performance of the system as well.

I can tell you that no single AV tool seems to know everyting so it is safe to use several respectable scanning tools.  Norton certainly doesn't know everything.

  • When I print I get several pages with a feel a little on all the pages I want to print

When I print, I get several pages with what I print with a few lines on each page until what I printed is finished.

    mamorse,

Thanks for the additional info. Lets try to download and execute printing and scanning doctor found here. It may fix a lot on its own, but otherwise it will give us a better idea of what is happening. The weakness of the signal is not likely the culprit (because he worked for a long time) but we can try to change that if other steps fail.

  • Shows HP LaserJet 3330 horizontal lines exactly each 1.5 "when you print a completely blank page

HP LaserJet 3330 shows seven or eight approximately 3.5 "cloudy horizontal lines spaced exactly each 1.5" even when you print a completely white page. This also happens when copy and fax.

There are also 2 very thin vertical lines running down the entire page about in the middle. They are exactly 1 "apart.

However, a scan of a blank page on my computer (not printed) is perfectly clean.

Windows 7. No change or upgrade.

Propbably the toner cartridge, if they are 1.48 "apart that it could be the cylinder in the process of development or the charge roll who are both in the toner cartridge. So a good assumption if you replace the toner cartridge, the problem will disappear. Vertical lines could also be part of this issue.

  • Text on the printed page is turned

I have a strange problem with my printer. All printed pages have text turned on him by a few degrees.

    This is example:

I tried to calibrate it in all its possible forms, but the problem is still pending.

My printer model is: JaserJet Pro M275
    I use Wubdiws 8.1

the problem remeins the two when I print from pc or copy directly from the scanner.

What can I do about it?

If the paper is will minimize (at an angle) of the plateau that it will certainly lead to the question you see.  I would say in making sure that the paper guides are properly snugged against the paper as shown on page 17 of the manual ite.  Also, make sure that the paper tray is firmly engaged (a "click" on each side) as shown on page 8, figure 11 of the manual here.

Is your printer still under warranty?  You can check on the page here.  If the unit is under warranty and the previous steps do not resolve the problem then I suggest certainly call to HP.
