Paid for After Effects, but still in trial asking for the version number
Hello! I tried to install my subscription to After Effects. I received an e-mail receipt that my payment has been made. However my After Effects is still in the trial version and it kept asking for a serial number. How can I activate my product?

Due to licenses of various codecs, several formats are not supported in the trial version of After Effects CS5, limiting the features available in the trial. I downloaded some light leaks by RocketStock (find it here if you are interested Lite unit: 5 titles of free marriage and light leaks 16). The folder named HD wedding wedding light leaks is located in Bridge and in the folder presets (see images), but when I use them in AE, they are not found. Any ideas?
You got to stock footage not effects. You do not stock footage you layer it. You must be new to AE. Please be sure to go through some of the basic educational materials offered on the AE product page.

A week ago, I bought a subscription to CC in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom. I can access Photoshop but this screen still ask me for the license number or if I want to continue with the trial. The same thing happens with Lightroom, only it makes me sign and taking me in the tutorials. I can't access the actual program. Help!

I even tried uninstalling the Creative Manager of cloud and applications, reinstall and re-sign-in but still can't find the option to click on...
It's not 'install' under 'find new applications' law yesterday before I paid for membership, I understand, the system needs time...
I have check the application manager and I saw the difference today, but the buttons under "installed apps" has not changed, the expiry date is always there!

This issue occurs because of the connectivity problem. (You can see the steps from here: sign activation, or connection errors |) CS5.5 and later)
- In a Finder window, choose go > go to folder.
- Type / etc.
- Select the hosts file and open it.
- Save the hosts file: choose file > record under, save the file as hosts.backup, and then click OK.
- Look for the hosts file for entries referencing activate.adobe.com (for example, 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com) and delete these entries.
- Save and close the file.
Once you remove all the entries in the hosts file 127.0.0.1 followed Adobe.

Since 69 days ago, I bought a dreamweaver license, I have charged me twice and I can't use it. I couldn't activate it because it says that my trial period has expired.
