  Well, my problem was similar but different too. The method to uninstall the modem device is correct. I tried, but still it did not work.
  My problem was that I have 3 different modems installed on my pc, but I used one of them. So I would uninstall only one I used. It turns out that we have to uninstall all modems. Its pretty simple, but its not so obvious. I thought about it later in like 2 days. I hope that people reading this don't have to wait 2 days to fix this problem.

  I recommend that you take advantage of Terminal error and read the documentation for the functions that you use.  You have wired "MainApp/VI Server" at the entrance to 'the computer name' reference Application open, and almost certainly, this is not a valid computer name.  You should probably use the TCP protocol for the connection between the instances, even on the same computer, so you will need configure the VI server to listen on a specific port TCP connections in your project and then connect to this port.  Also, connect the wires of error between the functions and put a flag at the end so you can see when mistakes happen.

  I have a problem with starting a web server. I Vi which allow the address of the directory to be published and after that it makes the stream server. And there are a few jpg files and some html files in the directory. And jpg files are attached to html files. And then there are a few vi which adds the other façades Vi:s of images. And that the program runs the image files in the directory on the server are written (updated). So the point is access through a Web browser on the site where some hyperlinks and behind links that there are photos of a few front panels. And my applications automatically updated images.

  Problem is that the server will not go when I've built and run the application. In the development environment, it works perfectly. I tried this on another PC too, but the exe will not connect to the server on one of the computers.

  Try these steps and check the result.
  Step 1: Start the computer with the Vista DVD to start the Windows recovery environment (WinRE)
  a. put the Windows Vista installation disc in the disc drive, and then start the computer.
  b. press a key when you are prompted.
  c. Select a language, a time, a currency, a keyboard or an input method, and then click Next.
  d. click on repair your computer.
  e. click the operating system you want to repair, and then click Next.
  f. in the System Recovery Options dialog box, click command prompt.

  Step 2: On the command prompt, try the following steps to rename the Pending.xml file and modify the registry
  a. type cd C:\windows\winsxs, and then press ENTER.
  Note: C: is the letter of the drive where Windows is installed.
  b. type ren pending.xml pending.old, and then press ENTER.
  c. type regedit and press ENTER.
  d. Select Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
  e. on the file menu, click on load the hive.
  f. find the following folder: C:\windows\system32\config\components
  g. When you are prompted for a name, type Offline_Components
  h. in the registry editor, locate and delete the following registry subkey:
  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Offline Components\AdvancedInstallersNeedResolving
  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Offline Components\PendingXmlIdentifier
  i. exit the registry editor.
  j. at the command prompt, type exit and hit enter to quit the command prompt.
  k. remove the Vista DVD and restart the computer.
  l. check if the system starts fine.
   
  Important: Modifying the registry incorrectly will cause serious damage on Windows. Back up the registry before you edit it.

  Hi all, I'm here to say that I found the problem on the dataservice.json it is located in APPS/CRS/config/editors_config/services/dataservice.json, the CRS app uses a key repositoryId, rollup and I added a few records that do not have this property if when the CRS app tries to make the group by using this key, it fails.

  I got most of the way through the initial configuration of the vCO device 5.1 but I'm stuck at this point and can't find what kind of credentials, I need to enter the user name: field (I think)

  

  I have successfully configured authentication to use our Active Directory, I have created a new group for administrators of VCO and identified the unique name of this group on the Authentication tab.

  Any help is greatly appreciated.
