  Yes I know, guaranteed went out the window with this stupid, stupid, but I'm sure I can get the machine and it is back to work because it is a very nice to work with machine...

  So what I need is to know where to find these 2 cables, prefably here in Belgium or elsewhere in Europe, if everything fails for the rest of the world...

  So far everything is fine, but as soon as I tried to order them, I ran into a wall (brick). HP themselves do not seem to be able or willing to provide them, their partners (preferred) are pretty useless too! If I go to HP USA I can find two pieces, put them in my shoppingcard but of course I'm back down to HP Europe (Belgium to be precise) and ther everything goes cold...

  Someone at - it suggestions how to get these 2 simple parts? It becomes very stupid and I'm angry...

• After Windows Update, is now silent erratic speaker (flickers power button) and sometimes erratic behavior of the mouse

  I noticed a few days after the restart after an update of Windows (a few weeks of updates at the same time evidence) on my old laptop Dell M60 when I hit the mute button would begin just flashing power continuously, but there is ore that turned off.  I restarted and it has always given this behavior, so I turned off the laptop and decided to watch it later.  Today, I had a friend send me an email on their desktop PC indicating that they have the same problem.

  Download the latest sound/audio driver and if not more recent re - install the same. Please use the instruction manual
  as we explain.

  Control Panel - device - SOUNDS - look for HD Audio Manager - Mine said RealTek High Definition Audio

  Make sure you write down the description and model double click top - tab drivers - write version. Now
  Click on update drivers who cannot do anything like MS is far behind the certification of drivers. Then RIGHT
  CLICK above and UNINSTALL - REBOOT - this will rebuild the driver stack.

  1. go to the system manufacturer's website and search for the driver the newest download - SAVE - will click with the button straight on and RUN AS ADMIN
  (This is your rescue.) REBOOT after each installation of driver.

  NOTE: Driver Sound often rollback so check the version after installation and reboot to see if the version you

• Satellite L40 don't stop with power connected and is not in sleep mode

  Hello world. I hope someone can help me. Basically, there are two problems: one with judgment of the laptop (Satellite L40 - 17U (Vista 32 bit Home Premium SP1)) down when power is connected and the other with closing the lid and put it to sleep.

  1. in recent weeks, it all of a sudden won't stop, whenever power is connected. When it's on battery, it will stop. When the power is connected, and I try to stop, it seems that it closed down (all activity stops and the led goes off) for about 1 or 2 seconds, then it goes back.

  2. when I close the lid (all settings in Vista are set to put the laptop in a State of 'sleep' when the lid is closed), the laptop enters a State where it cannot be recovered by stopping by pressing the power button for 10 seconds to close completely. When closing the cover, only the battery LED continues to Flash orange (the way it should be), but apparently the laptop keeps consuming power, because when I restart later (first having to close as described above) tends to be quite an empty battery as it was before the next redΘmarrage it (like go from 100% to 65% in 30 minutes as "standby mode"). Also, when I open the cover, the other LEDS will on new (green), but nothing happens.
  After the restart first by pressing the power button for 10 seconds to close, I often get the message that Windows cannot be started and run the system repair.

  I just do a completely clean install with the product recovery CD (has not installed SP1 yet), updated to v1.90 BIOS, but the problem remains.

  I'm afraid that my only option will be to bring him away for a warranty repair, but knowing that these repairs can take weeks, I'd rather try a solution here could someone recommend me first. If you have any ideas, please let me know.

  Never had this problem on my laptop, but with regard to an other users here in the forum the BIOS might help solve such strange behavior for laptop
  To be honest the closed question is unclear for me I noticed a problem before on my laptop but the update of the BIOS helped.

  This is why I recommend update BIOS first.
  If the problem still appears, the ASP should take a look in the notebook.

  Please note page 20 article 9 for the hard disk hardware repair kit. and page 24, section 14 to power connector.  I don't know if the power connector includes the cable, so I suggest to contact a provider of HP for more details.  Here is a link to the HP parts store. It is currently set at the United States. To change the country, click the little flag in the bottom left corner and select the place in the list for you.

  If the power connector does not provide cable, you could try a local computer store or repair shop.

• CP4 - Pause a slide with several buttons and continue after clicking a specific button

  I know that a break has been discussed, with the idea that you can use a clickbox (tiny/transparent) to pause the slide in CP4.

  My problem is that I have a few buttons to show/hide a scenario/question in a slide that is suspended with a clickbox.  I would like a particular button to advance the slide (for example, the button 'Next').  Currently * any * button will UN-pause the slide even if all the buttons use advanced actions and are not defined for advnace slide to the click.

  Basically, I want to achieve this goal:

  What's you point to one of my articles? Oh, I see now you are intrigued by the little film. It was created with Captivate 5 and CP4 is a little heavier.

  I just answered a question similar, but explained by adapting the user file. He wanted to have several areas to click that showed a text caption and offer the user the opportunity to click as many times as he wanted to in order any on those select boxes. Only when you click on the continue button (or click box), there should be a navigation to the next slide. If I understand you correctly, this is a similar case?

  My workflow: do NOT use multiple actions for areas of click to show/hide captions. He must not trust at all, and in addition you must go back the playback head to avoid it continues after clicking on a CB. Create a tip action for every click like this screenshot:

  

  Here, a single text of the legend was hidden, but can be extended to many of course. The last instruction (assignment) is important: it puts the read head back a frame, so that it remains before the point of interruption.

  Hi all

  I am trying to record a wav file at a push of a button with Auto name files.

  The idea is the VI is running, display data when recording key data are saved as wav up to what the key once again. The file name is generated with the date and time automatically. The user can create as many record as he or she wants without stop the VI.

  As you can guess, I'm not a good labview programmer and I have a problem because my VI does not work properly. The return registered wav file are huge they seem to hold too much data essentially. When I play it back it sounds loop. I understand that the problem is with my VI. Believe me, I've been trying and trying without success. Could someone have a look please and let me know what the problem. I do not understand how to operate the part save my VI.

  Yes, our solutions are remarkably similar.

  Be careful to close files when you have finished writing for them - I'm not sure that you have done this. You placed a fence outside the loop that will only close the most recently created file.

• Cannot shut down Windows 10 laptop with power button / stop

  I have a laptop Aspire E5-532 with Windows 10.  I have configured the power management to turn off the laptop when I push the power button.

  You must disable the utility Samsung "Fast start".  It handles some of your power for you options [there is no problem with the neutralization of him because it doesn't do anything for you that you can't do it yourself].

  Note: a user said earlier that "Fast start" had been renamed, then you might need check the correct name in your manual or by research in Samsung records in all programs.

  It looks like your dad keybaord was put at the disposal of the UK.  This can happen if you accidnetally you press a special combination keys that been implemented as the means of getting that deliberately.  Here's what to do: -.

  1 go to Control Panel, region & language, keyboards & languages, Change keyboards, general tab, select the correct keyboard in your area * if isn't one already shown [click on Properties... to see a preview of the keyboard layout] or click Add... & Select a new keyboard from the list [while you are in the list, click on the Preview button to see a preview]. When you have finished adding a new keyboard, move it to the top of the list using the buttons on the dialog box.

  [* The region for which the keyboard was made and for which its route has been set.  [I understand that there is a "US International keyboard" who suffers from this confusion between change quite easily, unless you have a need for special versatility, choose a keyboard layout United States specific instead if you find that this is what has been implemented on your system]

  2 then go into Control Panel, region & language, keyboards & languages, Change keyboards, tab bar of language and, if you regularly change the language settings, make the hidden language bar.

  3 then go to Control Panel, region & language, keyboards & languages, change keyboard, tab Advanced key settings where you can see the shortcut key sequence that could you have this problem by chance. You will also see the change key sequence that you may want to change by clicking on the button change the key sequence and affecting the switch input language & keyboard Switch not [when I changed them, I had to set not to switch input language and accept the change, then return to the dialog box set not to switch keyboard configuration].

  I wish I had a pop-up dialog box that shows a picture with a caption and allow an operator to click 'OK' or 'Cancel '.

  I suggest you to contact Toshiba to check if there is no shortcut key to unlock the keys.

  You can try to start the computer in safe mode and check if it works.

  Follow the instructions to start the computer in safe mode.

  1 turn on the computer or restart the computer
  2 start typing the F8 key. The Windows Advanced Boot Menu of Options will appear.
  If you start typing the F8 key too soon, some computers display a "keyboard error". To resolve this issue, restart the computer and try again.
  3. ensure that the safe mode option is selected.
  4. press ENTER. The computer then begins to start in safe mode.

  Restart the computer in Normal mode after checking the issue.

• SatelliteU300 will not start with power connected and fully charged battery

  I just bought a U300-13U. It works fine when charging the battery and AC is connected. However, if left to recharge completely it does not start with connected AC. Unpluging the power or remove the battery and running on AC make it work very well. Is a 'feature' to stop an overload or overheating of the battery, or just a problem with this machine. I want to run with AC and battery than both connected all the time like I did with all my other laptops.

  Of my friends has this small U300 and everything works well. I got it a few weeks ago to test the family Windows XP Setup and it works perfectly.

  Please test again very carefully and if the same thing happen again once I recommend you contact the Service partner in your country. They check your laptop. I have to be honest and say that describes the problem of strange sounds to me and please, don't wait too long. Contact the service as soon as possible.
