PowerPoint 2007 & quot; import notes & quot; Crash

Hi all

When I set up to record my slides, import my slide presenter in the registration window. Once I do and then press the 'OK' button and try to save my PowerPoint 20007 file (such as .ppt or .pptx), Presenter 7 crashes at 100% of the time.

I am running Windows XP SP2. I never had this problem with the v6 presenter. Is this a unique problem for me or other people have similar problems?

I managed to solve my problem. I had imported text and another slide for any reason that this text has caused some major issues with Presenter 7. So basically the text deleted manually it typed in the note of the slide and then re-imported the note in the recording session. For some reason, it worked.

  • PowerPoint 2007 recording is not the .ppt files

I am running Office 2007 on Vista Home Premium x 64. I noticed that when I make changes to files .ppt (not .pptx) existing and save, the changes are not stored on my drive hard (I'm not trying to save to a network drive). Furthermore, if I create a new presentation and save it as a .ppt file file does not appear in Windows Explorer and is not accessible to other programs such as e-mail applications.

I ran the diagnostics Office but it found no problem. As far as I know, my installation is fully updated with SP2.

Can anyone help? This is a really frustrating problem!

Hmm, don't know why you post here in the forum of Toshiba
It s certainly not a Toshiba laptop problem, but something wrong with your office package.

I think that you need to uninstall the desktop of the system.
Clean the registry with CCleaner (you can use another tool if you know another better ;)) and after several reboots, you could install the whole Office package and could tart update.

There are also some documents posted by Microsoft about this error:
    Check this box:

That's why he keeps asking to install the update and even if I did not, when I want to turn my laptop, it forces me to install it-sense, I can't use my turn off button to just go to sleep. Quite boring...

The real problem, in my view, is that I don't have Office PowerPoint 2007... I recently installed Office 2010...

How can I get rid of this update or get Windows update to understand that I don't have Office 2007?

    1. click on start / Control Panel

    4. open "associate any type of file or Protocol with a program.
    5. search in the list, PPT and PPTX and make sure that they are associated with Powerpoint and not Powerpoint Viewer.

  • Adobe CS5 require powerpoint 2007 or if it will work with 2003

I work in it for a company, and we have some users say that they need Powerpoint 2007 work with CS5.

I would like to know if CS5 requires Powerpoint 2007 for certain tasks or if 2003 is sufficient. From my understanding work completed in CS5 can be exported to powerpoint, but I don't understand how Powerpoint 2007 can offer more benefits than 2003 after export.

If the two can be used anyone can tell me the 2007 offers additional benefits more in 2003 to justify the purchase of 2007

The reason why I'm writing here is I do not use the suite CS5 and have not been able to find this information on the internet elsewhere.

    Any comments much appreciated

There is no interdependence express or another really no direct connection between applications Adobe any version CS and MS Office of any version. With the help of content between applications is a question of appropriate image format. You can save images using CS5 that will work in Office 97. And the same could be said for Photoshop 7 and Office 2007, or Photoshop (any version), office (any version).
