I understand that when you print from your Windows 8.1 computer to your HP Photosmart e-all-in-one printer D110a print jobs are coming in white. I would like to help you today with this printing problem. When you print from your computer, some files are sent to your printer as "image" files If your printer 'think' it prints an image, color ink may be used to enrich or to 'do' the dark. This can be misleading because your machine can really be confronted a black ink, problem of print, but you may think that your machine works great as always black appears in print. While in reality, it's just the ink to mix color to black. Therefore, at the beginning troubleshooting I'll have print you a standalone report diagnosis on the quality of your printer. This report will help us determine if this printing of the blank page problem is caused by your printers ink system or your computer. Can I please you follow the steps below.
How to print a report of quality diagnostic:
- Load plain white paper in the input tray.

I accidentally pulled the tray completely and now can not slip again. Does anyone know how to fix it?
There should be a lock or lever that you can push that will open the slot to slide the tray in.
Look on each side of the opening (where you would drag the status bar), and it should be something you can PUSH/PRESS release.

New black cartridge does not print - Photosmart 5510 all-in-One
I replaced all my ink cartridges when they ran. The black cartridge is printing not and cannot even print alignment test page to align my new cartridges. They are HP cartridges I bought and now after all cleaning procedures, I have now exhausted all new cartridges. My warranty is exceeded, even if I have not received the new printer last Christmas, but my family he registered in August when they bought it for me. I'm going to buy new cartridges, but I fear that I will lose more money that this problem will not be solved. Someone help. I'm really sorry to hear about your Photosmart 5510 aligning properly and not printing in black ink. I understand that you have tried to align the printer and it has not solved the problem. I want to help you and make you my best to do it!
At this point, I do not pretend to try new cartridges (especially black) and trying to do the alignment again. I found a useful troubleshooting guide following which solves the problem, I hope.
Here's the guide I recommend following step by step:

Printer (Photosmart C5580 all in one will not accept the #75 color cartridge)
Screen on the printer says "cartridge in the slot on the left is not intended for use in this printer. Remove and replace.
It's the exact same cartridge as empty. There is a flashing yellow light next to the sign +. I tried
unplug and plug in again. I put the old cartridge in. I turned printer off and back on.

1 Advanced color settings set to '0 '.
2. choice of color - print in grayscale - 'unchecked '.

These measures appear to be in place. Have you, you click on apply after you have changed these settings.
You can try uninstalling and reinstalling the software and drivers. This will reset all back.

I have a problem with my HP Photosmart Plus all-in-One Printer series - B209a printer.
It prints a picture by using too much magenta.
When starting the printer, I got a message saying that I had to replace the magenta toner with a new one. I did as instructed. I printed a new document, but it came out in magenta.
Even if the other cartridges were not empty and yet I replaced with new ones, thinking that maybe the ink dries up because I have not used the printer for a few months now. I used all original HP XL cartridges. Subsequently, I printed testpages 5 before you print my picture.
The printer uses all colors now, but it uses too much magenta to print my photo.
I used the printer for several years now and never had this problem before.
Is this a problem that can be solved?

I'm product HP Photosmart Premium e-All-in-One C310 series printer with code produces CN503A and model #C310a. There are 564 HP, ink cartridges. everything was going well until I installed the ink that I bought and it said I had to install the ink supplied with the product; no ink came with it and I had to buy it. I talked to HP rep and they said selling printers don't come with ink cartridges, I bought and installation. any other ideas?
The first series used in the C310a cartrdiges are cartridges special "setup." You will need to Contact HP for a replacement. After the initial installation, the replacement cartridges you have will work.
