Problem reinstalling CS6 Master Collection

I can't reinstall my Collection CS6 Master with my old serial number... I've had this issue for a while now, but I had to change hard drives because the original hard drive (which I got my version of CS ^ Master collection installed on...) shorted out and I had to replace and reinstall all the programs I had on the new drive.  Now, I can not activate my CS6 Master Collection on my new drive with serial number, I got... can you please help me and tell me how I can fix this problem... Thank you :-)

I had to reinstall a new operating system on a new drive from XP pro, all the way back to the top for Windows 7 Ultimate 32 - bit of my other installation diskettes that I got for my operating system.  Believe me it was a royal pain reinstall everything again and I had lost so much data... believe me it has taught me to start backing up my files!

    Setup for CS6 Master Collection (Licensing) will not accept the serial number on an iMac

    I run adobe cleaner and erased all Adobe products on the mac.

    I run ONYX and fixed everything that he could set permissions etc. re and HD problems (none)

    The version of the OS is 10.6.8 and latest updates of yesterday.

    The installation and serial No. work very well on all other Mac 19 same configuration

  • Problems with CS6 Master Collection (invalid checksum) disk image

    I have problems to download the trial for CS6 Master Collection for Mac OS X.

    I tried download using the Download Assistant, as a privileged environment and a non privileged user and have also tried direct download as a privileged and unprivileged. Every time that I waited until the download is complete before installation, but every time the disk image opens, denouncing a "invalid checksum".

    I tried to mount the disk image without validating the checksum, but so that I can then run the installer, the installation fails due to the absence of privileges - once again, it comes to regardsless of the privileges of the user. I also tried to delete the preferences and cache for Download Wizard files, but nothing helped.

    Can anyone confirm that the English version of CS6 collection master disk image works and can be installed without error on Mac OS X 10.7? Now, I downloaded and re-downloaded the image disk at least eight times, and while I have a fast Internet connection, it becomes tedious.

    I just downloaded the DMG on Adobe.com, using the test, and it fits very well. I was able to start the installation.

    I don't have a checksum error or other error.

    If the download was completed in Adobe Download Assistant, you can temporarily turn off the feature to check the checksum.  The following steps will allow you to temporarily disable this feature:

    1. Open the disk located in Applications/Utilities utility
    2. Go into the menu of disk utility and select Preferences
    3. Deselect the option to verify checksums
    4. Try to mount your DMG file

    I would recommend turn this feature back on however once installation is complete.  Also, if you notice what's happening on the additional files it may indicate a problem with your Internet connection.

    You could try these steps and let us know if you were able to move forward.

    You downloaded the two files? A .7z (6.2 GB) file and an .exe (1 MB) file?

    You double-click on the .exe file, and then follow the prompts.

    If this does not work for you, please give us more information about what is going on at your end screenshots would also help.

How do I get the activation key and so where can find a copy of the master collection to download and install with such key?

    If the original owner has officially transferred the license for the software, the key / registration is probably still by its owner in his account of Adobe, and you have no right to use it, nor reinstall it on any machine you are owner, including the one you received.  It will be the responsibility of your friend (s) to deal with this.

    I recently got a new computer and try to activate the CS6 Master Collection.  He said that my serial number is not valid.  I adapted the serial number to one on my adobe account.  I called customer service and they told me that I had to do a chat session to solve the problem.  Well, that I can't join the cat to save my life.  I'm really frustrated that there is no better customer service in order to use the software I paid for.  Anyone have any suggestions?  BTW, I have access to my old computer.  TIA

  • Major problems CS6 Master Collection.  In real trouble... need help.

    I got a Macbook Pro running CS5 and CS6 Master Collection very well, never had a problem.

    Then I got a new and faster the Macbook Pro.  I followed the instructions and set up my new Macbook from the old.  Everything worked fine EXCEPT CS6.  I received reports of frequent incidents, but it was still usable.

    I called Adobe.  It was in May.  The guys at Adobe did everything he could, even, he went so far as to connect remotely to my computer and looked around.  He could not find a problem... you need a permit from Apple.  So I called AppleCare.  They're too remotely connected to my computer, checked a bunch of things... said that it is not a matter of Apple because everything works on their end.

    Adobe says it's Apple, Apple says that it's Adobe.  So I just kept trucking, tolerate incident reports.

    Fast forward > > > a few days ago, I was working on a project in After Effects.  I noticed that all my models were missing as well as some standard effects.  Tired of all these questions, I decided to uninstall CS5 and CS6.   I also ran the Adobe cleaning tool.  My theory was that it probably has little weird file buried somewhere (or absent) which is at the origin of these headaches.  A fresh new installation of CS6 (more updates) would do the trick, right?  EVIL!  It's worse than ever.

    Following programs will not open and immediately report problem: hearing, first, Media Encoder, SpeedGrade, Indesign.

    * AfterEffects Version 11.0.4 - I get this message: "cannot rename file" / User/editstation/Library/Preferences/Adobe/After Effects/11.0/Workspace.945.44549865121.xml' to "Workspace.xml". "." So don't let me open it.

    * Photoshop, Bridge, Illustrator, and Flash all seem to work fine.

    Try to re - install the CS6 Master purchased collection.

    Have used my disks to DVD - SVAD 654 K-1 and SVAD 654 - 2, as well as 24 digits keys series number/access code

    I'm normaliter using the application on 2 systems, that I have 20 iMac and MacBook Pro (this is within the limits of the authorization)

    Maybe the application was not properly deleted before deleting it when my MacBook went in for repair under warranty.

    I thought I could reinstall as it is always the same IP address and the same serial number in MacBook

    PROBLEM

    Start of my DVD with CS6 Master Collection (for Mac OS X 10.6.8) NL, asks my 20-digit number. Have that are available, but it says "invalid", after a new attempt, the Council is to contact the Service Support from Adobe.
