The printer does support the USB connection to the computer. In order to print from another computer, you can use the sharing of printing to share the printer. See the following link to view you must share a connected USB printer from XP to Win 7.

  • Airport Extreme is adjustable upward in client mode?

I've set up the Express in client mode before, but I'll have set up extreme. During setting up he sees that I am on an existing network, but he doesn't know that and wonder if I would create a new. When I try to connect to an existing network, it indicates that an unexpected error has occurred. I also tried to set up a new network and then in the utility existing Airport to connect to the network. He takes the password and restarts and then never reappears in Airport utility, after I switch back to the existing network.

AirPort Extreme is adjustable upward in client mode?

No, do not use any version 6.x of AirPort Utility.

Maybe, if you have an old 'flat or square' in the form of AirPort Extreme and you can use an older version 5.x of AirPort Utility to maybe put in place.

But even if you could do that, the extreme doesn't really matter in client mode. The Ethernet ports are not enabled, and the extreme would not "extend" or "repetition" of the network. The only thing that would work would be the USB port, which runs at half the speed of a USB 2.0 standard.

  • Scan PSC 2210 "warm-up."

    Hello.

    Product: PSC 2210 all-in-one

Operating system: Windows 7 32 bit

Error: Message "Warm up" when start scan

Any changes to the installation program or system.

It was not the first analysis of the day.

When to start to do this scan, it just hooked up with this message.

Looking around, I found an update of the firmware (HpAiOFWUpdate2_2.exe), which was supposed to solve the problem of "heat".

It running, I get the message: "a connected and powered Hewlett-Packard all-in-one that could benefit from this update of the firmware has not detected."

Since on Win7 drivers from WindowsUpdate, the original all-in-one software was not used, and it is one of the requirements for the firmware update utility.

I don't have the original CD, and it is older than Win7, then, it would be probably useless anyway.

Looking at, I found the installation wizard (hppiw.exe).

He confirmed that the drivers were installed and asked to test the scanner. He failed.

He also mentioned another tool, the "HP print and Scan Doctor" (HPPSdr.exe).

It was able to detect the problem. He told me to unplug the power cord from the all-in-one device, plug it back, turn on and restart the computer.

After the reboot, the doctor was there waiting for me to continue. He took the test again, and yet once it failed.

    End of the story.

So, how can I update the firmware?

    Is there another way?

    Is there another solution?

    Thank you in advance.

    Rui Ferreira

    Hi again.

    Thank you for your response.

Although connect it directly to the wall socket set to solve the problem, I don't have a party immediately, mainly because it would mean that I had a bad electrical problem.

But the next day, the message "Warm up" come again once, even with the machine directly connected to the wall outlet.

During this time, I tried to find other ways to work around this problem and found one that works.

    It goes like this:

Before using the scanner through the computer, I do a direct copy of the scanner to the printer without using the computer. He's never complained and made the copy without need to warm up. After that, he does all the scans, I need because it's already hot.

I now have to "Accept as Solution" while others may try my workaround.

    Kind regards

    Rui Ferreira

  • Problems scanning HP psc 2210 with osx 10.9

When you try to open the digitization of the Mac, the PSC will respond with the message "scanning" interrupted in its control panel.

First the "Open Scanner" button is activator and the Mac will show 'the scanner warms up' and the 'wait' message reads the PSC 2210. After a minute the Mac will show "Scan reports a fault" and the PSC will show "scanning is interrupted.

NB. update has been performed and the function of the printer works. Do not work what is the problem.

  • PSC 2210, scanning, and Mavericks

    Greetings,

I am baffled by a problem with my HP PSC 2210 all-in-one device and the latest system of Mac OS X 10.9 (Mavericks).  I was able to print since the upgrade, but I am not able to scan. I have checked the software updates, reinstalled my printer through the system preferences/printers & drivers, but no analysis. The 2210 presents itself as a printer, but there is no available scanning function.

    Suggestions?

    Thank you

    Tim!

I was just PM'ed by a colleague at HP who informed me that scanning from this printer is not supported by the Mavericks.  I'm sorry.

You can try the VueScan software or a new printer.

  • PSC 2210 remove and check cartridge

I bought this printer on eBay and when it arrived I installed the cartridges and received this message "remove and check cartridge". I removed and cleaned the cartridges as specified on the HP website. I also installed well known cartridges of an another PSC 2210, without success.

The seller assures me that it worked before its release.

I fixed it. There's a paw to spring in the cartridge holding mechanism and it broke to the left side. I was able to scavange the part from a printer of donors and I is no longer the message "remove and check cartridge".  He now faces a problem in the process of cartridge align, but I will address that in another thread. Thank you.

  • Bought a new computer with windows 7. "psc 2210 all-in-one ' will not work with it....

I have a psc 2210 all-in-one printer that I love. I bought a new computer with Windows 7 and I can't make it work. The HP site said that I don't have to download the drivers because windows 7 has already installed, but the main thing is that I can't make it work. Anyone, please help. My printer works perfectly and I can't afford to buy another. (I have a 64 bit)

HP should contribute to this situation. I'm a loyal customer of Hp, but it's ridiculous that they do not create a driver to work with their printers.  All computers are coming with Windows 7.  HP please find a solution!

I could get my HP PSC 2210 all-in-one to print!  I don't know exactly, because I've tried everything I could think of.  My son is a computer on which it has upgraded to windows 7 (64-bit) several months ago - he was able to successfully print on my printer immediately.   I just did an install complete (I bought the full version, not upgrade) to windows 7 (64 bit) - a couple of days and I'm finally to the point where I'm trying to connect printers.  Here is what I tried... again, I tried several things, although I've been in that general area...

connect the printer to the computer

go to the CONTROL PANEL--> Device Manager

Click the arrow to the left of the IMAGING DEVICES (to be developed)

RT click on printer PSC 2200 (should be listed under imaging devices)

    Select PROPERTIES--> DRIVER, then uninstall

Select / tick "remove the driver for the device.

the printer will disappear from the Device Manager (and peripheral Imaging also if it was the only selection)

    Unplug the printer to computer

re - connect the printer to the computer

Device Manager automatically updated (takes a few minutes, the screen refresh let until the yolk! disappears).

Go to the control panel--> devices and printers

Select printer PSC 2200, select Customize your printer, then the printed test page

I hope that you will get a valid test page.  If this is not the case, another option I tried was:

Through the above scenario.  When you get to the step "select PROPERTIES--> DRIVER, then uninstall" Select UNINSTALL directly from this menu (be sure to select/check "remove software pilot")

Continue with the remaining steps above.

I also tried 'Update Driver' of one of the previous screens above... I would like to know if you have a bit of luck!   I'm sorry that's not accurate.  Yet once, I tried everything I could think of, and something finally worked!  (I don't think I tried to 'Turn off the pilot')   Good luck! .........

  • PSC 2210 scan problems in windows 7

    Hello

I recently upgraded to windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit, I connected my PSC 2210 all-in-one via USB and it found and the driver installed correctly, I can print and copy, but I can't scan for some reason any.

When I try, it says "turn connect computer or install the hp software" I don't have the original CD that came with it, so I can't seem to find a solution.

I tried all forums and downloads of software available, but does not, as I can't seem to find the right software to download the HP Imaging and photo gallery.

I have UST sorted, simple enough, it seems that even though sometimes some buttons do not work when the upgrade of your operating system, I didn't was start it manually from windows rather than the printer itself
