  The best thing you can do is to test it with the external monitor. If the external monitor shows your desktop well probably the LCD is faulty. By the same result on the external monitor, the problem may be caused by a faulty graphics card.

  I have known shift problems with my Macbook Pro 13 inch 2012. I have IE installed Capitan. I don't know what the problem is, but I did a lot of things to try to solve this. I can post more details if necessary, but I am currently typing on my macbook which is incredibly laggy and it's hard to type anything.

  (2) checked Activity Monitor and RAM and CPU appear to well (and I see that when no application is opened)

  (3) reinstalled El Capitan, after erasing

  (4) zero applications open except Safari as I type this

  (5) have tried to do first aid on Macintosh HD in disk utility, but the disc is fine

  (6) Ran Apple Hardware Test and no material turned out to be problematic

  (7) allow indexing full spotlight, but just in case, as he stopped to work just to see if it would help

  (8) to reset the SMC and LANDAU

  (9) I have a backup on my external hard drive

  My gut feeling is that your HARD drive has failed.  Make sure you have in place a current redundant backup plan.

  Did you clone to boot from an external start, that confirm or deny that it is the internal HD failure.

  Based on the information you provided in your post, I recommend to start your computer in Mode without failure. This will load your operating system with few drivers or process. To do this, please follow this document on the Safe Mode of Windows 7. If the Rainbow display does not appear safe mode, it could be a corruption of software with your user account. To do this, please follow this document on the management of the accounts of users and connections (Windows 7). This should contribute to a "blank canvas" installation to reinstall all the software for your new account, without any process that would cause the color of the Rainbow view.

  This turns out be a "deep" enough question that penetrates in many subjects, not particularly well covered in the documentation of the IMAQ (or not always as accessible as one would like).  There are several related subtopics:

  • Display Images in grayscale on the screens of PC 'normal '.
  • Efficient "colorization" to the image in grayscale.
  • Use of Tables (LUT) in the Image colorization.

  On several occasions, I've tinkered with elements of this problem, but never quite "understood."  However, some comments and messages by Hatef Fouladi and some research around the Documentation of Vision LabVIEW has led me to a better understanding of this issue and a "partial" solution (I call that because he could not directly answer the question posed by the original poster).

  I will start your indulgence - as well for myself, my students and this Forum, I want to try to provide some of the 'missing Documents', which will need about a day or two of work.  I can tell you that I have a provisional working routine that can take a 'gray gradient", and after applying the 'Rainbow' LUT, turn it into a PNG that... looks like a rainbow.

  But the drafting of this response and is about to "apologize" to make you wait, I realized that I had, indeed, 'colorized' my Image (as verified by the on-screen display), I had forgotten that the goal was to save the PNG image colorized.  Then I added the function Write PNG, saw the entrance of the "color scheme" and said: "Hmm, I wonder...". ", which brings me to this:

  

  I chose to work with Images in grayscale U8.  A note of hard to find here, from the manual of Vision LabVIEW 2010, explains that the PC screens can show 256 gray levels, so U16 Images must be 'remapped' to a range of U8 before visualization in grayscale.

  The nested for loops generate a 128-by-128 pixels "grayscale, with 0 (black) in the upper left and 254 (white, almost) lower right."  This is the Image I want to use, write it as Gray.png.  The IMAQ write file 2 (IMAQ functions changed a few years ago, many taking a suffix '2') has a Color Palette and IMAQ entry provides some standard LUTs (that he calls "Pallets"), including "Rainbow", using IMAQ GetPalette.  I plugged this place to a second function write file 2, and the results are presented below.

  

  I still intend to write this to the top again, but this "solution" is so simple, and explain what I hope is already sufficiently complex, I can take a little more time to "do things."  I'll (eventually) post here (or, at least, these are my good Intentions).

• colours of the Rainbow on diablo?

  bought diablo battlechest.  Diablo plays with the colours of the Rainbow after opening, diablo II play not at all. I have a dell laptop inspiron 15.  Help!

  I only have Diablo 2, but--
  Install using the XP sp2 compatibility mode and turn off "composition of the bureau.
  To install in compatibility mode close the installation/Setup screen after the autorun of CD.
  Then visit - Start/computer and R / click on the DVD drive.
  Now click on Open - and R/click - setup.exe (or whatever the installation program is called. "It will be a .exe) - then properties and compatibility for XP - sp2 in this case.
  Check run... as administrator, lucky.
  Now start the installation directly from setup.exe.
