(Redirected) Order delayed without notice to the customer

I ordered a computer dell laptop on 20 December 2013 and my estimated delivery date showed that December 31, 2013. Then, shortly after the order was created he showed as Jan 8, the estimated delivery date. I had planned to fly on January 10, 2014 at the head of my house as well as the laptop and I was fine with the delivery date. I had a conversation will be the representative of the customer service dell Jan. 6 to inquire about the situation such that she was still in production and was told that there was a delay in production due to a shortage of parts and the new delivery date is Jan 13. I doubt that I would return to dell.

    I downloaded a program on my Mac (no app store unfortunately) called "get lyrical". automatically add lyrics to iTunes. Then in iTunes file > library > Update music library to iCloud. doing this during the last 20 minutes and so far it seems to work.

    Can someone help me reach a representative to support who speaks good English and don't hang up on me when I try to patiently explain my problem. There were two problems and I couldn't talk to someone whose English is quite good, and then they cling.  I "ve been hung up twice - when I was talking in a nice tone.

    Problem 1: Before Christmas, I ordered a Dell computer for my friend.  The computer has been ordered by the Department of business, which was probably a mistake, but he has a business and desperately need a new computer.  I was paying for this high-end computer, but because I live in an apartment building I put the address of 'send' to my friend.  To my horror, the Bill was sent to him but I saw first on his computer and deleted so that he did not know how much I paid.  The computer was supposed to be a surprise.

    Problem 2: I ordered the computer a few days after the scandal of target credit card, so my MasterCard was not approve large loads without the customer calling.  If Dell sent an announcement that my credit card has not been approved.  MasterCard, I called and they said they have Dell recall and they would approve.

    I immediately got on the phone with Dell support person who seemed unable to understand and hung up on me unawares.  So I called back and had someone else which was nice but which clearly also had difficulty in understanding the situation. However, later, he assured me that everything was fine and my friend would get the computer.

    Computer my door friend quickly and so I checked online for the status of my order, but the site said that there can be no order. So I called again. Finally, the service rep said that I had called bad service - that instead of 'home', I was "miscellaneous", so he could not help me but me would transfer.  Twenty minutes later, the businessman picked up the line, but was clearly struggling to understand the situation. Once again, my tone was very nice.  He said he was going to investigate on and waited for about 15 minutes when once more I'm hung up.

    Can someone help me? I'm afraid to order it again, in case where I have to pay or happens even the mixup on the addresses.  "Charged to the ' is different from 'sent' and when my data has been entered, the person did not have this distinction.

    Yes, custom branding will be absolutely included in Adobe send; We know that this is an important feature for many customers and don't dream of it remove! We plan to add this feature later this summer. Until the option of customization is available in Adobe send, you can keep using SendNow to do all your mail files and use the logo/personalization feature here. We'll let you know when you can brand your matches send Adobe, and is then going to be sure to make the transition to the new service - but it is perfectly fine to stick to SendNow so far here.

    There are several methods to reinstall Vista.

    There is no Windows Vista downloads available from Microsoft.

    You can contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send you a set of recovery disks.

    They should do this for a small fee.

    To reinstall Vista using their recovery disk/s, you start from the 1st recovery disk they provide and follow the manufacturer's instructions to reinstall:

    And if you have never received a recovery disk when you bought your computer, there should be a recovery Partition on the hard drive to reinstall Vista on how you purchased your computer.

    I bought a laptop computer XPS 15 in the second week of November. I ran into some technical issues with the laptop, so I started the laptop for a full refund back on 24 November. The sales department guy said I should get the return of 15 working days or 31 days. It has been more than 31 days and I don't have my money. I spoke with five representatives since I asked back. Whenever I had to hold for an hour in the queue and I don't have a straight answer from any of them. The last time when I tried to reach the Department of sales, they was just put on hold and simply disconnected the call after a few minutes. they did not give a call back. Here is the list of people I talked to (these are the only people registered in the State of the application)

    3 December 21, 2015 19:30 (GMT) initiated IJAZ telephone customer contact.

    This guy said he introduced a special form that would refund my money in 3 working days

    Dell management - please fix your customer service team! I have read nothing but horrible comments about them.

    The woman basically just hung up on me when I said that your automated phone system does not recognize my service code. She said that she would ensure that someone knew to fix and transferred my call before let me answer.

    This kind of service would make me look different brand for the next purchase.
