• Digitization of Document with Dell All In One Printer A960

  I would like to know the steps to scan a document on a Dell All In One Printer A960.  I have a Windows Vista operating system.

  Here are the steps I take in the manaul.

  1. I put the paper on the glass.

  2. Select the place I want the paper to go.

  3. I then select the Start button.

  4. once I press the button start, he says: it's scanning, without windows or tabs open on my computer screen.

  5. I then go to my control panel and click on the button that says "scanner and camera" to find the document.

  6. I can preview the document once I've selected the button that says "Scanner and camera" on the Control Panel, it takes me to a page where the document is located, the only thing I can do on this page is three things (1) overview of the document, (2) the document Scan or (3) cancel the document., I can't do anything else.

  Step 6 is where I have problems, how can I get the document of the preview of the page area scan to another folder or area such as 'My Document' folder or any other folder, so that I can attach it to an email. There are only buttons "3", (1) a preview button Scan of a button (2) and (3) a Cancel button.

  If I can get the document of the preview in "My Documents folder" area or any other folder I can attach it to an email.

  If anyone knows the steps to get the document in the preview page to scan in 'my account', please list the steps, this is my first time trying to scan a document.

  I'm sorry you have a problem with the printing of Yahoo.

  See if you can print from another program, such as, (firefox, Safari, etc.).

  I had this hpdeskjet f2480 all-in-one for a couple of years ago, this afternoon, I decided to clean my desktop computer.  I unplug my all-in-one, he moved 2 feet, cleaned my office, plugged my all-in-one, and now, it's only to show that it is a PRINTER!  I printed something earlier in the day, but I've never known this kind of thing when I dissconnect for cleaning, Help!  I know that I can't find the cd that accompanies all of this into one, so reinstall?  How would I do that?  I scan a lot of things and I need my all-in-one to an all in one!

  Nevertheless, try to run the installation again to ensure that the full feature is installed, which includes the scanning software.

  Click on this link, to choose what operating system you have, click drivers and download the software. When it is finished, start the installation and follow the on screen instructions ended and the printer is installed completely.

  HP Photosmart C8180 All-in-One printer has suddenly stopped working on my desktop (Windows XP). When I try to print, it just says: error and blocks the QC. I finally have to cancel and delete. It's as if the driver was uninstalled itself. I tried to reinstall with the original disc. However, it will not work and only says I have a newer version already installed on my computer. There are several products from HP on my add/REMOVE list. I tried to uninstall and reinstall. I hit the uninstall, it only flashes, but never uninstalls.   • Our HP 7780 all in one printer is connected to the network via bluetooth and has an ip address of http://192.168.1.65. A Mac and a Windows 7 desktop computer can print on it.   My printer, HP PSC 1410 all-in-one works fine as a printer, a scanner and a copier until I had a virus and had to reformat.  I have the original HP for the printer drive, downloaded the software undated and have loaded, deleted and reloaded the software 20 times.  The printer and copier works well.  Microsoft appears saying that scanner drivers are not certified, etc. and I can't scan to work.  I had put in hundreds of hours trying to get this to work.  I am 71 years old and I already have the computer work for my company 18 years ago.  My inability to solve this problem that bothers me more than anything else.  I need some young soul to help me that whip.  I don't buy a new computer or upgrade to Windows 7 until I fix this.  It has become a challenge, but I need help.  Kenny:

• HP Officejet 6500 Wireless all-in-One Printer - E709n does not print

  My HP Officejet 6500 Wireless only all-in-One does not print from my main computer. I can scan from this computer and print them from others. I uninstalled and reinstalled the software and drivers, restarted the queue, run the scan doctor and get error error unknown/deviece.  I have disabled the firewall unplugged abd and repluged the power to the printer.

  Any thoughts?

  I have messed with my firewall and had it work. Still not sure what I did but it resets something. Thanks for the help.
