  I'm using one model DW CS5 html for this web page, that I am building and I change the code I want. Everything works fine except for the background color of the header which I changed to black that shows in Safari and IE, but will not appear in Firefox (white shows that is the background color of the div contained)... No idea why?

  Hexadecimal color code requires 6 digits (hand) or 3 digits (shortened) where the values are the same.

  Example:

  White can be expressed as #FFFFFF or #FFF.

  Black can be expressed as #000000 or #000.

• CSS: font .class color will not appear when published in the browser

  Hi guys,.

  I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, but the font color that I try to apply to a < p > tag as a class will not appear in the browser. In dreamweaver cs3, the color appears.

• canvas color will not change, remains white.

  I opened Illustrator and my canvas white color. I tried to change in the user interface, but it remains white. I have checked and unchecked overview of overprinting and nothing. I think I hit a key or somehting but anyopne knows how can I change the color of the canvas to a dark gray?

• Photosmart 2610 yellow color will not print

  My Photosmart 2610 is a pig.  She refuses to print Yellow.  I went through several routines clean and preferred and changed the cartridge for a new brand, but nothing raises any dribble of yellow.  Any help would be appreciated - thanks.

  I would gently pat dry the printhead on a damp cloth.  A working cartridge will have a strong task of cyan, magenta and yellow.  I suspect that your cartridge will show only cyan and magenta.

  In this case, there are a few things to check.  Are the original HP or reman cartridges / filled?  The latter usually have poor quality, see the study here.   The other possibility is that the cartridges are original HP but outdated.  There is not all "expiry" on these cartridges that might lead to print does not correctly after a certain date, but very old cartridges may have failures in one or more colors.  Check the end of warranty date (two years from the date of production) as indicated in the paper here.  This date is also usually printed on the lower right front back the package.  If the cartridges are very old and well beyond the end of warranty date, this is the likely cause.

  As a temporary measure, it can help to soak the cartridge in about 1 "of very hot water for about ten minutes, with the nozzle to the bottom plate.  Remove the cartridge and gently dry the electric contacts with a lint free tissue and try to print.

• Ink cartridge three colors will not work

  I have a HP Photosmart C4680 - tried to install the new tri color cartridge this morning - did not get the usual opinion of real HP part.

  Only thing is message on printer "Print cartridge problem" no other no lights on printer - don't know how to print the message.

  I reinstalled old cartridge and everything works except not red, that's why a cartridge installed again.  Can I remove the new tri color cartridge and printer works in black mode.

  Cartridge purchased at Wal-Mart and they won't take it back because the package has been opened.

  Any suggestions?

  Thanks for the suggestion - but after to achieve the India and information given to the worker - then, he had need of my serial number printer - printer was upstairs and I was on the phone long enough--I hung up.

  I now fear because of another cartridge because I might be too stuck with it. Will use only black ink now much cheaper.  Thanks again

  I use the following method to change the color of some of my JPG image: click on the quick mask, color in the image, click "Edit in Standard Mode", go to select, reverse Image, then adjustments, click on color Balance.

  -nothing happens!

  Ah, my apologies, I have perhaps not been very clear - I'll try harder this time! The reason why the color balance does not in my view is that black and white RGB values 0,0,0 and 255,255,255. If you change these values 127, 127 127 using brightness in Hue Saturation adjustment, or another tool, you will find that you can manipulate the color using the color Balance once again.

  What I wrote above about the selection is a bit redundant - although it will allow you to make a quick selection, which you will then have to reverse. Don't forget that on a mask or a channel, white reveals, in order to select the control/apple white pixels by clicking on the thumbnail of the channel.

  Hello, I'm having a problem in Dreamweaver 8. I've never had a problem of setting attributes link in the past, but for some reason any when I put differently they are not registered correctly. I'll put the colors of link via Edit > Page Properties. When I press on apply or OK it shows perfectly on the page. However, when I saw in either IE or Firefox it shows me the default link color.
  
  In addition, I deleted the underlined attribute and which always shows as well. When I close and reopen the file, it's back to color by default as well. When I change these attributes I not give me any * symbol to save, but I tried to record manually with the Save as command and it still does not work. I'm puzzled!

  Use CSS and link Pseudo-classes. Place it in your external stylesheet.

  What I found in the manual which has been if ECM (Error Correction Mode) is selected color faxes cannot be received or sent. Try to check if it is on / off. If off try toggling the option.

  To change the setting of the ECM from the control panel

  1. from the home screen, tap (right arrow), and then select Setup.

  2. press Fax Setup, and then click Advanced fax setup.

  3. Select the Mode of Error Correction.

  4. Select on or off.

• Playhead will not engage at the marker in a source window

  When I finished to put markers in clips in the source window, I want to click on the markers and get the read head to align with them precisely so that I can make a "brand of" or "Mark Out" point and add to the timeline. However; Sometimes it will break the playhead to marker and sometimes it won't. I googled this old son referring to the CS6 say you press the hotkey S to toggle the function of component snap.   At the last second, we print digitally, so I went into the document ID CS4 (Mac OSX 10.5.8) and I can't delete the sample of PMS, so I can replace it with a CMYK. I tried things on the post above (excluding this codeing thing that I won't try). Someone knows why. My only solution was to cut and paste it in a new document. But I don't like the idea of it at all. The new doc has different margins, guides, preferences. I'll be able to cope with this bandage, but moving forward, it can be a bigger problem. Any ideas?
