Restarting the computer is unable to perform a recovery, he said: error in bios

Some time ago my Pavilion A706N kept restarting out not the case.  I could make a recovery, and it fixed the problem for a while.  Since 2 days ago he continued doing constantly, I did another cover it fixed the problem for a few hours and same problem.  After several attempts, not able to start even in safe mode, I tried recover again.  He went through the process of formatting, but got stuck to say that I have an error in the bios.  Now I'm stuck.  It gives me different errors.  Help.  If I just get a new hard drive that will help?  Can I recover my drive hard eventhough I can't boot my computer?

    tan7655,
If I read this correctly, you have a portable computer that do not have an operating system on it.  You try to install Vista and get the error.
You've restarted the Vista installation?  So then you get the same error? If you have tried to install more than once and continue to receive this error, check that the laptop is capable of Vista?  You may need to check with the manufacturer of the laptop to see if it is able to support Vista. • AirPlay does not connect without restarting the computer

    Hey guys,.

I work in a school and all teachers have a MacBook Air 2011 or newer running 10.10.5 or newer. Many also have Apple TV connected to projectors so that they can use AirPlay to reflect their computers to projectors. So here's the problem:

A couple of my professors can connect to their Apple TV and use without problems, but when they log off of Apple TV, the image of airtime in the bar of menus remains blue (which is normal when AirPlay is enabled). The problem is teachers are unable to reconnect to the Apple TV because the computer thinks it is still connected. Restart the computer to log in again!

The computer will display the Apple TV as a device which we can connect to, but it never connects once it has been disconnected. It is a problem because teachers often connect to view a video and then disconnect so that they can work on their computers. If they try to reconnect, they need to restart their MacBook Air.

ATV is up-to-date. Has been restarted and connected to another network and always has the same question. Not sure if this is ATV related or associated with MacBook Air. The two devices are connected to the same network that has no restrictions.

I think I've cracked it because I had the same problem and since there are 2 minutes I solved it.

Hello. So first of all I wanted to say that I am not an expert, but I think I've had more than my share of problems with my computer. Problems not only to get a virus, but questions of crazy system that I have no idea how they occur, or really correct.

I have an Inspiron 1545, Vista service pack 2, 32-bit.

In any case, I have some of my favorites showed it to my sister and I had a bunch of tabs open and Internet Explore was not load the pages to the right, it has happened and I just restart and it works again. I thought that if I manually restarted the computer, IE would my session was interrupted and when I opened it again it would open all my tabs unless I have to go find them and open them myself. I know that you are not supposed to turn off manually when you can actually go and press restart technially menu, but I did anyway... Well apparently, it was a big mistake.

Now my computer does not restart properly. It gives me the option to restart normally, but when I hit, it indicates the green status bar briefly and then goes black and is sitting there, I did not leave very long sit, but I guess that it does not load. Then the other option is allocated to the repair of the system. He says "research issues" and "this may take a few minutes" and just, it scans and analysis, I have let it go a little over half an hour and it did nothing. I guess that he won't do anything if it does nothing in the first ten minutes. Then I hit Cancel and freezes the status on the scan and I manually restart and the same things happen. I press F8 and tried to go into safe mode and it loades among requirments system and then it's again once I didn't let it sit long, since I think that it won't work in all cases.

I went to the System Center restoration and tried again to repair the system and the same thing... nothing happens. I tried to use a restore point, and to a point that one reason is cited even if I just made a couple months ago. In any case, it is said that since I was in a State of limited system may not perform correctly, I would in a higher State, but I can't have one. It also gives rose the failure of a registry file error and then code them (0x8007045D).

I also tried to run the Pre Boot Assesment and he did the first part of the analysis (I don't have the rest) and it gave me this error - hard drive 0 (2000-0146)

I read a little on the way to try to solve this problem online. I think if I can boot into safe mode with command prompt, I can run diskcheck and maybe it will fix what's wrong, but I have not tried yet, I tell myself that it won't work because I can't with regular safe mode. I also read something about starting in the Vista disc, but I don't really know what that means.

My main fear is that I'll lose my stuff. I supported a few months ago, but I take a lot of pictures and I have not in the past months registered and they are very important to me. I'm afraid to lose. I don't know if it's something that I can fix it or if I should try a friend, or just take my computer somewhere.

I hope no one will offer you is a hard drive problems and suggest you get a new, becaue some time ago I had some weird problem I couldn't fix it under warranty, I had the hard drive replaced and it did not fix the issue and I am not under warranty any more.

So, can someone please help me? Thank you!

    Hello

  • Problem stopping and restarting the computer

    Hello

I searched for so long for a solution, until I decided to post a question here.

Whenever I have shut down my computer (via Start menu / alt + f4) the computer off first and perform a restart immediately afterwarrds.

Well, this is what happens ALL the time. My computer stops and restarts, until I am led the newspaper to the page. On the page (after ctrl + alt + del) to connect, I keep having the same problem after pressing the off button.

It's extremely frustrating because I have two options:

Leave my computer running in locked mode (allowing my computer to heat and drain its battery)

    or

Force a stop down by holding the power button down (damage my computer system - directed to a page (for running normal windows not start))

Here is my contact information for the computer and all the...

Hello, when I put my computer to sleep or turn it off, it goes to the top and comes to the blue screen asking me my password. Sometimes, I get the "ease of access" options and have to close this dialog box, so it's maybe part of the problem. The only way I can turn off the computer of power off and remove the battery. Any ideas? I think it started after an automatic update of Windows 7.

  • Switches to color when you restart the computer profile or wakes from sleep

I bought a Dell Inspiron 1470 with Windows 7 at home as a backup of my MacBook Pro.  I used the Spyder2Express to calibrate my screen that works well.  After that I restarted my PC the color profile has been enabled for a few short seconds, but then returned to the default setting, which is horribly blue and too bright.

I then removed the color profile created by my Spyder2Express and used Windows' built in the calibration of the monitor.  Yet once, it worked until I rebooted the computer, or he woke from sleep mode.

I then wen to the control panel-->--> the color management advanced and assured the new profile is the default value of the system.  The problem still remained after the computer is restarted.

The only solution I have found so far is if after I restarted my pc I go to Panel of--> of color management and select and clear the checkbox "use my settings for this device."  My profile will then return until I restart the next time.

As a pro photographer, it is a question that is extremely disappointing.  I searched forums, web, called Dell directly and none of this was of no help.  Any thoughts?

    Hi Mike,.

It seems that software Spyder2Express adds color profile after each reboot. We can check if really Spyder2Express is the origin of the problem

    Method 1:

Uninstall Spyder 2 express and check if the return of the issue after each reboot.

    Method 2:

Configure the computer to boot and then refine the boot entry that is causing the problem

Step 1: Perform a clean boot:

Note If the computer is connected to a network, network policy settings may prevent you from following these steps. We recommend strongly that you do not use System Configuration utility to change startup options on the computer, unless a support engineer Microsoft directs you to do so. This can make the computer unusable.
    a. log in the computer using an account with administrator rights.
    b. Click Start, type msconfig.exe in the start search box and press ENTER to start the System Configuration utility.
    c. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password, or click on continue.
    d. under the general tab, click Selective startup, and then clear the check box load startup items. (The check box use the file Boot is not available.)
    e. on the Services tab, click to select the skin all the Microsoft services check box, and then click Disable all.
Note following this step lets Microsoft services continue to operate. These services include networking, Plug-and-Play, record of events, error reporting, and other services. If you disable these services, you can permanently delete all restore points. Do not do this if you want to use to restore the system with the existing restore points.
    f. click OK and then click on restart.

Step 2: Enable half the services

    a. click on the Services tab and then click to select the skin all the Microsoft services checkbox.
    b. Click to select half of the check boxes in the Service list.
    c. click OK and then click on restart.

    Solve the problem:
After you determine the startup item or the service that is causing the problem, contact the manufacturer of the program to determine if the problem can be solved. Or, run the System Configuration utility, and then click to clear the check box of the element of the problem.

Reset the computer to start as usual:
When you are finished troubleshooting, follow these steps to reset the computer to start as usual:
    a. Click Start, type msconfig.exe in the start search box and press ENTER.
If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password, or click on continue.
On the general tab, click the Normal startup option, and then click OK.
When you are prompted to restart the computer, click on restart.

All the steps above to perform the clean boot is mentioned in the following article
    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929135

    Hope this helps,
    A Mir.

After the 10.11.5 update, that I could never restart or shut down my iMac (late 2013, 3.2 GHz Intel Core i5, 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3) using the new menu. I can only stop it by pressing the button for a few seconds. I saw a few discussions addressing the question here and have tried to implement some of the solutions proposed, such as restarting in safe mode, deleting the application from Wacom-, but nothing has worked. Now I can't get the 10.11.6 updating or update my Adobe Creative cloud, incidentally, which became available to me, because I can't restart the computer. Do you know if this update would be better and solve the problem? Is there a way I can get this update even if I cannot restart the computer, or even to restore the system to an earlier version?
