  I have a problem with installing official Toshiba Windows 7 x 32 ATI x 1600 driver.

  After unpacking it should run install.exe, I think, but it's not; nothing happens.   And are you sure that you have ATI display driver? Some Satellite A100 models were shipped with the nVidia graphics card, AFAIK.
