My subscription has expired and I tried to change my credit card information. However, I could not find where to change the CC number.
If I click on the red box link, I have this page (I am from the Russia)
How can I change my CC number in my profile?

Cannot add the new credit card issued in another country
I need to change the credit card used for my subscription to Adobe. When I enter new credit card details and new billing address, I can't save anything because "the zip code is incorrect" (IE does not match my previous country). I need to change my country to change credit card details, but I don't know where to do it. Help?
OK, the current plan has been cancelled and I will issue a refund for the current month you have barely renewed.
Please go ahead and create a new Adobe ID with the Slovenia as the country using the same email address. Then sign up for a new plan.

Problems with the new credit card payment
I have CC buoght in last September. A few weeks ago system tried to obtain payment for a membership next year, but in my account settings was old credit card which was empty at that time there already. I changed my payment settings and add the new card, but the system won't take payment of this card and close my membership.
How can I fix? I need to work! Get my money and give me my membership!

Enter new credit card information
Old card expired iPhone 6 won't let me enter the new credit card info to buy apps.
Your old credit card can be 'brick '. It happened to me several times. Try the following steps. I hope it works!
Reset your iPhone, then try to change your payment credentials.
Tap Settings > general > reset > reset all settings
No data is lost after a reset.

You get an error message when you try to update your credit card information?
Might be useful to clear the cookies/cache, or try using a different browser.

How to collect the payment with a new credit card info?

I bought the plan of creative photography of Cloud (a year) in June or July, and it cost RM29.99 per month.
I used my brother's credit card payment. Of course, he knew about it and all payment went well until the payment of this month (September). what respect 09/04/16.
My brother forgot to inform me that he had changed to a new card and adobe could not make me pay for this month, so they send me an email on my payment failed. Today, I had just updated his new credit card info and deleted the old, and the question is how can I pay adobe the payment? It will automatically reload his new card or there's a manual way to pay? Everyone facing the same problem?

Your creative cloud membership has been paid to free because we were able to charge the credit card. Update your payment information to your paid subscription.

AutoFill does not accept a new credit card
I have a new credit card and want to add it to the Panel of credit card in the Safari AutoFill. When I click on 'Add' in Safari > Preferences > edit credit card AutoFill, a small window pops up and I get the name I want to give to the card.
Then, the only option is to click on 'Done '. At this point, the Panel disappears and no card is added; or a window pop up asking for credit card number and the deadline etc.
What I am doing wrong?

Make sure that OS X is updated. Your profile says your Mac works v10.11.2.
Open the App Store, and then select the updates menu.
Lates El Capitan version is v10.11.6.
Then try to add a new card in Safari > Preferences > AutoFill.

Cannot start applications after the stolen credit card
My credit card was stolen and cancelled. I'll probably get a new card tomorrow. Unfortunately I was not aware of the rejected payment my subscription to Adobe. Although, if I check my online account, it says I need to update my payment information with my new credit card details or my subbscription stop at funtionning on 3 June. Unfortunately, this information was false. Today, May 9, my apps stop functioning. I am unable to continue working on my video projects.
Is there a way to access my request, while I'm waiting for a new credit card? 50% chance I can update paying info tomorrow, 90% I can update Monday (Bank holliday gives unpredictable delays for a new credit card)
