• Satellite A100 - recovery will not be finished and stop error message occurs

  Satellite A100-S2211TD, OS is Windows XP Home Edition of recovery disk,

  I have updated the BIOS to 2.20 and laptop was working fine. The old installation of Windows factory has worked well.
  After a few weeks, I tried to use the recovery disk to remove the noise from the HARD drive.
  The recovery of disk task completed and the computer restarted.
  I got the stop error message
  STOP: 0x0000007B (0xFA335528, 0xC0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)
  I removed the memory that I have entered over the past two years and return the PC in the factory scene.
  However, recovery will not be finished (he worked to restore).

  In your case I would try to install Win XP from the Microsoft CD to check if the same error would appear if no drivers are included in the CD of the OS.

  Have you tried to perform a full power cycle on the system and try the analysis immediately after that everything is turned on?

  • Unplug the router all-in-on
  • Wait 30 seconds
  • Plug the router back in power and wait until it completely initialize
  • Restart the PC
  • Unplug the printer while on
  • Wait 30 seconds
  • Plug the printer back in direct power

  So, have you tried to disable your firewall and protection scan from the front panel of the printer?  Sometimes a firewall service will see the printer as a threat and block incoming traffic.  However, based on the analysis of gets it PC around as she reaches out to the device, rather than the reverse.

  3 did you change on your computer before the show?

  4. have you tried Open-the-playing-and-burning-cds-dvds-and-bluray-discs-troubleshooter?

• Scanner will not connect to my printer HP deskjet 3050

  I recently bought a printer HP Deskjet 3050 all-in-One series, scanner copier J611 a.  My operating system is Vista 64.  I received the error message is "Scanner not connected to the computer."  Everything worked, and then all of a sudden the scanner no longer works (print and copy of the works).  I tried to use the printing HP and Dr. Scan to try to solve the problems, but it did not help.  I also tried other solutions I found on the HP site.  Finally, I just uninstalled and reinstalled.  It did not help.  I can still print and copy but will not scan.  I need the scanner, more than anything I have an another printer/copier HP that I can use.

  I tried to analyze using the Wi - Fi connection but couldn't. I have not tried to use MS Paint. I saw in another thread, the proposition that, using a key USB cable might work and I tried it and it worked. It's a little embarrassing, but the key is that I can scan now. Thank you very much.

  My acrobat pro x 1 will not print scan. Indicates error during the scan. If it please restart the program or turn off the unit, then turn it on and wait while it heats up. I downloaded all the latest downloads, but still have questions? I also made sure I have the latest version of the software printer etc..

  Maybe this started after updating to Windows 10?

  First of all, check if you are able to scan from your Samsung device using MS Paint application. Also install the package of full application of the device of the Samsung site not only the basic drivers. Once all this up then try this.

  Open Acrobat

  Go to file > create > PDF from Scanner > Custom Scan

  On the scanning window custom

  Select the Scanner first: there are 2 types of TWAIN and WIA drivers. Select TWAIN

  Click on the Options button

  Select Native Mode for the data transfer method

  Select hide Interface Native of the Scanner for the User Interface and click OK

  Choose other options like color Mode, resolution, paper on the custom scan window size

  & Scan

• Windows 7 will not save a scan to file with officejet 6310

  I have Windows 7 64 bit. I spent the better part of a week checking the markets for a solution to this problem.

  When I scan a document, everything works as it is supposed to. I click on 'Finish' and transfer bar that says what the image in the file appears, then disappears. I tell myself that the transferred image. When I go into the target file, it is empty.

  I checked crogram file x 86 hp digital imaging bin and hpqxmlul.dll is here.

  I tried using hpiscnapp.exe but, as I said I have no problem scanning. The problem is the transfer of a file.

  When I click on "scan document"document in a tiff file"HP Solution Center is selected by default." It will not work. I click on 'document to file' and it works.

  Now, how to change the default setting or can it be?

  Looks like the scan drivers may not have been installed correctly. Please, try the steps in this document to see if it helps. Skip step 3, because it is the different software for your model. Let me know the results of step 5.

  HP printers - a Communication or connection error is displayed when scanning.

  In the workarounds section scan, try these applications to see what results you have.

  If the driver is installed correctly, you should be able to use the Capture and scanning HP.

• HP Solution Center V14 will not display the scanning buttons.

  I just bought a HP Photosmart Premium c410a printer and I can't get it to scan anything either the printer or the PC using HP Solution Center V14.  I did the following:

  Installed the printer in a wireless device and the software stopped with a fatal error during the product Config.

  Everything uninstalled.

  Reinstalled the same printer way and same result.    Icon of the solution Center HP desktop, but when you click it nothing happens.

  A ran HP printer Diagnostics and it showed the error scanning.

  Everything uninstalled.

  Reinstalled the printer this time as a USB connection, install via the test page printed, itself went well.  Clicking on the icon, HP Solution Center and it worked but do not display any Scan keys and if I press the analysis on the printer all them that get is the "Scan problem" and I need not the printer to tell me that as well.

  Downloaded the latest version of the software of HP and Yes uninstalled and installed as a USB connection and everything went well, but the same result using HP solutions Center.

  Can I send items to the printer, I can copy documents if the printer seems to be ok, it's just that useless software.

  Any ideas (other than to return the printer to the store and get refund, which will be soon I think) or suggestions appreciated.

  Thank you two for your help, I've updated my FlashDrive to v11, still no luck so I used HP uninstaller and made a level 1 to level 4 don't uninstall get rid of everything related to HP.  I think part of the problem might have left to install my old printer psc1210 overs or my wifes.   After uninstalling and then stop firewall, protection against viruses and any other useless software, I had installed another as a wireless printer and it WORKED, yippeeeeee

  So now everything works perfectly, thank you once again.

  Please specify your operating system version.

  Director HP wass used in the old Macintosh or Windows versions... in any case it is not compatible with the new device as the Photosmart C310...

  Go to start / search box and type msconfig and enter and then double-click on the program icon that appears.  Go to the Startup tab and see if you can find that help and support update program which are listed there.  If so, uncheck the box next to it, so it will not load at startup, click OK, and exit.  Then reboot and see if that solves the problem (but you won't update whenever it came from).  If this does not work, go to start / Control Panel / Administrative tasks / Task scheduler and see if the help and support update is listed here - if so, delete it and will try it is no longer to load at startup (but you have lost the update whenever it came of).

  If this does not work, please transfer your question in Forum Windows Update: http://social.answers.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/vistawu/threads people who specialize in Windows Update issues (and I guess it's an update of Windows we're talking - you were not accurate in your message) will be more than happy to help you with your problem.  If you have the update name and KB number, it would help and you should include it in your message there.

  My hp 7520 won't let me not scan a document to send.  I get a message "unable to connect to web services.  Confirm access to the internet"the printer is connected via the wi fi and currently accepts printing from the desktop computer.

  The quick reply, it seems that you must set up your local e-mail client on your computer to enable e-mail scanning.

  What operating system do you use? The options are slightly different for each of them.  If you use Outlook or Mozilla Thunderbird in Windows 8, you can get here the steps set up your local e-mail client: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03478505

  If you use an e-mail webmail (gmail, yahoo, hotmail, etc) you can not send a scan directly to e-mail. You must first save your scan to a folder on your computer, and then manually attach it to an e-mail message.
