    Hello

    It is news to me.

I had the ergonomic office sculpt with digital/keyboard/mouse pad.  I like it a lot, except...

He has turned away from my laptop.  I can no longer use the laptop or integrated mouse keyboard.

If I unplug the dongle wireless, this threshold does not work.

If I stop and unplug the dongle wireless, it still does not work.

I went into Control Panel and check the native keyboard and mouse drivers appear as fine work.

The only thing I can think to do is to completely uninstall the drivers for the sculpture.

The idea is, I want to use the sculpture at home, but be able to take the laptop its own when I'm out and about.  Now I'll have to take the whole plant (very delicate in a Starbucks).

    Thoughts?

  • Sculpt ergonomic mouse - how to assign buttons to tilt left/right wheel?

    Hello

I just got the new MS sculpt ergonomic mice and the latest Microsoft Mouse and keyboard Center, and there is no way to assign the wheel of the mouse to the left or right tilt click.  This feature is clearly demonstrated in the marketing of the device but there is no way to assign it, nor it does nothing by default.
    Then... How are you?
    Thank you
    Roman

I managed to make the Sculpt ergonomic mouse scrolling horizontally in Excel by using a third-party driver.

I use X-Mouse button control (XMBC) for years already with my previous mouse, because it helped me:

    • to remap double click on the middle button and
    • to make windows scroll the window that the pointer is positioned on.

I now remapped 'Tilt Wheel left/right' to "scrolling window left/right", and it works perfectly.

Next step: try to remap the Windows key. No luck so far.

The batteries become very, very hot and I took now them. Even when I change the batteries in the keyboard does not work at all (I have replaced twice now) and the new batteries heat up less than a minute, so hot I can't touch them. What could be the problem?

  • Sculpted ergonomic keypad keypad unresponsive

    Hello

I have a new microsoft ergonomic keyboard sculpt. It comes with a separate numeric keypad, which after working perfectly in the current configuration, suddenly stopped working. No entrance from the numeric keypad is received by the computer (numbers, NumLock, calculator, deletion etc.).
I have a VGA to Dell U2312HM screen with USB adapters, I have the receivers of keyboard and USB mouse connected.
The USB ports work with other devices.
The keyboard still works, but not the numeric keypad.
Still, the numeric keypad does not if I plugged USB receiver directly on the laptop.
The drivers are up to date (April 2013)
This Setup worked perfectly during the first month. Unfortunately, I did not notice exactly when the keypad stopped working, so I do not know if something specific it triggered, but the installation has not been changed in any obvious way.
Laptop: Acer Aspire 5742, processor i3 Intel, [email protected], 4 GB RAM, 64-bit OS
Running: Windows 7 Home Premium, SP 1.
The most obvious thing is a battery problem - but it's a special flat battery, clearly not designed to be changed often and the keyboard is less than 3 months, I would be surprised if the battery had already run down. The AAA batteries in the keyboard section are still working fine!
    Suggestions very welcome.

    Hello

Thank you for the update on the issue.

As you mentioned that everything works correctly instead of no light on the keyboard, this means that either there is no light on the keyboard, or it has been damaged.

  • How to fix a Sculpt of Microsoft ergonomic keyboard key?

I just bought a new ergonomic office to sculpt. The keyboard is really great. Unfortunately, the N and H keys are creaking loudly. • Keyboard ergonomic Sculpt from Microsoft does not

    Dear community,

I have the Sculpt duo ergonomic keyboard & mouse Microsoft, but I have a problem only with the keyboard.

1.) does not recognize the keyboard: shift + c

I use the caps lock button to make a big 'C '.

The two shift keys do not work with the c key

(2.) by typing in Microsoft Word (Microsoft Professional Plus 2013), I'll start typing a phrase and all of a sudden it will copy what I write in the following line. Here is an example:

This is an example of what is going on DiagnosThis of care nursing is an example of what happens on the nursing diagnoses

So I started typing and when I went to type the word "Diagnostics", Word automatically copied the sentence and stuck where my current typing was.  I hope this makes sense.

It seems that I turned on some sort of shortcut with SHIFT c and now he's doing the thing copy instead, but I have no idea how I did this or how disable it.

    Things I've tried:

    -restart the computer

-have disconnected and reconnected the USB receiver

-turn the computer off, by disconnecting and reconnecting the USB receiver, turn on the computer

    -uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers

    -multiple restarts again

I am running Windows 7 Home Premium, 64-bit operating system.

    Thanks for your help,

  • Sculpt the ergonomic keyboard, adding extra characters

I'm running Windows 7 Pro x 64 and recently upgraded to date since a former MS ergo keyboard to Sculpt Ergo keyboard. It seems that when I type fast keyboard will add extra ' o Ce would be something like tohis, oou moaybeo something likeo thato. I get the sense that it is a problem of software in the OS, the driver, or internal to the keyboard. It doesn't seem like a double tap issue because rarely is the extra 'o' just after an another 'o'.

    Hi Scott,.

Thanks for posting your query in Microsoft Community Forum.

If double letters appear even when you don't think you typos, then Windows keyboard speed could be set too high or there could be something stuck in your keyboard. Try turning upside and it blow. You can search on how to remove the keyboard and clean under them safely.

Otherwise, I would have you try the following and see if the problem persists.

    Method 1:

Try the following steps to change deadlines and rates in the arrangements of keyboards.

    1. Click Start, type keyboard and select keyboard in the list of items.
    2. To reduce the problem of double-taps, move the slider to "Repeat Delay" to "Long".
    3. Before clicking 'OK', test the speed again by typing in the empty box within the properties of the keyboard window.

If the problem persists, try the following method.

    Method 2:

Try to install the last mouse and keyboard Center and check.

    http://www.Microsoft.com/hardware/en-us/d/sculpt-ergonomic-keyboard-for-business

(Select Windows 7 (64-bit only) in the list of operating systems).

  • is there a single mouse driver to carve microsoft ergonomic mouse? The "Mouse and keyboard Centre 2.3" driver/software is not compatible with my other keyboard...

    Hello!

So I went on the microsoft Web site to download the software/driver for my "Microsoft sculpt ergonomic mouse", but is the only driver/software they listed the "mouse and keyboard Centre 2.3", which seems to be for their mouse and keyboard...» I tried to install, but after installation than my other brand non-microsoft (mark i-rocks) 2.4 ghz wireless keyboard Connect is more to his receiver and I am unable to use the keyboard. I tried resynciing and everything but nothing works only as long as this "keyboard and mouse center 2.3" driver/software is installed, so now I have to uninstall that and just use the regular driver for the "microsoft sculpt ergonomic mouse" I have, so I can use my keyboard...

I want to know, is there another older version of mouse only driver/software that I can use with my "ms sculpt ergonomic mosue?  Maybe the latest intellipoint mouse driver would work? What is the latest version and how to find?    or only the "keyboard and mouse Center 2.3" works with this mouse?  so in this case, I have no other choice than to use the generic mouse driver?

Thanks in advance for the help!

    lendbz

I finally thought to it. Apparently, when you install the software/driver "Mouse and keyboard Centre 2.3" for the "mouse sculpt ergonomic microsoft", it will install both the driver for mouse and keyboard correspondence pilot as well, even if I only have the keyboard.  I tried this software even with my old microsoft natural wireless laser mouse 7000 and time that he installed only the mouse driver. I'm guessing that the nano-receiver for the mouse ergonomic sculpt can receive both the ergonomic keyboard and ergonomic mouse? .

If the software installed one "microsoft USB dual receiver Wireless Mouse" under "Mice and other pointing device" in the Device Manager and a "receiver double USB microsoft wireless keyboard' under 'keyboard '.  What I did is simply to go into the Device Manager and uninstalled the driver "microsoft USB receiver double wireless keyboard" and check the box to "delete the driver for this device" so that the keyboard driver will not return and be a pilot and leave just installed microsoft mouse, so now I don't have that the "microsoft USB dual receiver Wireless Mouse" and the generic driver keyboard "HID Keyboard Device" in Device Manager to the the microsoft place unwanted, one, now I can go ahead and install any brand wireless/wired keyboard and the microsoft keyboard driver no longer interfere with it.

  • What can a left-handed user with the natural ergonomic desktop 7000?

    Hello

I am convinced that the keyboard in the 7000 natural ergonomic office would be the best for me. However, I am left-handed, so the mouse that does not work.

So I was wondering what Microsoft wireless solution is recommended. I don't see the keyboard available separately. So I need to get an ambidextrous mouse separated and use two USB receivers on two USB ports? Or the USB receiver that comes in this set can be programmed to operate with another mouse?

    Thanks a bunch,

    Alan

As near as I know it, MS does not the keyboard of the "Desktop 7000' available separately.  The "natural ergonomic Keyboard 4000" MS looks like - from the site, in any case - being identical to the keyboard of the updated 7000 except that she is wired rather than wireless.

It depends on what is important to you.  If you want the keyboard with a WiFi feature, then you will need to buy the 7000 set, take the mouse and buy a different mouse.  You can buy a standard mouse (wired or wireless), a mouse "Ambidextrous" MS (wired or wireless), or there is an ergonomic mouse for left-handers available by other sellers, for example, http://www.thehumansolution.com/left-hand-ergonomic-mice.html and Google.

Otherwise, buy 4000 wired keyboard and mouse of your choice.

The only downside I see to have a separate keyboard and mouse is that you need to use the two USB ports - but most people already do.  I had two (the pointer of the mouse and presentation) wireless devices connected to a laptop without any problem of interference at all.

To answer your last question, I don't have the final answer (because I have no MS info inside), but I'm sure that you can not do anything with the transmitter/receiver that comes with a mouse without a wire and/or keyboard 99.99999%.

  • Microsoft sculpt mouse, or any other technology blue track mouse blue glow on this?

So I know it's a very stupid question. I am looking to buy a mouse that looks good. And from my point of view, a beautiful design to mouse and some type of conduit, puts some color. For example, like this image - http://prntscr.com/3ksnd2 - I watched some videos of youtube, but as they don't actually have a blue glow on the bottom, which surrounds the mouse and is visible when the mouse is flat on a surface. And if this mouse bluetrack has this kind of glow, then I want to know if microsoft sculpted mouse bluetrack comfort also has this type of glow. (As I said stupid question, but I couldn't find a real answer).

And say you microsoft sculpt mouse comfort, is a good mouse for games, like the fact also, as a side issue, it is actually also good that microsoft argues your hand. And I already watched sculpt ergonomic mouse, but that is just a little weird. (and I also like the fact that the mouse comfort sculpt has a touchpad).

    Thanks in advance
