Several similar Bluetooth devices

Hi all

I'm curious to know if anyone has an effective way to manage several bluetooth on their iPhone, particularly similar bluetooth devices.  Here's my scenario specific household:

I have 3 Bose Soundwave mini in different areas around the House and bring with me to work, a living room stereo system using a logitech bluetooth receiver, stereo room bedroom using a similar receiver and a stereo in my backyard using the Roverbeats Unify bluetooth receiver and another in my garage with a similar Roverbeats receiver.

Often with receivers, my phone will connect to a receiver in the other room, although it is literally in front of the receiver, I want to associate.  I'm so often or having to choose between keeping the receivers do not use unplugged, by selecting "forget connection" on my iPhone every time and just rematching.  With the mini Bose I have not found a way to rename each different unit which is confusing, as they are all labelled the same in my list of Bluetooth connections (I am able to rename every single unit on my Macbook, but that will still be often confused and have connection problems, making me forget all connections with all minis just reconnect from scratch).  I have every Mini labeled with A/B/C, but do not have a way to differentiate one on my iPhone.

So, basically, I feel constantly forget liaison and/or keep some receivers unplugged.  Has anyone found any bluetooth utility function simplified to establish connections rename / prioritize?   I have an iPhone 5 9.3.2.

The name change you make on your computer just the fact it not on the device BT itself. Because there is no user controllable files management, there is no similar to iOS functionality. I don't know of any utility that will help you. The only thing I could suggest is turn off BT devices and turning them on only when you will contact them.

A few weeks before to get my Moto X 2014 recently, I installed a Kenwood KMM-BT312U car radio in my car and another in my truck. At the time, I was using a 2013 Moto X running CyanogenMod 12.1. Easily paired phone with the units main and all was fine. Unfortunately, my Moto X 2014 (stock) can't seem to tell the difference between the two central devices; He is well matched with one, but then will not see the other as a non-paired device. If I reactivate Bluetooth then next turn, the phone tries to connect to the second device but fails (understandable). It doesn't seem to matter which unit I first log in, the end result is the same. Central devices running the latest firmware and Kenwood, based on the name of the Bluetooth device is not editable.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?

  • Bluetooth devices will not connect after a long period of absence

It started in the last 3 months, I'm not sure of that OS upgrade specifically.  I currently have Version 10.11.3.  I have a MBP late 2011.  I use a keyboard, trackpad and bluetooth magic, bought the same time as my mac.

Whenever I come back from a business trip (usually a day or two max), my bluetooth keyboard and trackpad will not connect.  They appear in the drop down bluetooth devices, but when I select Connect, nothing happens.  I did everything the new standard batteries, SMC/PRAM reset, nothing helps.  I then manually have to pair them up with difficulty using Set Up Bluetooth Trackpad/keyboard.  It will show "found", then say could not pair.  I have the power on the devices several times his cycle, and then hold the power button 'on' to the pair.  Usually, it takes 5-10 minutes and is terribly frustrating.  Once I get the paired, as long as my stays Mac in the same room with the devices, they pair very well.  Appreciate the advice.

  • Check out Get the address of the Bluetooth device list

I have two series Bluetooth devices both send numbers to pc.what I want to know is how to get the address of the list of devices Bluetooth discover bluetooth device then use to connect to the first device read data log and connect a second device.

    Hello Aymanch,

The Bluetooth Discover VI will be released a cluster with devices within the range of your network, where a feature will be the address and the second part will be the name of the device. You can then use the address as an input for the VI of open connection and then pass this reference reading VI and close connection VI.

If you want to see an example of how to get the address of the cluster and how to use these screws, please open the example Finder and search for Simple Bluetooth project. The Server.vi shows how to unbundle the cluster and the Client.vi shows something similar to what you want to accomplish. Because you are going to use two devices, you can even use a loop to repeat the operation on the two addresses.

  • No icon of Bluetooth device in the control panel of my Windows xp sp3

I can't install the bluetooth mobile phone because there is no Bluetooth device icon in the control panel. I use Windows xp sp3. Can someone tell me what I need to do?

    Hi naturalmente.

What is the number and the model of the device you are trying to connect?

Check the conditions below are true:

    1. If there are several Bluetooth devices connected to your computer, temporarily remove the devices you want to solve not. If there are other USB devices, try to remove all USB devices that you do not have to be installed during the troubleshooting process. If you have several devices that are connected using USB, this can interfere with a Bluetooth transmitter/receiver.

    2. check that the Bluetooth device that you want to solve is turned on and that it is enabled.

    3. check the status of the Bluetooth support service:

    a. to open the snap Microsoft Management Console (MMC) for Services in Windows XP, click Start, click Run, type services.msc and click OK.

    b. double-click the Bluetooth Support service.

    c. If the Bluetooth Support service is stopped, click Start.

    d. in the startup type list, click Automatic.

    e. click the log.

    f. click Local System account.

    g. click OK.

    h. If you are prompted to restart the computer, click Yes.

    4. search for the parameters below:

    a. right click on the Bluetooth in the notification area icon and then click on view the Bluetooth settings.

    b. on the Options tab, click to select the discovery of the Tower on the checkbox and then click on apply.

    c. to enable Bluetooth devices to connect to your computer, click to select allow them Bluetooth devices to connect to this computer check box and then click OK.

  • How to remove Bluetooth devices in double

Hardware: Acer Aspire 1410 Netbook under Windows 7 Home Premium, Iogear mini USB Bluetooth adapter (device working properly in Device Manager).

I am trying to pair a Bluetooth headset stereo Motorola Motorokr S9 - HD with the Acer's Netbook.

When I try to pair the headset, I see 2 of them in the Bluetooth Setup Wizard, select a device dialog box.  The helmet is never paired with the Netbook.  I guess it is because there are 2 of them.  How can I remove the two devices so that I can start fresh?

I spent several weeks trying to get this headset work with my Netbook.  The needs of S9 A2DP and AVRCP, which claims to support the Iogear BT adapter.  However, encouraging them to play well together seems almost impossible.  I am very frustrated.

  • Bluetooth in blackBerry Smartphones: Blackberry - GOLD-"Bluetooth devices" in the control panel Device Manager?

I am a beginner BB but computer user who slowly found pieces of the overall concepts of how my Blackberry is part of mail etc., servers local applications, Bluetooth, USB.  (Links to concepts of BB rather than appreciated step-by-step instructions!)

Here is my current problem: to connect my BB to my PC via Bluetooth it seems there are two places, I can do that: either in the "Bluetooth devices" item in Control Panel - or - in Device Manager Blackberry device with the button «Set up Bluetooth» connection tab

These two make it appear very similar windows that allow me to 'Add' a Bluetooth device, but they are clearly different applications.  What is the difference?  They are for the same purpose? Or are they totally different things such as plug in headphones to BB vs connect BB to the PC?

  • Get a Bluetooth device message"driver is not found when you connect Bluetooth

    original title: Bluetooth connectivity problems

    Hello

I own both a T-900 of Fujitsu (64-bit Windows 7) and a HTC Rezound and have been using bluetooth to transfer files between them until a few days ago. Out of nowhere, bluetooth does not work anymore and now shows that "Bluetooth device" driver is not found. I tried to uninstall and reinstall it from many different sites, try different, but for some reason bluetooth packages some do not fix the problem of Bluetooth device. My computer can not find other bluetooth devices, and my phone does not recognize my computer as a bluetooth, even with the two device are detectable. If someone had a similar problem or knows how to fix Bluetooth device? Any help is greatly appreciated!

    Hi autumnv92,

Were there any changes made to the computer before the question?

Check out the following and check:
    Method 1:
Open the hardware and devices Troubleshooter

    Method 2:
Error: "device driver Bluetooth not found" when you try to connect to a bluetooth device
    Method 3:
    See the following steps:
    1. turn on your bluetooth device
    2. right-click the icon for the device in the system status bar
    3. choose / click on "show bluetooth devices.
    4. There will be a list of devices you never associate (like your phone, another laptop, etc.).
    5. simply remove from the list.
And the warning like "(pilote de périphérique Bluetooth périphérique est introuvable) will not show up again."

  • 'Delete Failed' Bluetooth device

I had problems to make my audio adapter Logitech Bluetooth S-00113 to work with my Acer S7 - 391 running Windows 8. Acer has been pushing WiFi and Bluetooth driver updated since last year. After the driver was updated, the Logitech audio adapter still does not work - it remains in "offline" mode In the past, I was able to remove the device and re-pair. It would sometimes work after doing this. After this last driver update, can I remove is no longer the device - I get a message "Cannot delete"

How can I remove the Bluetooth audio adapter?

p.s. the Logitech audio adapter works great with my iPod, it is not a hardware problem.

I had the same problem as you. I've solved this by removing several registry keys using PSTools (psexec-i s regedit) while in a command prompt run as administrator. Then, I removed all Bluetooth devices by using Device Manager. I've downloaded windows 8.1 support and then reinstalled the Windows only system (not user files or programs).

I came to this solution after two below-related forums.

    1. a good explanation of the problem: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/5964685/how-do-i-totally-delete-reset-bluetooth-settings-in-windows-7

    2. the registry entries that should be deleted: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/811805

I downloaded the Microsoft installation media of: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-8/create-reset-refresh-media

    I downloaded PSTools from: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb897553.aspx

Overall, the process took 30 minutes to solve after I had spent 9 hours of troubleshooting. The problem seems to lie in the fact that enumerator Microsoft's Bluetooth not publish the device in the list. The list is stored in the registry, so even that if you remove the enumerator in the list of devices, it regenerates itself.

  • Problem with connection of bluetooth devices.

I just bought a Bluetooth speaker. I plugged and this combined with Bluetooth.in Bluetooth it shows as connected but not on the list of devices.

This says disconnected and nothing plays the computer to the speaker. If I click on connect the blue icon for Bluetooth continues to go round and round.

The device is correct because I connected and he played successfully in my Samsung Galaxy S5 partners. I uninstalled and re installed several times.

On the program of features, it is said not connected, it does also no signal. Can anyone help.

    Hello

Check with the manufacturer of support speakers and your computer machine and ask for their
Forums about known problems (if any). They should also provide methods of connection.

    Try this:

    Disable the Bluetooth device.

On computer Charms Bar-> the settings-> settings change PC-> devices

HOLD the Power button on the device for 8 + seconds until the BLUE light flashes.

Device is entered mode pairing - on computer, click on "Search for Devices".

Install or update drivers if necessary if Windows 8/8.1 will have plenty.

If paired-> Panel-> Sound - reading devices - set as default if you wish.

  • Remove list Bluetooth devices

Is there a way to delete the old list of Bluetooth devices? When I click on the x next to it, he tries to associate rather than delete them. I opened the plist for Bluetooth with Xcode, but I don't see old appliances under recent devices, and the Favorites are the devices that I use.

Resolved on mine. Hold down the option key when you select the Bluetooth menu in the Finder. It will give you the opportunity to remove the device.

  • MacBook can not find bluetooth devices

I just bought a new Macbook.  He can not find bluetooth devices.  The device is fully charged and so forth.  He saw the mouse for a fraction of a second, but then he fell.  I tried other bluetooth devices.  It does not find.

I had this problem too, turn on the Macbook and off is your best bet. But if this does not work, you can go into the settings of your macbook. Settings - Bluetooth - advanced and ensuring that all things have been checked. Hope this helps, good luck to you.
