  I stumbled upon your post on the laptop and wanted to help you! I looked in your question about your laptop 15-r011na HP TouchSmart and the laptop turns off when it is attached cable ca. Here is a link to test and calibrate your battery for Windows 10.

  Note Remove all USB devices. Disconnect all devices of non-essential, as these can cause some problems.

  Plug the power supply directly into a different wall outlet. Do not connect it a power strip, surge arrester, or secondary power source as this could cause and issue.

  You can try to use the Windows Update Troubleshooter to fix updates that do not come through Windows 10.  Please restart the laptop twice to make sure that all updates are completed!

In the power manager, I took my battery to start charging when the battery is less than 80%. During the game (with AC is on), the battery level is reduced to 1% in a few minutes. The power manager, the State of the battery indicates 'No activity' (no discharge or load). In the windows battery meter, battery indicator says "plugged in, but do not load" (which is normal with respect to the threshold of loading).

  Why this condition occurs? I mean, the AC is plugged in, but the battery capacity is reduced.
