  A successful operating system should not stop the side OS/usefulness of the user interface like this. Even if a reboot "suit", is a major issue.

  I'm an advanced user but not a pro. I did it and the user support, I'm building my own PC, I have owned them for adults 20 years of age and I am a computer science major. Unfortunately, I don't have much experience with advanced Windows troubleshooting, I use usually just Google and a few tried and true solutions to the difficulty of the PC of the user. I never did anything with the Windows log files, and I'm not anywhere near MCSE, obviously.

  If it is uninstall it from Add / Remove programs.

  If it does not show then show updates is on top, use the method below.

  Click Start , type cmd.
  Now in the result of the research with right-click on cmd.exe and select run as administrator if you are not the administrator.
  Type regsvr32 /u "%programfiles%\Windows Desktop Search" and press enter

  You search old back, see if it works.

  The next time you do the Search 4.0 updates appears again.

  We went to RH11 specifically to solve the problem of known IE11 we had while we were running RH9.  When I installed the software, I applied all available patches, now at 11.0.2.240.  But when I try to generate a WebHelp project, in the output, the TOC loads, search bar charges, but the main content of the start page does not load.  Very similar to the old question of IE11.  It happens on both files the to this virtual machine and when they are responsible for the intenet.  My operating system in Windows 7 (as so far).

  I am the admin of Windows for a University Department and install PC with Firefox all the time.   I tried many suggestions to reset Firefox, removing the profile of Firefox users, removing the Windows profile users, uninstalling/reinstalling Firefox, uninstall/reinstall of Firefox and the latest Java, but nothing helped. After uninstalling, I run an application to delete the caches and temporary files and even remove manually the keys to register HKLM\SOFTWARE\Mozilla and HKCU\SOFTWARE\Mozilla. I restart and make sure that the installation folder is deleted after uninstalling.

  Results are the same: after installing Firefox 31, the initial settings for migration, IE or Chrome pop up and after having clicked on the button finish, Firefox starts but does not display the home page of the new user, only a blank page. By clicking on the Options (3 bars) button does nothing. Right click in the appropriate box, the shortcut menu appears, so I can choose to customize, but which opens another tab with subject: Customize the URL and the page is blank. In the right click context menu, I can activate the menu bar and get options from that.

  Do not have access to Safe Mode if you ignore the system restore and click on the button on the Start Menu?  Your initial problems are repeated in this case?

  If you can access Safe Mode things, see if it will help you create another user, and it will allow to test this new user in Normal Mode of loading.

  Also, if you can in Mode safe, download and run this program in mode safe mode and let it scan your computer for malware.

  Try this mode safe too.  Try running ChkDsk to check your drive for errors. Right click on your drive icon / properties / tools / error checking.  Try first by checking do not each box (that it will run in read-only mode) to see if it reports any problems file or hard drive.  If so, restart it by checking both boxes and restart to allow him to attempt to fix any problems found.

  You can access Mode safe? Repeatedly press F8 as you start? If yes you can try Control Panel - device
  Manager - graphics card - Double click on - driver tab - click on UPDATE driver - then right click
  on devices and UNINSTALL - REBOOT.

  Another method to try to get to the desktop (try in normal Windows Mode without failure)
  CTRL + ALT + DELETE and on the tab process EXPLORER.exe and COMPLETE the PROCESS on this subject - then
  on the Applications tab - lower right - new task - type in EXPLORER.exe. Safe mode is reached
  by tapping F8 as you start several times.

  Black screen problems are extremely difficult to repair and all patch is usually on a base hit or miss.

  OK, I downloaded your app and checked that it uses Stage3D (you renderMode value to indicate in the app.xml file). I tested it in point 10.2 and it works for me. When using the portal provider make sure you specify BlackBerry 10.2 or higher.

  There was no error message: the device has been recognized (listed) by the USB controller and the Device Manager, but not by the management of the disks - so I couldn't access.

  I managed to fix the problem after:

  -J' scanned the computer (DELL Inspiron) with the Safety Scanner
  -J' completely uninstalled all the software associated with an external hard drive
  -J' uninstalled the USB controllers
  -reboot the system
  -reconnected the external HD
  -After gaining access to the drive, I installed the dedicated software
