Startup Repair Acrobat
I recently updated my macbook pro. I downloaded my adobe CS4 creative costume and reinstalled the software on the new computer. Installation seems to be fine for the programs I tested except Adobe Acrobat Pro 9. When I try to open the program tells me that a repair installation is necessary 1. Adobe PDF printer 2. Adobe PDFViewer Plugin Safari. If I select two updates and press to continue, nothing happens, the program crashes. If I click Cancel, the program does not open.
Please notify.
Hi RichardClowater,
It is not possible to upgrade form CS4, you will need to purchase Acrobat DC individually Plans and prices | Adobe Acrobat DC.
Make sure that you uninstall the older version of Acrobat for your CS4 before installing Acrobat DC.

0 x 0000034 BCD error Bootcamp, no startup repair
Hello! I have an end 2013 15 "Macbook Pro, which was double started with OS X 10.11.3 and Windows 10.
After that a particularly large set of Windows Update, on reboot, I get an error indicating that the boot files are missing (error 0 x 0000034). I followed other threads and created a 10 Windows Installer media on a SD card and trying to run the Startup Repair to correct the mistake of BCD.
However, when you start the SD EFI icon in bootcamp, I get a message saying that it seems that I started a Windows upgrade, would I like to continue the upgrade by removing the installation media, or rather to perform a new installation of Windows 10. If I remove the media, I went back to the original error blue screen. If I try a clean install, I'm going through some windows asking for language, entry etc then arrive at a window that asks where I want to install Windows 10.
There are 5 possible partitions available in the window of dialogue and a variety of options, including the 'Refresh' and 'Format', but there is no option to run the Startup Repair tool.
There is another option/icon that appears in bootcamp which is simply called "Windows". Try to boot from this icon gives the same results as starting from the EFI icon, but to a much lower screen resolution (everything is larger and more irregular).
TL; DR: How to startup on a bootable SD card repair, when Windows thinks I have been in the middle of an upgrade when BCD files have been lost?
Thanks in advance for the help!
Technical specification:
End 2013 15 "Macbook ProOS X 10.11.3, Windows 10
I7 to 2.3 GHz
16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M 2048 MB
500 GB of Flash storage (334 GB on OS X, 164.6 GB on the bootcamp partition)
Update: I now suspect that the issue is the ISO used to create the bootable media is from a later version of Windows, as my machine crashed in the middle of an update. Is it possible that I can know which version of Windows, I had when BCD files were deleted, and if so, how can I configure the bootable media so that the computer allows me to use the Startup Repair tool?
I tried to boot from a USB instead of SD, without any difference in the results.

Satellite C650-17Z: (new!) startup repair problem
A few weeks ago, I used the Toshiba restore disk to fix my laptop to its original state. However, I have now faced a similar problem. I have shut down prematurely on startup 'Starting Windows' screen, which then caused the Startup Repair to launch when I rebooted my laptop a few hours later.
What could be the results if the startup repair does not fix anything, since there is no set system restore points.
Hello
Wait a second time: your ad is a bit confusing
This means every time on starting Windows screen, the computer stops and the next time you get message startup repair or what exactly?
Hmm, what other programs and drivers that you installed after recover installation?
You can start Windows in safe mode?

Satellite A200-J01: Startup Repair cannot repair computer automatically
Hi all
I can't get my laptop to start. I am currently traveling overseas and
I was hoping that someone may have met or know of this problem.
It has always worked well and the only thing I did everything differently when using the laptop here is you connecting to the internet to /cafes of hot spots and watch DVDs (copies pirated in Bali) so I was wondering if any of them can cause this problem of startup repair. When you turn it on it tells me that...
"Startup Repair is checking for problems of system" then...
"Startup Repair cannot repair this computer automatically.
When I look to see what the details of the problem, it's that I get...
Problem event name... "StartupRepairV2.

First of all, it would be interesting to know something about your laptop. What model of laptop do you have?
Have you tried starting in safe mode using the F8 key? Some new notebook series is equipped with HARD drive recovery. IF you can try to press the F8 key immediately after you have switched on the laptop, then choose fix my computer and try the laptop recovery

Satellite A300 - startup repair does not work
When I went to use the Startup Repair option in the advanced boot options at startup that he told me that the application cannot run and shut down the computer.
I have a laptop Satellite A300-1OM.
As far as I know, this option has nothing to do with Toshiba and this is the Microsoft function.
What is the problem with your A300?

Re: Satellite L650 stuck Startup Repair mode
Hello
I was asked to look at the Satellite L650 laptop for a friend because they could not get going.
Not sure they did before me do yesterday, as far as I know, it's that they couldn't turn it on. I wanted to get into Safe Mode, but it went to the Startup Repair Mode and is stuck in this at all times. It is currently running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit.
Have you tried from the DVD player, but it is up to the use of the hard drive, even tried running in my network, but without a bit of luck.
It does not go to the repair step because it gives me the opportunity to enter a password.
Someone at - it ideas how I can work around this problem, you can.

Hello
I think you have only two options here:
(1) you are going to use HARD drive recovery options
(2) or you can start the recovery using the recovery diskFor HARD drive recovery:

Satellite L350-262 - Startup Repair screen displays
Can anyone help?
I had a L350-262 only 2 days. Already, I've had the Startup Repair screen appears showing there is a problem and Windows will not work. When the system try to automatically repair it says that Windows cannot automatically repair.
I have watched the tests diagnostic and repair details and the cause of found root shows that Startup Repair tried several times but still cannot determine the cause of the problem. Last night, I'm sure it says registry is corrupt, but I don't see something like that today? When I go to the advanced options for system recovery and support, I select UK as my keyboard entry method. He said then I must connect to access the system recovery options, and if I have problems logging in to contact the administrator of the computer. I can't seem to login screen if this proves difficult.
If anyone has had similar problems and if so how did you get the problem solved?
James
Hello
Your ad is somehow a bit confusing and not detailed. You want to say that this startup screen suddenly appears and you didn't change anything on the hardware or software?
What happens if you try to start in safe mode? Is this possible?
To be honest right now I think that it s time to reinstall Windows if Windows peut t solve the problem itself.

Satellite A660-155 freezes and needs of startup repair or does not start
Hello, in the middle of the month of August, I bought a satellite a660-155, PSAW0E-00U00DEN S/N 5A214647K.
It is registered under warranty until the Aug2011.
After less than a week, it refused to start.
I rang support and they recommended that I use the recovery discs to restore to factory condition. I did and spent the next 3 nights reload software and my backup disk data.Since then he refuses sometimes to start the hard drive with a relative error that it cannot rfind and then ask which drive to boot from. If I select the hard drive, it starts later. Sometimes when running he crashes and then restarts.
Last night, after that it had not been used for a few days, I woke up he "sleep" mode. I logged on okay, but then the blue logo 'circly' comes on, spinning away happily, and nothing else (just for logging on the text). After 30 minutes, I pressed the power button to turn off because the cell phone was totally insensitive.
On commissioning, I got a white screen for 30 minutes, then the Startup Repair option.
I launched it and check start lasted almost an hour and an hour, then he said, trying to repair. After a few hours, I left and went to bed. This morning, he showed the guest of logon and connected properly, as if nothing had ever happened.I lost confidence in Toshiba laptops, (I am responsible for computer SCIENCE) and I've never seen this problem before on a so-called quality machine. I only ise it fot simple e-mail/internet/word documents.
All I can conclude is that there is little material defective (hard drive) that stops responding intermittently.
I sent support at 07:00 this morning, but have not had a response.
Can you help me? This machine needs ideally replace or repair collection, back in working condition 100% reliable. Could someone please contact me to see where I go from here?
Under the law of consumption, you have a duty to rectify my sad situation, that the flaw exists again.Thank you
Thanks for the info!
Seems to replace the HARD drive would solve! -
Satellite L350D - crashes on startup repair screen
Laptop Toshiba L350D my GF had a funny turn and was served on the screen of the tool to RESTART SYSTEM a few days now.
I doing nothing it can make this screen, I F8 would be up to my bleeding fingers, when to choose anything safe mode the display returns to the STARTUP REPAIR and do its thing.
It will not start and crashes right on the screen of the Startup Repair tool.
I don't have a recovery disc Toshiba, what can I do?
Thanks in advance
Well I think that if you are not able to go into the advanced boot menu (F8) and so if you can start t HARD drive recovery works you have the Toshiba recovery disc.
As I see you don t have it and if you order a disk Toshiba directly:
https://backupmedia.Toshiba.EU/landing.aspxI know it's strange, but I think that in this case, you can t anything.

How to stop the Startup Repair?
Hello
I have a computer laptop hp2000, worked very slowly. So, I started an auto repair. But it fails to repair and repeat again and again. Showing a problem, "Boot Manager cannot find the operating system loader. error code = 0 x 5
repair action: repair store boot configuration data
Result: failed. Error code = 0 x 490
I was also able to stop at the Startup Repair.
I also tried to install new windows, but he fails again.
Please help me as soon as you can!Hello
If you do not, use another PC to create a rescue CD Windows 7. Download the ISO relevant among the links below.
You must use an app like ImgBurn to burn the ISO to a CD - a guide on the use of ImgBurn to write an ISO on a disc is here. One time created, or if you already have this, typing away at the esc key when you launch Notepad to open the Start Menu. Insert the rescue CD. Select boot options (usually f9), use the arrow keys to select the CD/DVD drive and press ENTER. You can also get a prompt to "Press any key to" continuous - it if requested.
When loading, select repair your computer and choose the command prompt. When this charge, enter the following commands and press on enter after everyone – including spaces as shown.
Bootrec.exe
bcdedit/export C:\BCD_Backup
c:
Boot CD
BCD attrib s h - r
Ren c:\boot\bcd BCD.old
Bootrec /RebuildBcd
Bootrec /fixmbr
Bootrec /fixboot
Remove the rescue CD and try to restart the laptop.
Kind regards

power on laptop goes to the Startup Repair and Configuration of updates then stops a restart, only to do it again and again and again.
Follow the instructions and make a Bootable CD from him.
Make the BOOTABLE CD into the computer that you downloaded for.
Read the advice and follow it.
Advice is given for a reason, because that is how the manufacturers recommended for:
Download the ISO on the link provided and make a record of repair time it starts.
Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.
At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.
When you have changed that, insert the Bootable disk you did in the drive and reboot.

Link above shows what the process looks like and a manual, it load the repair options.
NeoSmart containing the content of the Windows Vista DVD 'Recovery Centre', as we refer to him. It cannot be used to install or reinstall Windows Vista, and is just a Windows PE interface to recovering your PC. Technically, we could re-create this installation with downloadable media media freely from Microsoft (namely the Microsoft WAIK, several gigabyte download); but it is pretty darn decent of Microsoft to present Windows users who might not be able to create such a thing on their own.
Read all the info on the website on how to create and use it.

It's a very good Vista startup repair disk.
You can do a system restart tool, system, etc it restore.
It is NOT a disc of resettlement.
And the 32-bit is what normally comes on a computer, unless 64-bit.
