Stuck in the 2600n printer cartridges

Hey everybody,

I have a Color LaserJet 2600n and I can't take my cartridges from the printer. The sums all aspire in the right part.

How can I fix that?

Thank you!

Finaly found God!
I opened my printer to clean completely. I disassembled the ETB on the front of the printer and I had a few difficulties, put it back, causing the cartridge to not move. So I try again and again and have it finally. There are small white object on the image that you must remove to remove from ETB. You need to replace the ETB enterprise is in position 'door closed '. Then, you must be sure that during installation, the white part right next to his right side, is in a position so that it fits in the hole of the object you want to replace. I got a picture to show what I mean. Also do not forget that the white part fits in the small space of the object black on the right (I'm not the best to explain that I'm sorry). But I hope that the image said enough to make you understand!

  • LaserJetPro M201dw: Error Message on new HP LASERJET PRO M201dw - "install the black print cartridge.

Hi, we have a new printer HP LaserJetPro M201dw. We put up this morning, following the instructions as stated in the manual, but the printer keeps blinking and say "install the black print cartridge or clear jam."

The printer has never been used, so there is no jams, and the ink cartridge was too brand new and a black cartridge HP official. The printer does nothing, it doesn't print, I can't do a cleaning page, it simply does not work. I tried resetting, disconnected from the power supply from the mains and put it back, and we tried a second new ink cartridge, he pulled several times and it still says "install the ink cartridge. I is not a jam in the printer at all. I tried following the recommended steps for others who have had the same problem, but always without success.

The printer has been installed successfully on my Windows Vista computer, but the same error message appears on my computer when I try to print directly from the computer.

I would be grateful for any suggestion. Thank you very much.

You probably have a joint expedition on something.  It really is a common thing, now it's HP shipped toner in printers take the tray, toner, open everything. Tilt the machine upward, look inside, etc.  Use a flashlight if you have not entered of lights in the room.

If it's blue or orange, a transport lock.  It could be as simple as a piece of tape, a plastic tie or a block of expanded polystyrene (white).

  • Is there a 1st and 2nd generation of the HP62xl printer cartridge as if it was with th HP61xl cartridge?

Is there a 1st & 2nd generation of the HP62xl printer cartridge as if it was with th HP61xl cartridge?

    Hi @tollymcc,

Welcome to the Forums of HP Support! I see that you would like to know if there is a 1st & 2nd generation of the 62xl HP cartridge. I would like to help you today.

I came across this information on 1st & 2nd generation cartridges, cartridge more / cartridge of generation more (HP61, 301, 122 and 802). It doesn't look like the HP 62xl is included.

    It will be useful.

  • Printing CB436A cartridge: Life of the Laserjet print cartridge

I just bought a HP Laserjet (36A or CB436a) print cartridge. In the box, there is a code (7L16M3BK) and a date (20100422). Before to open the box, I would like to know if this cartridge tonner is still ok for use. Seems to me that he is too old. Can I use it?

    Hi @Prof_Miranda ,

I read your post and see that you would like to know if the toner will always be good, even if the date is showing 20100422. I'd love to help you.

You should be able to continue to use the toner, if you have problems with it, contact HP.

LaserJet provides warranty information Date of manufacture on the packaging.

The manufacturing date on the box of toner cartridge is intended for HP internal processes and may be required to comply with regulatory standards in some countries. The manufacturing date is not an expiration or the date 'use before '. There is no expiry date for the use of HP ink cartridges. This information has been provided by this document from HP:

  • Message "install the black print cartridge.

I installed my new LaserJet Pro M127fn MFP printer.  However, even if I have the cartridge properly into the printer, the above message keeps appearing.  I tried a hard reboot several times, but the message continues to appear, and I'm unable to print.   What causes this problem?

There could be some left on the toner packaging. Please try the steps outlined in this guide below, if all goes well he will clear the error

Sorry you have a problem with black cartridge not read does not correctly. You can try to clean the print head and the cartridge.

Sometimes the printhead does not correctly read the contacts and needs maintenance.

  • OfficeJet Pro 8630: how to install additional color on the 8630 printer cartridges

I just bought an Officejet Pro 8630 with additional color print cartridges.  I went through the instructions but I do not understand where they tell me to insert additional color cartridges.  I've looked everywhere but I still can't find where they need to be installed.  I installed the original color of 3 and 1 black cartridge supplied with the printer in the tray as shown, but when he got to the extra, I'm lost.  I can't find the instructions to install these additional color cartridges anywhere.

    Hello

You cannot install additional color cartridges, the printer uses 4 ink cartridges (black, yellow, Magenta and Cyan).

Additional color cartridges included in the box are intended for future use, once the original ink cartridges is exhausted.

    Kind regards

  • Installation of the normal print cartridges or I have to delete them use later?

I have a printer HP Officejet 4622 e all-in-one I have implemented successfully.  I just realized that the ink cartridges are 'set up' on them.  Am I supposed to replace these in regular ink cartridges and save cartridges installation for installation later, or just use them upward with a normal printing business?  In addition, I can't adjust the color printing preferences.  Aqua and green appear similar.  Is it possible to adjust the color?  Thank you.

Use the cartridges installation until they left and then replacing it with the more regular.

  • install the black print cartridge

My HP Laserjet M1522n MFP changed today.  Since then, the Panel was an error flashing and showing the message "install black cartridge."  I have never installed a black cartridge - is NOT a color printer.  The toner cartridge needs to be replaced.  H E L!

    Nice day!

This means the printer unable to detect inserted toner there. You may need to try the steps below:

    1 reinsert / reinstall toner.

    2. If the error persists, remove the toner and open all trys to inspect is there foreign objects such as paper clips or paper debris...

    3. clean the smart chip (color gold).

    4. are there any toner alternatives to try? This procedure will be allows to refine the ink/printer problem.

  • Photosmart 6510 fine print until the replacement of the black print cartridge

Same problem frustrating as others have reported. 6510 worked very well. Replacement ink cartridge black (HP 564) how low ink level (did not wait until the ink was out) and now black doesn't print do not. New registered as full of ink cartridge. Seen in the previous post a solution that worked for someone involving a reset that included a secret which has not have been posted by HP employee. Please... can I get these steps to try or suggestions in addition to clean the print head, etc. ? (Crossed all recommended steps HP.)

Warranty expired about 6 months there (in the United States). Bought the second new cartridge in the cartridge case was bad... nothing has worked and am at my wit's end. Thanks in advance for any help that will make this printer usable again!

    Hi mak-86.

Welcome to the Forums of HP Support! I see that you are facing some print quality problems on your HP Photosmart 6510, you cannot print black ink after changing the cartridge.

I would like to continue you here: printer does not print black ink or color of ink or prints blank Pages, I understand, you may have made some of these steps already but I need you to complete all the steps in order to solve the problem of the missing black, you encounter.

If you are unable to print in black ink, I think that the issue may be the printer and not the cartridge. I sent a private message on the Forums, go to your userpage to the right of your username.

I hope hear from you soon.

    Thank you

Ask husband to watch. He might see something that jogging his memory. (he forgot to remove the tape Strip?) This would make certainly difficult to remove and would disable the contact with the firmware of the printer.

The cartridges are normally quite simple to remove and install. The only other thing I can suggest is to take in a PC shop or to have someone who is well informed to take a peek.

  • Color cartridge loaded in the black print cartridge slot and vice-versa - now cannot remove the

Accidentally, I loaded the new color and black cartridges in the wrong slots, and now I can't delete them.  How can I get them without breaking the printer?

If you have a spare cartridge you can look and see a small crest on the top of the cartridge near the front.  This is the part that is stuck.  Using a blunt knife or the handle of a spoon to gently release the cartridge down a little should allow the cartridges to be released.
