The cartridge warranty

I buy a few months ago a new 300 color cartridge for my F4280 as keep as a spare.

Today, I have replace the empty installed with the new.

But the my carridge new spare has a lack of color blu. All the colors are present and complete.

I took all the tests and HP solution without success.

The new cartridge still at fault.

On cartridge, warranty data 07/2013, and now, after opening the box, I see that.

Was probably an old cartridge remain too long in the store.

And the store is now closed forewer.

Now I can do to get a new cartridge? I'd be that HP replace warranty

and ship a new one for me.

Is possible?

No solution. The latest news is to buy a new cartridge.

Caan you close this message. My new printer will not be a HP.

  • How can I disable the cartridge on my HP officejet printer protection 8600?

    Hello

I read that the officejet 8600 has a cartridge protection feature that can be disabled through the Toolbox. I have been through all the settings in the printer of his auto tools and can not find, I also have trawled through all kinds of HP stuff on my computer and cannot find any protection tool box or cartridge feature.

It's one of the links, I'm referring too.

Is your printer still under warranty? You can check with the tool of warranty HP here.

If this printer is connected over the network, you can enter the printer's IP address in your browser and change the settings there.  You can find the IP address of the printer from the Control Panel, click on the wireless icon.

This disables the marking cartridge so that they cannot be used in another printer, that it does not print with another printer that have already been marked cartridges.  From the web page: "feature allows you to mark all the authentic HP used in your printer cartridges so that they cannot be used in any other printer. If someone tries to use your cartridge protected in another printer, use of the cartridge will be blocked and they will be that it can be used in the original printer. »

  • toner cartridge warranty

Happy holidays! My new 305 yellow cartridge HP LaserJet (CE412A) is faulty. I get the memory power 10.1003 error on my printer (HP LaserJet Pro 400, M475dn color). The problem is that there is a failure of communication with this toner cartridge. The mitigation step to reinstall the cycle of the cartridge and the power of the printer. I did it several times, and the error appears again.

Toner was bought from Newegg.com November 20, 2014, and they said that they don't support consumables, so Newegg will replace it under warranty.

I need to replace the cartridge under warranty from the manufacturer, because it has become defective. I searched the right number of HP phone call, and I don't the have not found. I tried 800-HP-INVENT, who then referred me to 800-334-5144 and went to the business, no guarantee support. I also tried the Contact Us and guaranteed HP ink page (where is a button "Contact HP"), and the website does not recognize the number of toner cartridge, as a product number valid.

Please let me know what I need to do to replace this cartridge. My printer is inoperable now until the cartridge is replaced. Thank you.

Photosmart D110a, Windows 7 32-bit, error message: at least one of the cartridges has a problem. Will print black if the deleted color cartridge. New cartridges does not solve the problem. Everything suggests not tried twice, cleaning, disconnect, etc..

There is a document with the right information on how to help solve this problem located here.

It seems that you have already made certain steps to help with this. If the printer is under warranty, then you may want to contact the HP Support on this device.

Let me know if it helps.

  • Re: Deskjet 3070 - replaced the cartridges but does not now print!

I have the same problem with my printer Officejet 6700 Premium. I just replaced all the cartridges with HP new ones. The printer is now going through the motions but does not print blank pages. This happens for all what I am trying to print including Diagnostics pages. The printer is a little older a year is not under warranty. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Hello twoshirts,

I saw your other threads, and I understand that you have completed all the procedures listed here troubleshooting: printer does not print black ink or color of ink or prints blank Pages without success.

I would like you to follow the steps below:

    1. reset of the printer, please make sure that you plug the printer directly into the wall, do not use a surge protector or power bar, they can cause the printer is in an error state and lose features of base over time.

2 a 'cartridge problem', "Ink cartridge failed" or not "compatible ink cartridges" Error Message appears on the all-in-one, I know you did the cleaning steps, but, if you please, reinstall the cartridges and perform all THE steps listed

    3. now go ahead and run HP print and Scan Doctor- it has been designed to provide users with HP and features troubleshooting fix needed to solve many common problems experienced with HP print and scan the products related to Windows computers.

I understand that you are not able to print diagnostics from the menu on the front panel as well, but want to see if the PSDR detects all conflicts in the software or drivers.

Please let me know the results.

    Thank you

  • Photosmart 7520: msg of error on the cartridges

Hi... need help with an error message on the ink cartridges.  I read through the forum and other people are having the same problem.  I get the message "one or more cartridges appear to be missing or damaged."  Until then it was printing normally.  I have not received all the "low ink" messages, but he did print a blank page.  I took the cartridges and reinserted.  Doesn't seem to be any damage. I turned off the printer and also disconnected for several minutes to possibly clear error messages. The message will not go away, and I can't use all the functions with the printer.  I would like something to fax and I can't even do that because the error message screen will not go away.

It was suggested that previous to "wiggle" the cartridges... did not for me.  I really enjoy this printer and its speed.  I bought it last Christmas, so it's fairly new.  Any other suggestions for me?

    Thank you

    Bryan,

Thanks for the tip and the link... it was part of the solution. I tried some of the help in the link, but nothing worked. I spoke with a representative from Hp support today and he helped me clean the print head... This has not helped. I was using a Hp refill cartridge for a Cartridge World store and he thought that this might be the problem. He suggested that I get a new black cartridge Hp. I took the printer all in this store to see if they could help... and she did. She took out the cartridges and check the contacts. She found one of the four copper pins in the large black ink slot still depressed... the other three had sprung back where they should have been. She tinkered with her and she appeared normal as the other three. She reintroduced all the cartridges... back turned on the power and the error message disappeared and the problem was solved.  I think that this trick should be included in the support tech manual when customers call in.

I hope that it is a one-time problem. It is still under warranty and I plan to replace. Thanks for your prompt response and for helping me learn more about my printer.

  • Always said "Cannot print" after changing the cartridge twice.

It is an Officejet Pro 8500 has.  He gave me a message saying "Unable to print" and meant to replace the following depeleted cartridges to resume printing.  I ran the animated illustration which stated that it was the cyan cartridge.  I got a replacement and installed.  He gave me the same message.  I got another cartridge and tried again, even once he gave me the same message.

I am at a loss.  What should I try then operate?

Here a link to a document that deals with the error you get on the printer. It will give troubleshooting steps to try to solve the problem it produces. I hope this helps.

If you reach the end of the document and find that the printer still does not work. Sought to be the replacement of the product.

If you are still in warranty, HP can replace the printer without cost to you. I'll link the information to get in touch with them below. The link takes you to a form to fill out. Once you fill it and she is treated, it will give you the printers warranty information, a file number and the phone number to call.

  • My HP printer does not seem to connect with the cartridge world ink cartridges.

My HP printer 6310v all in one does not seem to allow the use of cartridges per Cartridge World.  It gives an error of cartridge indicating the cartridge must be replaced and not allow any impression at all.  Help!

The reliability of the charging/reman cartridges varies considerably, but is generally low, see here for a study.

The steps described on this page can help.

I suggest you contact Cartridge World for a warranty replacement or chalk it upward to experience and get a HP cartridge.

(HP printers releases no cartridges because they are charging/reman, but they make an electric test to make sure that the cartridge is not working properly.  They will reject cartrdiges that do not pass this criterion.)

  • I got a low ink warning on my mac for my printer epson artisan 837. I replaced the cartridge, which was low, but he still reads the low ink level on the mac, but full bed on the epson Control Panel.

Well, I replaced the cartridge as usual, and osx is not that the printer is now complete: says, "printer may be out of ink" on the status. Ink levels will be not displayed via the computer but check out on the printer.

Restarted both units and in vain.

    WiFi is not a factor.

If anyone has a solution or any ideas, please help.

    Thank you!

You can try to disconnect the printer, restart the computer, reconnect with the printer, and then try again.

  • DeskJet 932C - the power light is on and the cartridge flashing

Hello! I know my DeskJet 932C is 'old', but it seems to be in excellent condition.  First time that I had a problem.  The power light is on and the cartridge is flashing.  When I open the cover, the plateau of the cartridge moves to the far left.  The arrow points to the unfortunate color cartridge.  The missed years ago color cartridge.  I use my printer to print B & W, so I've been printing with the empty cartridge in place for years.

I removed a reinserted the color and B & W cartridges and turn on the power and turns off.  I used the HP print and scan doctor, and it's scan does not have something wrong, I clicked on print a test page, and nothing happens.  The test page is listed as 1 document in the queue.   Status: error - printing.

The printer has been in its current position on my desk for years.  It was not known of any trauma... None does damage... no power failure.  It's clean.  Has been connected to 4 laptops and uninterrupted service.

I prefer not to buy a new color cartridge.

Would appreciate help.  I would like to know what it means and if there is a solution.

    Thank you!

    Focus21

The printer will perform electrical cartridges to light control and a few other times.  If an error printing can be blocked to avoid damaging the printer.  Clean the contacts of the cartridge as shown in the document here can solve the problem, otherwise you will probably need to replace the color cartridge.  The 932 Deskjet will allow printing with an empty cartridge, but for years, the cartridge may fail electrically and needs to be replaced.

  • Satellite Pro P100: The extended warranty is not available?

Hi, just about to buy a Satellite Pro P100, but when we look at the warranty I don't see this pattern on the list machines covered by the extended warranty available at Toshiba.

    Any ideas?

It makes me a little nervous if Toshiba does not cover this model for extended warranty.

    Hello

Did you mean Satellite Pro P100 or Satellite P100-xxx?
I asked it because I don t find any laptops Satellite Pro P100 on the Toshiba site. Only Satellite P100-xxx are available and these books are very new. Maybe you checked the list of bad guaranteed?

PS: I can t believe that the extended warranty is not available on this device.

  • HP 7510 quit black impression after replacing the cartridge

My HP 7510 showed the message of low black ink - polygon.  Once replaced by the new black cartridge slowly disappeared to nothing and will not copy or print anything in black.  My colors will be printed again. There is no low ink message.

Was able to find another post with a solution.  I cleaned the cartridge heads. Well, I thought that my husband had already done this.

  • Photosmart 6515 does not print black ink after replaced the cartridge

I am very frustrated! I can't get my Photosmart 6515 print black ink.

Our school sends the documents by e-mail now that we have to print at home. Ideal for them, but not for me. They are usually in PDF format, so I do not have the ability to edit and change the blue color to print, either.

I only use HP cartridges on this printer. I know it's more than a year, in order to call phone support will do no good.

I replaced both cartridges and now it shows black ink completely full, but when I print the printer status report, black is not displayed. Black does not appear on the tool pages, either.

I tried the command "clean printhead" several times. I unplugged and waited. I took all the cartridges. Connections look clean.

What should I do to perform a partial reset or full?
