  When you said that the printer is 'Off Line', do you mean that the printer does not connect to the computer or that the printer feeds NOT on at all?

  Whatever it is, please make sure that you have the printer power cable connected directly to a wall outlet and not a bar/power strip.   You will need the new modems to the printer, such as the SSID and the new password information. You can either follow the procedure described in this document, to:

  Or you can also change your SSID and password to what it was with the old modem, and printer should just reconnect. If you do it this way, you will need to change your computer and the Tablet back as well.
