  What version of the bridge are you using?

  • Please close bridge
  • Open Photoshop
  • Open a picture
  • Select the file > Browse in Bridge

  Also, make sure that you have compatible versions of Bridge and Photoshop, as if you use Bridge CC, make sure that Photoshop CC (latest) is installed.

  Hi all, it drives me crazy.

  A month ago I went to install the upgrade of windows 8 on my current xp pro, at that time, put assistant level said no problem, I downloaded (and paid) the upgrade and then everything went to hell.  I ended up having to clean my original xp install to get the computer back in working order.
  Now, I decided to try again with the update (using the same product key, I tried to install with last month) so I went back to my email, write down the product key and click the link to download it again, but this time he wont even let me try.  As soon as the implementation or the Upgrade Wizard works, I immediately the message that "this platform is not supported" and that's what I get.
  As I said, I'm running a clean version of Windows XP Pro 32 with SP 3.  Any advice would be most appreciated.  Thank you very much.

  I just checked the BIOS settings and the XD card was already activated.

  The first time I started the upgrade wizard, which told me that I could indeed be upgraded, then I downloaded the upgrade and installed it.  I had some problems with the download, but nothing that was not easy to fix (I honestly don't remember exactly what the problem was).  Once the installation was apparent complete, I rebooted the computer when you are prompted and I got an error message that the installation has failed and then told me that the computer would come back on my original os.  After a few moments, I received a message that the computer failed to return to the operating system, and the computer restarted and gave me the option to boot windows 8 or windows xp.  I have tried both and neither is feasible.  After trying both, I got a new screen that says my computer need of repair.  I then re installed xp, clean boot from the floppy disk to return back at the beginning and have a computer working again. After all that, I reinstalled all the necessary updates and realized when I tried the original installation, I did turn sp2, but not sp 3 so this time I made sure to get that taken care of first.  And now, well you know where I am now!

Usually the operating system will ask you where you want to install the operating system. You can point to the C partition, only this partition should be formatted.
  This means that not disappear your files on the second partition of HARD drive.

  Just bought a dell I580 with Windows 7 home 64 bit. I also conquered by the Windows Anytime Upgrade from home premium to windows 7 Professional for $89.00. Dell told me that I would need to purchase a full version upgrade Windows 7 Pro for $200.00. I find the commercial version full for less than that. The full version would be Fri doing reinstalls easier. It of what I need to do or is there a better way?

  You like said Dell buy the 'Full' product, a bad deal at best because you will not be able to use the Home Premium version that came with your computer on another PC.
