  I have a complete picture of 12 months subscription given by Canon, but Adobe CC guard resetting my account for free from the trial subscription.  I've updated Photoshop CC 2014 last month to find he wasn't an update at all but a trial version of 2015, which seems to have deleted 2014 my system, so I do not have Photoshop at all now.  Adobe support is a continuous loop of questions meaningless and I find myself at a forum instead of a human being who could address this issue.  In the average time that I tell my clients that are waiting for images?  My subscription runs out in October, and now I see little incentive to renew because I don't get what has already been paid.  If someone from Adobe would like to contact me that would be a start.

But whenever I try to download the creative cloud on my computer, I get this error message saying that I have a creative open cloud. I then uninstall all the software that I had the trial version, but I still get the error - 86. What can I do? I had the creative cloud, so I could easily work on projects from the House class.   The it guy at work made me download the Adobe uninstaller program. After doing this I go to re - install the creative cloud on my computer and it worked. Thanks for chiming in well ^^

  When you proceed with the installation of the software, it will prompt you to enter the serial number to continue installation.

  If you have already installed the software, then whenever you first run the software, a window would come in indicating the no. of days remaining for the use of the trial as well as a dialog box to enter the serial number to activate.

  You can also launch the application and navigate to the 'Help' menu and select 'enable '. The activation screen came to get the serial number of your part, enter the serial number and the trial is converted to a full version.

  What operating system do you use?

  If in Windows, follow these steps to close the bridge:

  1. go to the Task Manager.

  2. click on the "Processes" tab and then click "show processes from all users".

  3. find the bridge.exe in the process list. Select it and click on end process.

  If you use a Mac,

  1. navigate to the activity monitor.

  2. Select "All processes" from the drop down on the top of the dialog box.

  3. look for the bridge in the list. Select it and click process to quit.

  Reinstall the application.

  The download time depends entirely on your Internet connection speed.

  I'm able to return the Windows 7 upgrade as Amazon customer service is so awesome.
  If I buy the FULL version of the same product (Windows 7 SP1) will work without having to reinstall everything?
  From my understanding, I have 30 days to activate my system with a correct product key. My hopes are that I can work on this system in the meantime until my full version. I just want to be sure that the FULL version product key is all that I need.

  Press Windows key + R

  Type: slui.exe 3

  Press enter

   

  Enter the new key, and then click next to activate via the Internet.
