  Thanks for the advice, but it is not really relevant, there is no wifi comm errors.  My wireless access point is not part of the router and the network wifi, as well as my home ethernet network is inside the firewall.  The printer receives an IP address very well, I have a reserved for her on my dhcp server address (same as I do for my sky box, tv etc.). It works fine for everything except customers also wifi. So direct print jobs internet, wifi works from iDevices, printing from a working client wired network, but a client who, also on wifi, falls down. It is a single subnet lan with some addresses reserved and others from a pool.  I made a little chart - the DHCP server is actually in the firewall, which is a computer card. In this case, the laptop also has a reseved for lan and wifi addresses. I have disabled the firewall windows on the home network.

  Haven't seen any case with port forwarding issue for WRVS4400N so it would be really strange if port forwarding was the cause. So, the only question now is remotely? I would check my setup ip of the computer/recorder accommodation of my cameras. The customer was installing any kind of firewall? Given that it comes from an external firewall address knows where this package was sent to and knows is not part of the local network and going to happen. Its operation before and not now, then maybe restart the WRVS4400N just to make sure that the connection has no lock instead, when it was abandoned. Something has changed with the configuration, if you customer/says that I don't usually double check b/c they think no is not a change could have a major effect on the way things work. Also the tab administration make sure that you have activated so you can see when these packets hits the router and where they are transmitted as, this will give you your next step in the place where grows ill at balls. You can configure another machine that has wire shark and run a capture of packets on the port connected to the computer/recorder. Port mirroring option is in L2 Switch. This will help you sniff out all the packages in and out of this computer/DVR.

  It would be vCenter Server.   The path above is actually on your install ESXi - if you enable SSH you could get to it.
