Unable to print on the printer hp2510

When I print to printer HP2510 have always error message of "door open, the door must be closed to print check that it is completely closed," even if the door is already closed. I had this error message for nearly a week, how can I

solve this problem as soon as possible. Thank you.

I saw your post on the error message you see on your Deskjet 2510 indicating the "door is open", when it's not.

My best advice to you would be to reset the printer and make sure the printer is plugged directly into a wall outlet, avoiding bars power and surge protectors. This ensures that the printer is full on and can help greatly.

  • Press the power button to turn the product on.
    With the product, unplug the power cord from the back of the product.
    Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
    Wait at least 15 seconds.
    Plug the power cord into the wall outlet.
    Reconnect the power cord to the back of the product.
    If the product does not light by itself, press the Power button to turn it on.

    It seems that the computer does not recognize the print driver.

    We will reset the printing system, repair disk permissions, add the printer using the driver and try to start a new search.

  • Unable to connect to the HP printable applications. 7520e Photosmart printer.

    I can't access or manage printable apps on my HP 7520e printer. I get the message error "unable to connect to the server, check the internet connection. My printer is connected to my WIFI with 100% signal. It has a static IP address. I can print with HP ePrint, while on the same network as well as remotely. I have remote access 100% to all the functions of the printer. I checked the updates using the update function printers and I have the latest firmware and updates on my printer. I also put in the manual entries in DNS Server 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 and I followed all threads to try to solve this problem. I also have errors on the connected HP WEB site preventing access of server certificate. This product using a Windows PC or Safari. It is a different matter, but I was trying to print the pintable apps that are on my printer from the HP WEB site connected.

    Fixed a problem!

    I decided to reset my printer to the factory settings and perform another installation. It worked! All my printable apps work! Be aware that if you decide to take this route, you will also need to go online to hpconnected.com and add your printer. Simply follow the instructions to Setup printer this impression during installation. You will also lose the printer name of e-mail that has been previously assigned and you will need to create a different, or use a new one that is automatically created. Also as easy advantage to use, does not need to set up my printer with a static IP address or manually set the DNS addresses. After I chose the factory and WIFI selected as my connection, my printer connected to my router immediately. Note: I do not use security on my router.     I read your current and previous posts about how you can't print from the internet, and I wanted to answer you with my suggestions. I understand that you have tried to use different however search engines, try to return to my colleague's response @RnRMusicMan on the link below and try to use another web browser altogether. Again, if you use Google Chrome, try Firefox or Internet Explorer.

    If Chrome and Firefox will not print, try printing from NotePad, which is a program that is preinstalled on your system to see if the draws work from there.

    You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling Google Chrome or Firefox, whatever one you use often, to see if that helps the printing problem.

    Let me know what is happening and we can go from there!

  • Unable to connect to the printer via IP address

    I changed my ISP (internet service provider) and therefore changed routers - now unable to connect to the printer.
    I put a static IP address on my HP Photosmart B110a printer before we changed to ISP because there are connection problems. When we were setup to the ISP again, we are unable to connect to the printer, such as the printers IP 192.168.1.12
    The new network ISP IP range is 192.168.0.xx and printers address IP is out of the network.
    I can print via the USB cable but I can't return to my printers GUI by entering 192.168.1.12 return the printer back from the static IP address.
    A hard reset for this printer would be appreciated.

    I solved the problem. The answer was staring face heres so my solution for someone who has had similar problems.
    I didn't dig up the old router that affects the 192.168.1.xx IP network and then connected my PC, connected my printer then connected printers user interface through the static IP address, I assigned earlier. Changed to automatic IP. Connected my new router (which assigns the IP addresses of 192.168.0.xx) to my PC and printer. Everything is now OK.

    I had this printer for some time but have never been able to properly print to this printer using this specific computer.   FYI, I'm trying to print wireless at it.     First of all, we're going to connect the printer to the network:

    -Restore default values of network within the menu on the front panel of the printer wireless.
    -From your computer, connect wirelessly to the network printer (it should be a name similar to HP - Setup - xx - Deskjet 3510).
    -After successfully connecting to the printer, open a web browser such as Internet Explorer or Chrome and type 192.168.223.1 in the address bar and press ENTER.
    -Click on the Wireless Setup Wizard
    -Select your router and enter the password to connect to the printer to the router.

    Run again the printer software to your computer to rediscover the printer on the network.

    I called HP support.  The technology was very knowledgeable and accommodating.  HP Smart Install program (in the printer and on CD) that came in the box was an old version.  I had to reset the printer back to factory default and to download the new firmware on the HP.com website.

    The oldest had an incorrect address router (network). You can see the address of the router (IP) when you perform the self-test (hold down the button "on") under the information network.  IPv4 address must be the same as your router.  Now my printer and computer are looking at the same network.

    Works great!  Love this LaserJet.  Faster than my last HP LaserJet 4 L.
