What HP warranty service this terrible?

HP warranty service is still as awful that I feel? First of all the problem diagnostic Staples (where I bought the computer) and said that it was a hardware failure. So I called the HP service. I spent over an hour on the phone just to get a box shipped to me if I could ship it to them so that they can fix it and ship it to me. It will probably take two weeks. And now the box that they delivered has no label to ship it back. So you would think that they could send me a label, but NO, they can only send me a not today, but tomorrow. What shoddy work and a waste of time.

And Staples was willing to put a new Board in if they had been able to send it and I told them at the beginning. If they had, I'd be running now. He'll probably still be another 2 weeks now.

Someone sent me and said to let them know if things don't go as planned the rest of the way. But that's all. I'm still waiting, and HP said to expect my computer, now 28, return.

How a company that cared about its customers is cross ship a motherboard for me and I would have been running in 2 days. This would have been the 7th or 8th.

But I must wait 25 days do your way (if you do things that you are thinking). Completely absurd!

    Most WiFi connection loss goes back to initialization problems. Unplug the cable from WiFi for 30 sec. Then re - connect the power supply. Don't forget to restart the computer after the re-connection wi - fi power.

    I do not understand why you think you have to send the laptop. Talking with the guys of services at first and explain the situation. They will tell you what we can do about it.
    In my opinion any hardware failure is covered by the warranty.

    Here's a tip for the user on the problems of Wi - Fi. Suggest from the top and bottom. Maybe one of them will help you.

    (1) restart you device.

    (2) resetting the network settings: settings > general > reset > reset network settings. Join the network again.

    (3) reboot router/Modem: unplug power for 2 minutes and reconnect. Update the Firmware on the router (support Web site of the manufacturer for a new FW check). Also try different bands (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) and different bandwidths (recommended for 2.4 to 20 MHz bandwidth). Channels 1, 6 or 11 are recommended for 2.4 band.

    (4) change of Google DNS: settings > Wi - Fi > click the network, delete all the numbers under DNS and enter 8.8.8.8 or otherwise 8.8.4.4

    (5) disable the prioritization of device on the router if this feature is available. Also turn off all apps to VPN and retest the Wi - Fi.

    (6) determine if other wireless network devices work well (other iOS devices, Mac, PC).

    (7) try the device on another network, i.e., neighbors, the public coffee house, etc.

    (8) backup and restore the device using iTunes. Try to restore as New first and test it. If ok try to restore the backup (the backup may be corrupted).
