Why my laptop keep it close itself every half an hour or two?
my laptop for some reason any guard to stop itself every half an hour or so, any advice will be appreciated.
Hello Ryankahlon,
Is the laptop to stop or restart?
If it restarts, then this could be an indication that we receive a blue screen and the machine is restarted before you can actually see.
If this is the case, we must do the following:
- Zipper upward the contents of the C:\windows\minidumps folder.
- Send the zip file in a public folder on http://skydrive.live.com.
- Post the link on this thread so that we can look at landfills.
If the machine is simply stop, then this could be a hardware problem. We could also have a scheduled task updates to run every half hour which stops the machine.
Let us know if it is restart or stop and go from there, we will go.
Best regards
Matthew_Ha

Driver overran the buffer battery and I it keeps restarting my PC every half hour
Hello
I have the problem of driver on stack buffer Ran and me it keeps restarting my PC every half hour as I can't put to win 8.1 caz it crashes or run and antivirus as she hangs with the same thing driver_overran_stack_Buffer.
I am really worried and don't know what to do.
Please answer as soon as possible.
Concerning
The driver seems to be the cause of the crash is the WinFLAdrv.sys:
BUCKET_ID: 0xF7_MISSING_GSFRAME_WinFLAdrv+ 3Dfr
The WinFLAdrv.sys is a driver of Folder Lock.
To update or, if necessary, uninstall Folder Lock and see if the error resolves.
I might also suggest to update Avast to the latest version.
The WinFLAdrv.sys was originally the same mistake here and Uninstall Folder Lock helped.

Could be heat related - try using a small fan to blow into the air intakes to see if that helps.

Well I know not down because I close every time the right way to dose... Can someone tell me how to solve this problem... It's really annoying... Also, I tried each and everything I thought to try and nothing works...
Hello Marlin29, this is currently an issue in firefox when you close all firefox windows open first and then close the application subsequently - the bug should be addressed in a more recent version of firefox.
a workaround in the meantime, you could close firefox (via firefox > quit) while the browser window is still running or try this: enter: config in the firefox address bar (confirm the message information where it appears) & search preference named browser.sessionstore.resume_from_crash. Double-click it and change its value to false.

Vista and Windows 7 updated drivers love then here's how update the most important.
This is my generic how updates of appropriate driver:
This utility, it is easy see which versions are loaded:
-Free - DriverView utility displays the list of all device drivers currently loaded on your system.
For each driver in the list, additional useful information is displayed: load address of the driver,
Description, version, product name, company that created the driver and more.
http://www.NirSoft.NET/utils/DriverView.htmlFor drivers, visit manufacturer of emergency system and of the manufacturer of the device that are the most common.
Control Panel - device - Graphics Manager - note the brand and complete model
your video card - double - tab of the driver - write version information. Now, click on update
Driver (this can do nothing as MS is far behind the certification of drivers) - then right-click.
Uninstall - REBOOT it will refresh the driver stack.Repeat this for network - card (NIC), Wifi network, sound, mouse, and keyboard if 3rd party
with their own software and drivers and all other main drivers that you have. Now in the system manufacturer (Dell, HP, Toshiba as examples) site (in a restaurant), peripheral
Site of the manufacturer (Realtek, Intel, Nvidia, ATI, for example) and get their latest versions. (Look for
BIOS, Chipset and software updates on the site of the manufacturer of the system here.)Download - SAVE - go to where you put them - right click - RUN AD ADMIN - REBOOT after
each installation.Always check in the Device Manager - drivers tab to be sure the version you actually install
presents itself. This is because some restore drivers before the most recent is installed (sound card drivers
in particular that) so to install a driver - reboot - check that it is installed and repeat as
necessary.Repeat to the manufacturers - BTW in the DO NOT RUN THEIR SCANNER device - check
manually by model.Look at the sites of the manufacturer for drivers - and the manufacturer of the device manually.
