wireless printer not pick up signal

HP Officejet 4680 all in one all of a sudden do not pick up a signal home wireless.

Oh, OK, some printers use wireless instead of the radio.  It seems that the printer is OK and you simply have a problem with your WPA password.  Are you sure the password?  It is case sensitive.

  • Wireless printer not communicating is not with the computer

I have a new computer and my first wireless printer a month or two ago.  I had all this work, then all of a sudden the printer stopped working.  The printer seems to be correctly connected to the wireless configuration and the computer is connected, but they do not speak with each other.

If I submit something to print, it won't be in the queue for the printer.  I can print a page to test the computer printer, but nothing else.  I tried printing HP and doctor Scan and spent several hours trying to figure this out.  Probably I'm missing something that would be obvious to a more experienced user.

I did uninstall the printer software and install an updated version of online, but which did not help either.

    Any suggestions?

Ooh! Ooh!  I found it.  I'm embarrassed to admit what she was.  I was looking for articles on google print problems and someone mentioned the dialog box that appears when you print.  Mine has been configured to print in pdf format!  I've never been and was fine print for a month.  Who would have thought.  Duh.

So, I appreciate all your help, and you led me to the answer.

    Thanks again.

The wireless printer is set as the default printer?

The IP address of the wireless printer is correct for your wireless network IP address?

If you look at the properties of the printer, on the Ports tab, your printer is listed in there?

You have an installation CD for your printer?  Maybe uninstall and then re-run the installation program, the problem will be solved.

  • Satellite Pro U400 - Wireless do not pick up some SSID

You just bought a brand-new U400 delivered to one of our directors - see its SSID home (not hidden!) his other laptop (a DELL) is fine and can also see about 5 or so neighbors WAP - the toshiba sees nothing!

When I put up here for the field etc. he picked up fine from our WAP - I lived a few things such as automatic wireless service checking is enabled and automatic.

Do I have to import a profile or y at - it a update available: problem is only way to truly test it if I drive 3 hours at his home!

There a problem free router Siemens of Tiscali - is there a knowledge in conflict - need to change channels.

Checking for interference problems, but it wasn't a problem with the printer DELL nor his blackberry or other devices have been roaming.

    Help, please!

    Thank you

    Hello!

First of all, I would recommend updating the driver WLAN. Maybe on the Toshiba laptop is an older version installed that doesn't recognize all routers. A new driver, you can download it here:
    http://EU.computers.Toshiba-Europe.com/-online decision-making supported Downloads & => Download drivers

If you are using Vista, you must disable the saving energy of the wireless network card. You can do this in the Vista power management.

Finally, and especially as Akuma said change you channel. Maybe it works.

    Good bye

  • wireless printer not printing more

I have this printer wireless HP deskjet 2545, who was installed 6 months ago and has worked very well so far.

Yesterday I was scanning some documents and after second page 2, it will no longer work.

I checked on the control panel and basically the printer does not appear, if it is not recognized.

I spent it off and off, nothing.

I had the wireless market switch, still nothing.

The blue wireless light is on and the small screen, you can see the sign wireless and 5 bars showing the signal.

I'm completely clueless as to what to do.

My ex-husband he installed for me 6 months ago so I have no idea how uninstall or reinstall it. Should I still do?

Please, let me know of all possible measures to make it work.

    Hi cluelessGini,

    Welcome to the HP forums

I'm sorry to hear you had problems with your Deskjet 2545 but with a little more information, I would like to help out!

    1. what version of Windows or Mac work?
2 have you tried to run the scan of the computer instead of the printer?
3 have you tried restarting the computer and the printer?

If you work with Windows, please download and run the HP print and Scan Doctor and see what she has to offer. If it fails anywhere please let me know where.

I hope hear from you soon!

  • IP address wireless printer not found online

I have a HP 4630 while a printer installed wireless.  It has worked fine for 3 months.  4 days ago I could print wireless from all my computers without problem.  Now, I can't.  After more than an hour of troubleshooting - all unplug, disconnect and then reconnect to my network, etc. I still have the same problem.  The last thing I tried to type the IP address of my printer in the web browser.  I get a message 'Oops, can't find.  Can someone help me with this?  I did not change anything - it does not work all of a sudden.  Weird... Thanks in advance!

Although the printer is not loss of connection to the network, have you tried the steps in the document? A step in particular may be more useful, I think that to leave the router on and unplug and do the same with the printer, and then close the two computers could help. After a minute, plug in the router, plug the printer into after the router starts up, and then turn on computers. I think there may be something blocking the connection.

You could certainly share the printer, but if the question is somewhat related to the network, a new printer will not solve the problem.

    Keep me posted. Thank you.

  • Computer HP laptop is not picking up good wireless signal after downgrading windows 8.1 for windows 7

So far, I had a hell of a trip to the scene that I have (I managed to get windows 7 booted up and installed etc and then had to download drivers for a bunch of stuff that was absent because of the falling out between W7 and W8) but I need serious help/help - particularly nearby wireless network card drivers , but also in other areas, too.

In short, the problem I have is that I had to download an ASUS 802.11n network adapter driver just to get my wireless works... and now it is not picking up signal unless the laptop is basically right next to the router.

The router works fine - it's all new Virgin Media and I pick up the signal 5 houses down on my iphone.

I guess the question I seek an answer to is if because the Windows 8.1 will no longer work and I had to install a * beep * ty Asus driver temporarily, can someone find me a suitable adapter for the following:

    PCI\VEN_14E4 & DEV_4365 & SUBSYS_2230103C & REV_01
    PCI\VEN_14E4 & DEV_4365 & SUBSYS_2230103C
    PCI\VEN_14E4 & DEV_4365 & CC_028000
    PCI\VEN_14E4 & DEV_4365 & CC_0280

Oh my laptop is a HP pavilion 17 by the way - and Yes, I used this site to get adapters but none seem compatible.

After spending some time looking around more closely, I found a driver that solved my problem:

    Hi dinu7272

    Welcome to the community

You can try a battery pull reboot, but I suggest you contact your Airtel carrier and get a new SIM card. The problem may be in the SIM card.

KB03448 : network status indicator shows "SOS" on the BlackBerry smartphone.

  • Photosmart more B209a_m: Virgin Super Hub does not connect with the wireless printer

We recently upgraged to a new blank media 3 hub, the printer is connected to a Hp Windows Vista desktop via USB, other devices (laptops and tablets) could access the wireless printer when the computer is turned on.

I also created the same printer to be used wireless by the other devices without the Office of marketing, it was a pain having to keep it logging on when he fell asleep. The printer had a different name if you are using one.

After that the hub of the Virgin was installed I can is no longer using the printer without the Office being wireless, the new Center can not find the printer connects as is done before that other laptops, I had no problem with my old hub and a separate router.

I've tried everything as suggested by Virgin (not much there) and reinstalled my drivers for the printer. Any suggestions what I can do?

I have a Satellite M70-173. Laptop will not pick up my wireless network even though it shows on the other networks nearby.
I tried to update the list of networks, I deleted the network and added it again but still no joy. This worked OK until all
A week ago when we had a problem with the router. We had to change to a higher channel. Could be the problem?
I'll try a lower channel. I'll let you know if that helps.

I have two laptops in the House and they pick up without any problem.

  • HP5740e all-in-one: Deputy HP5740e Print will not add wireless printer

I recently had a problem where printing of pdf documents is out as unreadable solid ink lines. I have it narrowed down to only occurs with specific policies and only a reader of pdf special and only on my hp printer. I suspect that this was due to software updates, but I don't know if it's windows 10 updates or updates of adobe or some other updates. Now I just avoid using the fonts of the problem.

In any case, an attempt to solve this problem, I decided to uninstall my 5740e hp software and reinstall the software in the hope of resolving the problem. Unfortunately, it has not fixed the issue but left us with a problem even more serious.

Having resinstalled the software I couldn't add my printer as a printer wirelessly from the HP Print Wizard. He added fine as a usb printer and a web printer but not wireless.

I added the printer wireless via the windows & Panel devices configuration printer OK. It prints wirelesslessly and via printing web so physical connectivity is very good.

I really want that he recognized by the HP Print Wizard so that I can scan from the office.

When I go to add the printer as a wireless printer, it detects the device OK showing its ip and mac, then goes on the installation of the printer and comes back with the unsuccessful installation of the device, and shows the red x between the router and the printer.

Any ideas? It was working fine until I reinstalled the printer software.

Another way to scan office without using the HP print wizard?

All assistnce solve will be appreciated.

Hello Moor_lady, if you are using Windows 7, you can try to reset your printer wireless.

Go to control panel of configuration, devices, and printer and in the menu bar above, select Add a printer in the lower option, select Add a network, wireless or Bluetooth printer.

There should be another window that shows all available printers to be added. See if your wireless network printer can be found. If so, select this option and continue the process.
