X576dw MFP: PRINTERS

Printer Spooler says that my printer is in error.  How will I know what is the error, so that I can fix it?  Printer does not print.  I'm lost.  Windows could be 64-bit.  I do not know.

  • Help, please! OFFICEJET PRO 8600 & OFFICE JET PRO X576DW MFP INSTALLATION/UNINSTALLATION ERRORS

    I desperately need help and I am so sorry to bother someone, but I just purchased the OFFICEJET PRO X576dw and because I'm a model, I just unplugged my OFFICEJET PRO 8600 without "Uninstall" of the software.  I never knew this could cause a problem with the installation of the new software, printer and I can bet only that is the problem.  Bottom line, I don't have any kind of assistance on the old printer and after much ado and very helpful with the representative of HP on the cat on the installation of the OFFICEJET PRO X576dw, he recommended that contact someone on the side of support OFFICEJET PRO 8600 with whom I have no support agreement; Therefore, my indignation for your help.  I have a deadline almost a large amount of printing for my church and I just can't find anything in any of the online support that has helped me.  I have now no print capability.  I do, however, a nice message as to why I can't complete the installation process for my new printer; OFFICEJECT PRO X576dw, but of course, it makes absolutely no sense to me - the computer iliterate dummy which is only trying to help those who are less forturnate; hard to believe that everyone is worse than me when it comes to computers, but it's true.  I inserted the silkscreen of the error I get.  The first is what I get when I try to uninstall OFFICEJET PRO 8600 and the second is what I get when trying to install the software of the printer OFFICEJET PRO X576dw.  If there is someone out there who is willing to help me, I will be eternally grateful.  Thanking you in advance, IM4GLTR1

  • Office Jet Pro x576dw MFP: x576dw 0xc7140024 error code.

    Menu screen touchscreen printer of my wife is insensitive and displays error code 0xc7140024.  I pulled the power several times and just let it sit.  By pushing the off button causes the printer hang close and it will not accomplish the closure.  I cleaned the tray of excess ink, back to zero each of the ink cartridges (none of them seems to be a leak) and the machine was printing fine until this code 0xc popped up.  Screen says I have to call HP.  Apparently you can do only on weekends.  Any other ideas?

    Called this morning.  It is a known problem with a bad draw.  The unit is out of warranty, but they are replacement this week.  Thank you!!!  I'll forgive being transferred to the Department badly and fell twice so that pending!  Thank you!!!

    I see that you have some problems with a cartridge on printer Laserjet M277dw error. I can help you with that.

    I read your post and see that you are not able to print one of the 4 colors. I want to help you.

    Try and print a self-test on the printer hardware to see if it is a hardware or software problem.

    Unfortunately 10.4, is not a supported operating system, there are no drivers available.

    Here are the supported Mac OS X operating systems: Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard, OS X v10.7 Lion, v10.8 OS X Mountain Lion.

    HP LaserJet Pro MFP Color LaserJet MFP printers specifications M177fw Pro and M127fw.

    You must upgrade to 10.6, or get an another Laserjet supporting 10.4.

    I have a case with HP and spent 4 + hours on the phone with support eprint people and people of departmental support. Unfortunately, they are now gone for the weekend, and I'm still stuck here with a defective system - and have to leave this weekend on businesses (need a business printer works!)

    Connected to a Netgear router hardwired

    Worked very well with eprint services (set up and printing of daily) for 1 + months

    23:00 last night, I sent several jobs to the printer and I noticed today that they were not there. I checked the print server web printers and find that the IP settings had not changed (of course) when he worked the day before. The same IP address, DNS, default etc. same gateway.

    I ran through all the scenarios/patches that I could find online, to change to the evolution of tests and test with DHCP, changing to wired & test with static and wireless Wi - Fi but a different outside the range of the DHCP IP address, change the router to which the printer is sitting on (I have 3 routers), change the config to link change the primary DNS and secondary only be both addresses from Google (8.8 and 4.4), etc etc.

    ePrint crossed (frustrating) exactly the same steps with me and decided that it was a printer problem. They handed me off the coast for the guys from companies who wanted to do exactly the same steps as for the moment (of course). I did just to get through... (note that I can print correctly on the LAN of all routers), and at the end of technical support told me to try a restore to default settings and start over.

    Do you have this (gr) - same error. When I go to the same activate eprint or apps that it says "Web Services could not be activated". I get the same error on the web interface for the printer.

    Help! IM at a loss total here and HP wants to blame the eprint team, the eprint team wants to blame business solutiosn HP!

    (Other notes... I have checked the firmware, it is updated. I checked also up-to-date web software)

    I need to print large PDF files up to 125 pages.  Some are legal letters I just bought this printer and tray.  is there a way to load the letter in the tray 2 and legal tray 3 and have the printer for paper to match letter then is pulled of the 2 and 3?  Any help would be appricated.

    At the very least, you can set (create) two shortcuts, break your work into two piles (to say) and before executing a set of jobs (files) on a short cut, then the other files on the other shortcut.

    You need an accessory to do this, this part of the appliance may contain slices and also allows the printer/scanner to use to adjust the lens. Unfortunately, HP does not provide this accessory for model 6510 as indicated:

    Our Organization has Mainframe, where the documents are printed (ESF printing system, language PCL).

    We have 3 print queues in Windows print - P1, P2, P3 server. All 3 have the common TCP port - at the end, there is multifunction print device: HP M4555, where we tied - sorter of stapling to the 3 bins 900 leaves HP (CE736A) and configured in this way:

    1 P1 queue prints to: upper left bin.

    2 P2 queue prints to: average left bin.

    2 P3 queue prints to: lower left bin.

    When I print the test page from windows server to P1, P2 and P3 - ir printed paper properly in appropriate output tray. But my problem is that these print jobs, coming from the Mainframe to these queues - are not sorted by bin (P1 to P2 - in the Middle, P3, Upper - Lower) - the paper goes to a location, for example - Upper (or if not configured device in Control Panel mode mailbox - Lower).

    I have fought with this problem too long and cannot be resolved.

    Driver, that is used:

    HP LaserJet M4555 MFP PCL 6.

    P2/properties/Device Settings:

    I already tried to change the settings to:

    1 Windows print queue server settings;

    This problem has been resolved the side Mainframe, VPS printing system. Administrator has made the installation program there. There is no need to do it on the side of the unit.

    We got a new HP Officejet Pro X576DW in mid-July, and we have set up on a wireless network.

    The printer prints super fast and everything works great when it works.

    These settings are to set up your wireless printer to stay connected to your router, wireless devices stay better connected and makes your router secure and hack proof.

    1. define a static in the printer IP address (click here) out of the DHCP of the router Beach (check your manual).

    2. check the printer "Auto Off" is disabled.  Use the built-in webserver (EWS) by going in the

    3. If the printer supports and has IPv6 enabled, disable the IPv6 option in the printer.

    4. If necessary and you have assigned a static IP address, try using 8.8.8.8 for the preferred DNS server and

    8.8.4.4 at the level of the auxiliary DNS server.

    5. use a wireless channel fixed as 1, 6 or 11, never 'auto', try channel 1 first then the rest.

    6 choose the router to 20 Mhz only, or 145Mbps router function.

    7. always use WPA2-AES encryption (personal), but you can try the "mixed" mode

    8 disable the WPS and never use it and disable the UPnP for the security of routers. No one can hack into your
