0x6100001d on nine OfficeJet 4620 error code

I recently bought a printer and just lit, installed the original cartridges, I found inside the box as requested on the screen and closed the lid. The screen telling me install cartridge. I waited 30 minutes and nothing happened. I removed the power cord, waited 15 seconds then placed in, the printer automatically running and said of real installed HP cartridges. During initialization, then the 0x6100001d error code. What can I do to fix this?

I'm not a beginner because I work primarily in the Department of computer SCIENCE, I am familiar with functions of reset and I already checked the cartridges and the printer. The combination # 6 for the hard reset does not work for me. I bought the printer in amazon.de Germany if you find this information. Thanks in advance!

If you have tried the instructions from this link and it does not solve your problem, the next step would be to get it fixed or replaced under warranty.

    Hello @JustinMurphy ,

I understand that you get an error message on your printer, and that the device is not responding.

I want to help you with this.

When you unplug the printer, try quitting that it disconnected for more than one minute. Also press and hold the button for 10 seconds (while the unit is unplugged).

When you plug the printer in, I hope you've had the message.

If this is not the case, try to remove the ink cartridges.

I hope we can take the error message.

If the printer gives a message about lack of ink carts you can try semi full reset the printer.

I'll send you the steps for a full semi, via private message.

HP Officejet 4620 error: transport Jam. The print cartridge will not move...

I get this error message, and the printer does not work.

I watched the video of support, and there is no paper stuck or blocked anywhere, or any obstacle that I can find. I unplugged the printer, etc., as suggested. I can't always the printer to work. The carriage move not left by itself when I open the lid. I heard a noise of rattling after printing... I know that the video States if all else fails it may need service. But I was just wondering if there may be a few other simple fix, I forgot? The White Ribbon seems intact at both ends. The transport does not seem to move at all. I pull it to the left, and he stayed there after the closing and reopening of the coverage. I also removed all cartridges and reinstalled them.

  • Ink system failure Officejet 6500 (no error code specified)

Ink system failure Officejet 6500 (no error code specified)

I have turned off the machine on again (and it doesn't)

I turned off the computer and unplug the unit (and it does not fix it)

Without specific error code I'm not sure what to do

Hi CHCA. Your Officejet 6500 must be out of warranty? You can doublecheck the warranty status of your printer here: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/weInput?cc=ie & lc = on -if it is still under warranty, you should not pay for a new printheaad.

But if your printer is no longer under warranty, you buy one a. The part that you really need to order an Officejet 6500, is CN643A. If you are in the United States, here are the HP part store page where you can order the new print head Assembly: http://h20141.www2.hp.com/HPPARTS/Search_Results.aspx?mscssid=C580393F30964EDD82B16A5C641BEC41 & Searchin' PartNumber = & SearchPN = CN643A

If you are not in the United States, start from this page: http://welcome.hp.com/country/us/en/wwhowtobuy.html , specify your country and search for CN643A.

Also, here is a support document that should help you with the replacement of the print head: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01643079

I work with HP but my messages and responses are mine.

  • HP Officejet 4620: Printer is in"error" and will not print, even though the computer says that it is "connected".

My printer recently started telling me it was in a State of 'error' and could not print my documents.  Sometimes I could turn off the printer market and all that was trying to print would then print, if documents or Quicken checks.  Now I can't print from the computer at all, or it will print checks from Quicken even if I turn the printer power off and power on.  The HP Web site indicates that it is connected.  It is the second computer from HP Officejet 4620 of the original that I bought.  The first has a problem that has been covered by the warranty, and this one doesn't seem to be much better.

  • OfficeJet 4650: 0XB8000508 error Code

I get an error code on the front screen of my printer, 0XB8000508.  I'm not finding it in one of the forums.  I can get it to go away by turning the printer off and then back on.  But it has happened twice now.  Can you give me some answers as to what is this error and how to correct?

    Hi gawright59,

I'm sorry to hear that your printer is getting an error code.  Here is a document that presents several of these errors and describes how to reset the printer when they occur.  http://support.HP.com/us-en/product/HP-OfficeJet-4650-all-in-one-printer-series/5447930/document/c00489814/

There are several error messages that come from the printer and there is no definition of what each of them average.  It is an indicator of an internal error in the printer State.

As you can see from the document - reset of the printer is the only step of troubleshooting for these errors.  If this error persists, you may need to replace the printer.  If the printer is under warranty I would recommend that you contact HP customer support (the link is in the above document) to set up an Exchange.   If the printer is out of warranty - continue to reset it for as long as retrieves the unit.  You can start shopping for another printer.

I hope this helps, and I hope that the error appears again.

    Jean

  • HP Officejet Pro e-all-in-8610: HP Officejet Pro 8610 - error Code: "0xc19a0013" (printhead missing or failed)

I bought the printer (e-all-in-one printer HP Officejet Pro 8610) in January 2015.  The printer was working properly - fax, copy and scan, until two days ago.  Now, it doesn't print at all.  Received an error code: "0xc19a0013" (missing or does not have the print head).  An expanded version of the error code reads: "the print head seems to be missing, not detected, or incorrectly installed.  Error: 0xc19a0013.   The printer uses a removable printhead, HP Ink cartridges (black) 950 and 951 (cmy).  I used the diagnosis of HP support recommendations: all software and firmware for this printer is installed. HP ink cartridges are not low or empty; remove the printhead ink cartridges and reinstall them.

There are several steps in the recommendation of troubleshooting, but I stopped to lift the printhead.  Because of my technical inexperience, and there were too many ceveats (attention, attention, proper relocation and etc..)  with the removal of the print head which could cause problems more serious.  Then, I stopped to remove and clean the print head.  Also, used the doctor to Scan printer HP for assistance. Tool to clean the printhead does not.   What worries me most with the 0xc19a0013 error code is his explanation: the print head seems to be missing, not detected, or incorrectly installed.  I can use all the help I can get to understand what is happening with the error code that I received and the resolution of the printer malfunction.

I recently updated my Dell computer, but I'm still using Windows 7.  When I try to scan using my OfficeJet 6500 I get an error message immediately: "problem of access to files and resources on the computer.  Try the following steps.  After each step, try to scan the image: - restart the computer - reinstall the HP Photosmart software supplied with the camera, error code 4, [(3,14,0)}.] »

I uninstalled all associated HP OfficeJet 6500 products and reinstalled everything.

When I used HP Print and Scan doctor to help out, everything seems to work properly.  I was finally able to scan a document ('test analysis') while the 11 steps of printing HP and doctor Scan.  Hiowever, as soon as I tried to use the HP Solution Center application to scan a document, the same error messages came.

I am confused at this point, given that the doctor of the scanner helped me successfully to a test analysis using the normal HP Solution Center to do the same thing is not.

    Thanks for any help!

I just re-read one of the earlier posts about a similar problem and noted the suggestion of the Expert HP to run CCleaner in the framework to get the software cleaned.  I just (belatedly) followed that advice and voila!  Everything works fine!

Thanks for the earlier solution that helped me solve my problem.
