  Hello! I'm trying to connect my HP Officejet 4620 via the USB port on my computer Windows Vista x 64. The computer is already installed the HP Officejet 3320. When I installed the driver (version of basic pilot without additional software), installation is 'successful', but after finishing installation a message shows by reading that the computer could not connect to the printer. When I try to print a test page, a message appears saying: 'access denied '.   The other day, I started getting the error message following on my Officejet J6480 printer each time that turn it on;  Solution Center: Please wait while Windows configures Solution Center.  After hitting cancel, then get the following error message; The feature you are trying to use is on a CD-Rom or another removable disk that is not available.  After hitting cancel, then get the following error message; Could not find an installation package for the product Solution Center.  Again the installation again using a valid copy of the installation package "Solution Center".  Yet once I hit Cancel and am able to use the printer.

  After getting these messages whenever I turned on the printer, I finally uninstalled and reinstalled the printer software.  It worked for 2 days and I get once more these same error messages everytime I turn on the printer.

  It can be the cause of these error messages?  Other that the uninstalling and reinstalling the software, is there something I can do to solve the problem and make sure it doesn't happen?

  Please, try the following steps and let me know if this is useful:

  1. Insert the printer installation disc or find the installation folder if you installed the software on the web.
     You can find the installation folder by clicking Start > run, and then type % temp % (Windows XP or Vista) or you are looking for a folder in the Windows 7 start menu search box.
  2. Locate the HP installation folder, which will begin with the characters of 7Z.
  3. Enter in the installation folder.
  4. Enter the folder of SolutionCenter.
  5. Find SolutionCenter.msi file (can be easily identified by the different icon)
  6. Right-click on this file and then click on repair
  7. Confirm any warning or any message of error and restart the PC.
  8. Now try to start the center of HP solutions again and check fo any change.

  Welcome to the Forums of HP Support! I see that you are running an error while trying to install your HP OfficeJet 6500. After some research on the page of Support technique Microsoft , I found this possible solution, that worked for others as well. When you get the error I would you hold down CTRL SHIFT and click Cancel, the installation should continue.

  Please let me know if this succeeded, if you get the error, we will have to look at other solutions. I'll watch for your reply.

  I don't have / use a duplexer and rarely, I'm trying to make copies duplex manually. I also rarely if ever there was debris, etc. in front access areas or back.

  I almost always use of standard size paper in portrait mode.

  Once more, I met the carriage jam message this morning. This time I wasn't looking to remove the file I had in the queue. I just opened the front and made sure the transport would be free to move. After a few false starts, my printer has produced two copies I had asked.

  I recently bought a printer and just lit, installed the original cartridges, I found inside the box as requested on the screen and closed the lid. The screen telling me install cartridge. I waited 30 minutes and nothing happened. I removed the power cord, waited 15 seconds then placed in, the printer automatically running and said of real installed HP cartridges. During initialization, then the 0x6100001d error code. What can I do to fix this?

  I'm not a beginner because I work primarily in the Department of computer SCIENCE, I am familiar with functions of reset and I already checked the cartridges and the printer. The combination # 6 for the hard reset does not work for me. I bought the printer in amazon.de Germany if you find this information. Thanks in advance!

  I watched the video of support, and there is no paper stuck or blocked anywhere, or any obstacle that I can find. I unplugged the printer, etc., as suggested. I can't always the printer to work.   I have a printer of HP OfficeJet 4620 network.

  All of a sudden the wireless light goes off, and whenever I try to turn it on by pressing the wireless button I get the followig message: "wireless communication has been disabled. Contact your network administrator or the person who set up the printer.

  If I try to access the network settings by going to the Setup Menu > network, I get the same exact error. I see it too if I try to print a network status page.

  I also tried to restore the default values, but that did not work.

  I am trying to find a way to reset it completely, but I can't find one way other than the default settings in the settings menu.

  Any help is appreciated.

  Scanner failure is usually a hardware problem with the scanner. I propose the following article: a "Failure of the Scanner" Message appears on the all-in-one control panel and you can not scan, copy or Fax.

• HP Officejet 4620: Printer is in"error" and will not print, even though the computer says that it is "connected".

  My printer recently started telling me it was in a State of 'error' and could not print my documents.  Sometimes I could turn off the printer market and all that was trying to print would then print, if documents or Quicken checks.  Now I can't print from the computer at all, or it will print checks from Quicken even if I turn the printer power off and power on.  The HP Web site indicates that it is connected.  It is the second computer from HP Officejet 4620 of the original that I bought.  The first has a problem that has been covered by the warranty, and this one doesn't seem to be much better.
