5520 all in one printer installation does not
I have installed and uninstalled the software several times. I used the wizard of HPinstall nothing works. My problem is that when I click on the desktop icon for your printer, or in the all programs list, 2 files will open to another andnothing.

I don't seem to have capacity toget one kind of control of the printer control panel (should I?)
Anyone have a suggestion?
I think, from what you described, that the problem is with the HP printer Assistant. Please use the following to resovle the question paper. HP Printer Wizard opens with an error in Script or in Notepad.
If this does not resolve the problem, please post back with a screenshot of the error you see. How to take and post a screenshot on the Forum of Support HP.

My HP Officejet 6500 Wireless only all-in-One does not print from my main computer. I can scan from this computer and print them from others. I uninstalled and reinstalled the software and drivers, restarted the queue, run the scan doctor and get error error unknown/deviece. I have disabled the firewall unplugged abd and repluged the power to the printer.
I have messed with my firewall and had it work. Still not sure what I did but it resets something. Thanks for the help.
My printer, HP PSC 1410 all-in-one works fine as a printer, a scanner and a copier until I had a virus and had to reformat. I have the original HP for the printer drive, downloaded the software undated and have loaded, deleted and reloaded the software 20 times. The printer and copier works well. Microsoft appears saying that scanner drivers are not certified, etc. and I can't scan to work. I had put in hundreds of hours trying to get this to work. 564 is the cartridge that I use in my C310a. If you bought the XL (with extra ink), it is a comfortable fit but works.

See if you can print from another program, such as, (firefox, Safari, etc.).

Hi, I bought a new HP DeskJet 3630 series all-in-one printer today. Setting up the printer I did several tests that show color printing, however, whenever I try to print an image in color (working on my daughters school book) it prints in black and white. I did troubleshooting all I can think of, we have no black & white printing turned on. I'm not quite sure, what else to make sure the printer is brand new and should be able to print in color?
Any help or advice would be much appreciated.
Not quite sure what I did to make it work, di, but the cleaning cycle for the cartridges of ink & rebooted several times, and the printer is now printing normally =)
Hello and hope you can help me. I tried looking for the answer to my problem in the previous posts of the forum but could not find anything useful for me.
I bought the printer about a month ago, I installed it without any problem (wireless), but at some point, I couldn't use the scan function. I had to use the USB connection to make. I thought about uninstalling resettlement of amd, but several problems have emerged. Now, I can not install all the features, scan function does not work wireless, not to mention eprint. I have removed all HP registry keys before reinstalling the software still does not work. When I get to the control network environment, the program blocks. The printer is connected to the wireless network, it shows even documents.

I understand that you have already uninstall it and tried to install it, but the following steps may resolve the software questions have expressed you;

My printer says there is a problem of ink cartridge, ink cartridges seem to be damaged or missing, so I just replaced all. However it did not help that the message still appears. It becomes quite frustrating. What can I do?

How can I download and install the remote HP all-in-One Printer software without going through the MS Store? He wants to put me in place and MS Account and put all my files, etc. on a site not on my computer. I don't want to do that.
uninstalled HP All In One Printer because it did not work properly. Now, it will not be installed. I get a window that States cannot be installed by using the command "run as" and to log on as a user with administrative privileges. I am the user admin privileges (the only user of this computer). This is the 2nd time that happened last year. I don't remember what I did last time. Please help me!

I had this hpdeskjet f2480 all-in-one for a couple of years ago, this afternoon, I decided to clean my desktop computer. I unplug my all-in-one, he moved 2 feet, cleaned my office, plugged my all-in-one, and now, it's only to show that it is a PRINTER! I hope to help you with my suggestions for the problem you are having with the scanning function with your Deskjet F2480. I really don't know what could happen with what you have explained, perhaps the software has been modified in some way.
Nevertheless, try to run the installation again to ensure that the full feature is installed, which includes the scanning software.
Click on this link, to choose what operating system you have, click drivers and download the software. When it is finished, start the installation and follow the on screen instructions ended and the printer is installed completely.

HP Photosmart C8180 All-in-One printer has suddenly stopped working on my desktop (Windows XP). When I try to print, it just says: error and blocks the QC. I finally have to cancel and delete.
