  I hope someone can help me with my problem.

  I created an account of HP ePrint for my all-in-one HP Envy 120 printer and then changed the address of e-mail to something which I could easily remember.  So far so good.  However, as this printer could not copy or scan, I replaced it with another printer with the same details of the model.

  Then, I went on my HP ePrint account and deleted my original details of ist printer (as he has been appearing as offline and not connected) and added my new printer via the tab to add devices.

  The problem is, I want now to change this e-mail to my original email (easy to remember) address address but when I click on the option change Email, it is grayed out and cannot be changed.

  A specific ePrint address cannot be assigned to different devices... Your previous address can not be used on your new printer.

  You will need to select an email address unique for your new printer - sorry.

  I use a HP ENVY 5530 EPRINTER, printing, scanning, web copy and want to copy something. Its original size, I would like to narrow it down a bit. I went through the settings and made it very well. HOWEVER, where should I go from there in order to print.  When I go to RESIZE and hit done, the small screen displays 1 of 3, and if I come back at the beginning, I'm right where I started from; THE BEGINNING!

  You can try to scan the document/image rather than copy it.

  Once you have scanned, use the printing software to print the scanned document/image to what size you want. Printing options should be much broader than the copy options.

• Want 5530 Web services

  I just bought a printer Envy 5530. As he tried to set up ePrint services, although there is a strong WiFi to the network, an error appears when trying to connect to web services that says: "server connection error: the printer could not connect to the server." "Check Internet connection and try again or set a proxy address. I tried to disable the network connection and reconnection, turn the printer off and on again, reset to factory settings and even moving the printer closer to the wireless router in the hope of receiving a signal stronger. None of them worked. As far as I know, that we do not use a proxy server in the House, when I checked in the network settings on my Mac box was empty. Sometimes when I try to connect to Web Services, there is a message that says "current record: registration for web services is already underway." OK button to dismiss this message when recording is finished. "Nothing happens after that. There is no page printed with my request code.

  The reason why I bought the printer has been for the ePrint feature. If it does not, then it is useless to have the printer.

  Please let me know what other steps can I take to connect to Web Services in order to complete installation of my printer. Thank you.

  Welcome to the HP Support forums.  I see that you have been unable to set up your printer Envy 5530 ePrint service.

  Please define Manual of the printer an IP address manually and DNS servers.  I've included a link to another post I made that has instructions with screenshots.  Please do not worry that the screenshots are for a Photosmart printer, the steps are the same.

  I understand that you use a HP ENVY 5530 e-all-in-one printer with a computer of Windows 8 and you sent a scan of your computer using scan to E-mail and ask yourself if there was a way to get this analysis as you no longer have access to the email account that was sent to the scan. I would like to help.

  Usually when just make a digitized normal scan items will end up in the folder My Documents in Windows by default. Here is the document of support where I find this information - scanning from the control panel

  When you perform a scan to email, email is sent to the email address.

  You can check my documents on your PC to see if maybe a copy of the analysis sent there as well as the e-mail address.

  If the analysis is not located in the My Documents folder, it probably isn't a copy of the analysis that you will be able to get without actually analyzing the new element.

  My desire to 110 will be printed double-sided of the word etc. because it is set as default (both through the "HP printer Assistant" and "devices and printers", but when I send a document or print it ignores the parameter by default and print the front.)

  Welcome to the Forums of HP's Support.  I believe that when you send a print job to your Envy 110 use ePrint printer it does not print double-sided.

  EPrint currently doesn't support duplex (print on both sides of the page).  This information is found in the document Getting Started with ePrint under the FAQ entitled "are there restrictions when you use ePrint?

  Hello.  Recently bought a new HP Envy 110.  ePrint is working fine, but now is not.  I send print jobs and get a response to my email saying print job received and is being processed.  But nothing comes.  Very frustrating. But when I use google cloud print, it works very well.  So what's the problem with ePrint?

  Sorry I have it solved. It seems to have been disabled on my printer! Now fixed.

• HP envy 5530: E print app on my phone says this printer does not exist.

  I am trying to add my printer to my application on my phone and I get the error "this printer does not exist or you do not have access to him."

  I went on HP Connect site and it shows that my printer is online and ready to use.  I checked to make sure that everything has been updated. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

  Welcome to the Forums of HP's Support.  I understand that you get an error message when you try to add your printer to your HP ePrint app on your mobile device.

  If you get this error message when you try to add the printer to the application using the ePrint printer e-mail address, then follow the steps below.

  1. Please delete the app on your mobile device.
  2. Please turn off your camera mobile for a total of 30 seconds, and then power back on, please.
  3. Once your mobile device has completed its startup routine please download and install the application again.
  4. Please activate the application using your personal email address.
  5. After the activation of the application please try to add the printer by its address of email ePrint.
  6. If you still get any error message then, please call HP Cloud Services at 1-855-785-2777 if you live in the USA/Canada region. If you do not live the USA/Canada region, please click here to find the number of Technical Support for your country/region.

  I was delighted when I bought my new HP envy 5530. Prints well and I like the feature where I can emial directly on the printer.

  The big disappointment is the following... I have an Acer Chromebook. Use Chrome Web Store rather than the game store, so I can't download HP eprint. I can't install the software b/c I don't have a cd player.

  Is it possible to print on my new HP envy 5530 to and Acer Chromebook?

  Welcome to the HP Support forums.   I understand that you have a Chromebook and your printer Envy 5530 and want to get the program installation and operation.

  The first step is to connect the printer to your wireless network.  This can be easily completed from the front panel of the printer.  If you do not know how do steps are in your User Guide page 55 in the section titled "to connect the product with the wireless configuration wizard.

  Now that the printer is connected to your wireless network, we need to enable the web printer services.  This too can be completed the façade.  Please refer to the code of request for printer if you need assistance. Please set up your account connected HP or HP ePrintCenter.  Using the printer application code, you can now Set Up a Custom E-mail address for ePrint.

  Now that we have customized the ePrint printer e-mail address we can implement Google Cloud Print.  I have included the Google Cloud Print help with your HP printer to guide you through the process.  You should now print with Google Cloud Print.  For any additional consultation, I have included print a Page from Google of document.

  I have a printer Envy 5530 (new, never used or put in place) and I would like to use it to print remotely from my tablet. My tablet is running Android 4.2.2.

  I DO NOT have a computer and would like to know if there is a way to set up this printer to print remotely from my Tablet without needing to use a computer in the configuration.

  My tablet is currently connected wireless to my router which is not vacant ports Ethernet open if they needed to be able to print (although do if completely wireless would be preferred.)

  You can attach your printer HP Envy 5530 to your existing wireless network, and then

  (a) use Google Play/store to install HP ePrint app on your Android device to print when the TWO are on the same network.

  (b) that your printer is also an ePrint printer. You can send an email to the email address that you want to print (supported file formats) when you are away from home

  I just bought a new printer. I managed to download the eprint app and it works from my Iphone and Ipad. When I try to download the installer on my MacBook, I get a failure message. "Sorry for the inconvinience, but something happende for download etc."

  Welcome to the Forum from HP Support.  I hope you enjoy your experience here.

  I understand that you are unable to scan to email using your HP ENVY 5530 e-all-in-one printer.  I would like to work with you on this. I have some suggestions that could restore this functionality for you.

  When users encounter this type of problem in general, I suggest from scratch with wireless printer, webservices and scan to e-mail setup.  You can clear all of these parameters in a swoop by the factory default restore * your printer.

  Here's how:

  * Note that this step resets the setting up your printer wireless, address ePrint and other custom print settings. If you have created a custom address @hpeprint.com it is permanently erased. For more information about custom addresses ePrint, click here. In addition, you need to add your printer via Google Cloud Print, if you have completed this step. Click here for instructions.

  • Front panel of the printer, arrow down and select Tools
  • Select restore default

  Then touch the wireless icon, run the Wireless Setup Wizard to restore your network connection, and then tap the Webservices () and reactivate your webservices.

  If you are able to successfully reactivate your webservices, tap on the icon of your printer wireless () and make a note of the IP address of the printer.  Then, follow these steps to configure a manual DNS:

  • Enter the printer's IP address in a web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer) and press ENTER to go directly to this page.
  • Click the network tab.
  • In the submenu on the left, click Networking.
  • Then click on the network (IP) address.
  • Click Manual DNS server.
  • DNS preferred as 8.8.8.8 manual entry
  • Auxiliary DNS server entry as 8.8.4.4
  • Click on apply to finalize this change.

  Then, tap the scan icon and enter the e-mail address you want to scan to.  Then, recover the PIN than you should automatically receive and complete your scan to contact the installer.  Ideally, if you are able to get this good service will be fully functional.

• Acer A700 Tablet will print not to envy 5530

  I just bought a HP Envy 5530 and I love the printer. I could easily set up through my home WIFI network and have 3 different computers that print to envy.  However, try the print of my Acer A700 Tablet function, 5530 desire does not appear as a printer which can be "recognized" by the Tablet PC.  Is there a workaround that I can use or solution in a different way to be able to print to the envy of the Acer?  Thank you!

  I suggest download you the HP eprint app or HP all in one printer from the game store remote app.  If your new Acer Tablet running android, both of these apps should allow you to print to your printer wireless.

  After installation, you will need to ensure that your printer and devices are connected to the same wifi network.
