  The Adobe ID here in the forums have no CC registered to it, you can activate the CC to your Adobe ID twice. in case you have activated it twice, you have to disable among the previous machine or the third machine will give you the ability to disable from all the previous machine.

  You must disable (help > deactivate) installation on the old station.  then download and install on your new workstation using your serial number.  (that is to say, make sure you can find your serial number - if you need help with this, let us know.)

The only one who will install is the latest version of 64-bit. It will not 'see' my music collection no matter where I put it. I captured a single cd, so I could see where to put the collection. I saw where the new CD was recorded, so I put the collection in the same directory. She acknowledges not all songs. I heard that the latest version of iTunes has a problem of losing titles, so I would go back to an older version which doesn't have this problem and who can 'see' my CD collection. Good ' ol Apple will let me install a 32 bit on my computer version, and the 64-bit versions will not work for me. Can someone tell me how to proceed? I installed MediaMonkey Gold, who sees all of my collection, but I'm not much of a software GURU!

  It seems to me that you moved the library to a new computer, but for some reason, iTunes cannot read the contents. It might be possible that iTunes is pointing to the library on the original computer, to verify that use this item to select the local library on your computer:

  Here are the steps:

  • You say that you have a new computer.  I guess that's literally true, and so it has the latest operating system.
  • Open iTunes if you have it on your computer.  If you don't have iTunes, download it from http://www.apple.com/itunes/download
  • Use the iTunes menu to navigate to account > Sign In and sign in with your Apple ID.
  • Go to the iTunes under the "Music" setting store
  • Click on the link 'Buy' on the right side.
