  We are aware of this problem, this problem is solved by using BlackBerry Device Software 7.0.  However, this version of the software is not available for the BlackBerry Bold 9780 smartphone.

  In the meantime, follow these steps and test the cover of the album:

  1. In iTunes or Windows Media Player, select this option to change the albums
  2. Enter the correct Album for each album artist
  3. Transfer the songs to your BlackBerry smartphone.

  If your job is configured via BES or BESx then the icon is hidden by default.

  You have two choices: -.

  (1) in the main message box, go to the Options - the Inbox management and uncheck your personal account which will stop the e-mails contained in the main Inbox

  (2) in the pane all, press the Menu key and select Show all - this will show the hidden desktop icon - highlight and select view (if you want you can now hide the all-in-one Inbox) and then press the menu button and uncheck everything display.

  Check that your snapshhot Manager would be a way.  In addition, you can browse the data store, you should only see VMname.vmdk, or by cheque in the CLI

  I don't know if the GPS works at all the or not depends on whether the carrier allows him. But even if they do, it can be quite risky. I have Verizon in the United States and subscribe to the GPS service. I think it's pretty good - when it works.   I've seen this before. I would recommend downgrading to 7.0. This fixes usually it. I don't know why 7.1 does not work in some cases.
