  I know that this question. the VM (virtual machine) is NOT compatible with the Toshiba Flash Cards Support utility.
  The virtual machine affect the functionality of the FN buttons.
  Therefore, delete this system in order to use the FN keys.

  I just noticed that I can not access the internet directly by clicking on the icon. a window opens asking for me to choose the program I want to use to open IE.  He would then run the program but nothing happens and it goes in circles asking to select a program to open, run, etc.

  Soon I noticed that clicking on other applications would result in an error message saying "Application not found".  I can't remove programs from my control panel because it is inaccessible, I can't open Microsoft Office programs directly unless I go to my computer.  I can't do a system recovery or restoration; the same messages will pop up. So basically, I can't make any changes to my desktop or access directly programs.  Help, please.

  My computer is running Windows XP. It's after that I think I installed a program called ArticleMarketingRobot that I was no longer able to disconnect in the usual way. I.e. when I press "Stop the computer" at the bottom left of the screen, I don't get the three icons (red, orange and green) coming in the middle of the screen.

  Thanks for the return of the response.  Are you able to press Ctrl + Alt + Delete and reboot your system?  Did you run a full scan with your antivirus software and any removal of malware?  What is your antivirus software?

  Go to http://www.mydigitallife.info/2008/06/22/reset-and-fix-broken-windows-vista-file-ext-and-type-associations-include-exe-com-sys-zip-lnk-folder-drive/ and highlight the HtM and HtML options and click on each one in turn and follow these procedures to set the default values for Internet Explorer.  If all goes well, this will solve most, if not all, of the problem.

  Everything worked well, I enabled full windows, but currently no program but those built will be open correctly.

  What version of IE are you using?  Go to tools > connection to Internet Explorer to see the version

  Can someone tell me how to get PSE 8.0 to appear in the list of programs available (using Vista) when right-clicking on a photo? All versions of my previous PES (6.0, 7.0) appeared in the list. While Photoshop first elements is there, because I installed PSE 8.0 and uninstalled 7.0 PSE, I can't do a right-click on a photo and open it in PSE 8.0. I tried to reset the default programs and add to the list, but it simply does not appear. I don't know if something about installing glitched, although the program works fine - except that I can't open a picture in it without going into the program and then will OPEN, which is tedious.   Surprisingly, I don't see this problem and could easily associate Jpeg with Photoshop Elements 8.0 Publisher. There are few solutions available on the net and you can try to see if they work for you.   I agree. This is, by far, my favorite less "feature" of Windows.

  Looks like you'll have to (as you said) wound things manually. You should be able to go to the history menu (Firefox button > history) and look at the "recently closed tabs" and the submenus "recently closed windows" and restore a lot of what you had open. Also in the history menu, you can select "show all history" and can search if all sites you have been to.

  I never heard that the antivirus software has a bad influence on the sound, speakers or the audio driver.
  What you can do is to check the Device Manager if there is some yellow exclamation points.
  Also try reinstalling the audio driver. See the page of the Toshiba driver.
