CC of Photoshop crashing just after opening

Hello world

I've got Id and Adobe Reader Pro XI works very well on the CC, but Photoshop crashes whenever I open it.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, signing of CC and update my graphics card. So far, no joy. I'm kinda a noob to all this, so bear with me if this is a simple mistake.

I would appreciate really any assistance - as the online online help chat redirects me to call the hotline and call the helpline cannot be done at the Office of the hours... when I'm in a work desk! Gah.

My computer is running Windows 7, with an ATI Radeon HD 5670 graphics card. Now updated. Almost 5 GB of RAM and 1 GB dedicated graphics card, then that should be OK.

See you soon.

I just installed the trial version (I think) Acrobat X Pro.  I want to try out the features of edition of the Pro version before installing. I am not able to install Acrobat Pro DC because I'm on an old mac running on 10.7.5.

So, I was successfully able to install Acrobat X Pro, but now whenever I open a document it hangs and quits the program after a few seconds. Can you help me?

    Hi Sarah,.

Acrobat crashing on launch more likely seems to be a problem with the license.

    Try the following steps:

Delete all the files in the following folders:

    C:\ProgramData\Adobe\SLStore

    C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\SLCache

And delete all of the following except cache.db file

    C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\ Adobe PCD

Product launch and activate with serial number again and check.

  • Premiere Pro CS6 crashes immediately after opening

So, I recently installed the Adobe Production Premium Suite for Windows 7. I installed all the updates and everything worked well. Then a month ago, I went to edit in Photoshop CS6 and it crashed just after importing the files. So just out of curiosity broke down when opening anything in the suite, After Effects, first, etc. So I uninstalled, reinstalled and downloaded all the updates and everything worked very well. Now this nastly little problem has arisin once again. Illustrator and Photoshop seem to work, I can load files, edit, save, restore, etc.. But Premiere and After Effects won't start. First starts very well and I can create a new project and set up, but once I am finished it first is actually opened, it instantly before I can't do anything. All I get is a message saying Windows this program has stopped working and then just exit out. No first error message. I then decided to open the project file, its opening and creation has not crashed. I imported the clips, no problem. I selected a clip to start editing, and first crashes everything as he has done before. If this problem happens with the TWO CS6 first Pro and After Effects CS6. With After Effects, I get the error message: After Effects error: current Crash. Last logged message was: 4224 > < ae.blitpipe > < 2 > make new context. Then I click OK and a second error message appears, it read: After Effects can't continue: Sorry, After Effects broke down. Using After Effects and support, go to (Adobes site). If you can't always solve the problem, contact Technical Support of Adobe (2). (0: 42). Then Windows appears with his message informing me that After Effects has stopped working.

    Thank you!

Unable to launch fully is often related to the video driver. I'd go to AMD/ATI, check your video driver installed. If not the most recent, then download and install it. Note: there are a few problems with some of the latest drivers from AMD/ATI (especially in the PS CS6 forum), then it might be necessary to roll-back to a previous video driver.

If this isn't the cause, in your case, then you have come to the less ruled out one of the main causes.

    Good luck

  • CC of Photoshop crashes at the opening, but all other CC applications seem to work very well.

I just installed CC last night, so I have a lot of time working with the CC apps still... Bridge is works well since the beginning for a LOT of sorting and tagging the images for a day and a half, and I opened CameraRAW, a handful of times without problem, then tonight I tried to open Photoshop CC for the first time and got a bunch of strange on expired trials and problems of activation messages and other errors and then it crashed... At first, I think that my internet security software might hinder attempts to Photoshop to confirm licensing online, but I seem to have gotten smooth... so I no longer get the weird licensing error, but just after that Photoshop load very quickly get the error "Photoshop has stop working" and it crashes. After experiencing this problem I went and I tried all my other apps CC and first, Illustrator, InDesign, bridge all seem well... just Photoshop gives me questions.

I've tried "disconnect" and the signature in CC apps as suggested in the forums.

I use CC on Windows 7 pro. I have Master Collection CS3 and CS5 installed on this computer... but I uninstalled these completely before installing new applications. I had some errors in the installation of CS3 so I used the Adobe cleaning tool to ensure that the CS5 and CS3 was completely uninstalled before you start fresh with CC. I do not expect this previous software is at the origin of the problems, but I thought I'd give a full description of my situation.

Here are the full details provided in the error message when Photoshop CC crashes.

I got it working with the help of Live Chat technical support. There was some sort of error that happens with my graphics driver... something that was not a problem with my previous version of Photoshop is now a problem with the new version. I've updated the graphics card driver and software through the manufacturer's website and that helped me to pass through.

After updating the driver... at first it was as if I'd a while back... I'm a mistake period expired trial again on open Photoshop first, but then I tried again a disconnection and connection back to the CC, as noted previously ( http://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/cc-applications-crash-immediately-launch.html )... and this time, which contributed to correct the error of the trial and that time was not followed to crash (thanks to the update of the graphics driver).

I have an ATI Radeon HD 5670 graphics card. The previous version of the driver that I was running was not working with Photoshop CC. I've now updated the driver to version 12.104.0.0 and everything works now.

Thanks to the Live Chat technician who quickly identified my graphics as the question!

    The big idea:

I recently got Adobe CC as a gift. At the opening of my first place of Photoshop, [the title of this post]. I can open an instance of Photoshop, create or open a file, and Photoshop stops responding after a 10 to 30 second interval after editing the file, or let it sit open. I have tried many approaches to solve this problem:

    • Update my graphic drivers
    • Reboot (many times)
    • Changing the options of the printer (sounds ridiculous, but I had read that this was a resolution for some)
    • Disable the "autosave" of Photoshop (also)
    • Re-installing Photoshop
    • Which allows Photoshop more CPU usage and memory
    • Disable WiFi before you start (CC issue maybe?)

The program does not offer any newspaper crash after going unresponsive. Neither windows fade the window and offer him answer of "this program has stopped working".

I have also provided a wonderful video to illustrate this problem that you can view here.

This can be reproduced, believe me, an infinite number of times.

If you guys can help, it would be great. Also, I would like to know if I posted this in the wrong forum section. I found that I have a great talent to do that!

    Greetings,

For school I have to use Illustrator so I installed the trial, but everytime I run the program it closes just immediately once it is open. No error message what-so-ever. Just, it opens and closes.

It was installed on a clean pc, just bought myself a new pc. I tried many things such as:

    -Reinstall

-updates of pilot (who were already up to date)

-take a break from my anti-virus

    -internet disableing

    -disableing my graphics adapter

-put an additional file as one of the internet solutions proposed on this one.

-J' lived almost every solution I could find on the net.

I'm working on a Windows 8.1 with a GTX880M graphics card. And all the other Adobe products, I've tried work: Photoshop and first

Does anyone have a clue as to what to do? Or if I can somehow connect a mistake?

    Kind regards

There was one thing that I did not try, for those still getting this problem: 'go to 'C:\ProgramData\Adobe\SLStore'. Note that "C:\ProgramData" is hidden, you should see and exploit the hidden files. Move the SLStore and SLCache folders to another location. If you believe that there is no problem, you can delete the files that you moved. »

    Hello

We had a problem with one of our InDesign CS6 users, I feel that we have tried to implement everything. I will list them for reference:

    • InDesign CS6 uninstall through the standard "uninstall a program".
    • Uninstalling InDesign CS6 and by using the 'AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool '.
    • Tried to install using different disks.
    • Tried the update of the program (a few times he has shown there is no update).
    • Tried to delete the startup scripts and the removal of preferences.

    • Used several PC to test it with various different user accounts.

The only way that we can get this to work and not fall down just after commissioning is to give the user administrative rights, which for obvious reasons, is not an option for us.

    Hi Peter,.

It seems that I finally found a solution! One of my colleagues sent me so I thought I share it incase others have the same problem.

Here are the steps I took to make it work.

    1. create a folder on the root of C, as C:\UserTemp

    2. give users the rights to modify on the file that you created.

    3. run the following commandlines for each user change their folder and tmp %% hemins (need to be registered as a user):

    A. setx.exe TEMP C:\UserTemp

    B. setx.exe TMP C:\UserTemp

Basically, what this does is create a new TEMP folder where the user can get full access too, without having administrative rights. I was told that it works for all applications of CS6 not just InDesign.

Hope this can help someone else in the future and thanks for your help on this stone, troubleshooting.

    See you soon,.
