  I tried to update my 8100 to the 4.5 software.  I first updated the desktop to 4.7 software, then tried to update the device, but the process has failed.

  Now, when I open the Desktop Manager it shows not connected to the device.  I can go to the properties of the device mamager and select the balckberry, but when I return to the destop eat it says no device.

  It seems that whatever I do, it does not recognize the usb device.

  The display on the 8100 is company information only text, no graphics or by phone, and it is virtually unusable.

  There are options on the screen for some applications, but if I choose them, it says app not found.

  Is there a way to force an update to it?  Or I poohed this phone?

  I pulled the battery on the device it reboot and tried to return to a former Office Manager Update

  1. unplug BB from USB and PC. Restart the PC turned off completely.

  I hope someone can help me with my Desktop Manager. I can't it connect with my BB "BOLD".

  I downloaded the Desktop Manager 4.7 version (I already got 4.6, but could not get it to recognize the BB) and I downloaded the USB driver software.

  I have a HP m1217nfw print, scan and fax.   I'm on Mac OS X Lion 10.7.5;  After calling HP and several hours later, they can not resoulve this problem with my scanner doesn't work do not.

  With HP I uninstalled the printer, remove all software HP, Veryify permissions & repair disk permissions of the drive, update the Firmware, that HP and myself can think okay.

  The printer prints, copies, but the scanner will NOT scan.  This has happened since an update of MAC 10.7.4 to 10.7.5.  I talked to Apple numorus era and I was informed that HP has not sent a new version update.  HP told me that current software of the printer are supported for 10.7.3 to 10.7.5

  Now, I spent 2 days on this.   I had to pay HP for support, since I was 13 months with my printer, 1 month on my warranty.
