Creation of Cloud Setup file does not open
I'm running on Windows 7 and when I try to open the installer .exe for cc, it opens at all, and it doesn't have to all shows errors. All solutions?

2. did you of recent changes on the computer?
3 does happen with all programs?
Check and make sure that the Windows service install is running on the computer.
(a) click on start to reduce this includes this image, click run , type services.msc , and then press enter to open Services.
(b) right click on the Windows Installer service and then click Properties.
(c) if the box Startup type is set to Disabled, change it to Manual.
(d) click on OK to close the Properties window.
(e) right click on the Windows Installer service and then click Start. The service should start without errors.
(f) click on the file menu, and then click exit.

I tried all the suggestions (and there are many this seems to affect many people) please advise I already uninstalled and reinstalled 4 times nothing helps. I ran the adobe cleaner ETC. Please follow the steps mentioned below to delete previous files of the creative cloud and then try to reinstall it.
Remove the OOBE and AAMUpdater folders.
Mac OS:
- Exit creative Cloud Desktop
- Access \User\
\Library\Application Support\Adobe *
And/Library/Application Support / Adobe *.
To access the hidden user library folder, see library user access hidden files. Mac OS 10.7 and later.
- Find and delete the files AAMUpdater and OOBE
- Download creative-cloud

Windows:
- Exit creative Cloud Desktop
- Go to \Users\\AppData\Local\Adobe\
And C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe
C:\ProgramData\Adobe
- To view the AppData folder and program hidden data, see files, folders, file name extensions. Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7.
- Find and delete the files AAMUpdate and OOBE
- 5 re - download creative-cloud

My new Office Jet 8500 (A910-G) seems to correctly perform a scan to PDF, but the PDF file does not open, gives me the error message "the selected document cannot be opened" in PDF Complete.
I agree that it's a software because it works well with Adobe Acrobat. It's just PDF Complete (which was free with my HP computer) does not work!

It's actually an executable file which probably opens a file or a zipped folder.
If the procedures described above do not (or if you prefer another alternative), download the free 7 - Zip at: http://www.7-zip.org/ and install it and use it to open the zip file. This should probably fix the problem.

Does not open my encrypted file and the key is lost. I did it in windows 7 and my system crashed. I then restoed operating system, then my encrypted file does not open and the key file is on the same partition and also, he was gone. It of a personal record and is very important and punch. If your certificate and key are lost or damaged and you do not have a backup, you will not be able to use the files that you have encrypted.

Creative cloud cleaning tool does not open
I've updated my OS X to El Capitan, and my creative application of cloud Manager does not load one of my Apps (either to install or uninstall). I only get the current blue bars. I read through many forums on this subject now and most seem to say that it is related to a conflict with older versions of Adobe apps on my system, so I tried to wipe by downloading the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool. https://helpx.Adobe.com/creative-cloud/KB/CC-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html
But, for some reason I can't open this application. The dmg seems to go, but the program itself does not open. She bounces on my dock for a bit, then finally presents itself as "not responding".

If the links above do not help, please follow the steps below:
1 - Check if you have installed browser security extensions, please disable them. (For example: AD BLOCK, Advisor to Mcafee website, toolbar of internet security etc.)
2 disable the firewall of your machine, see Windows Firewall enable or disable - Windows help , OS x: about the application firewall - Apple Support
3 turn off the firewall of the security program installed on the computer Internet.
4. After this sign off cloud creative app connect and disconnect activate Cloud Creative applications
5 - go to: Apple icon > system preferences > Security & Privacy > General > "allow applications downloaded on" changes it to ANYWHERE (to make these changes click the padlock in the corner at the bottom left of this window and enter your password on the computer, they are temporary changes)
6 force Quit Adobe all activity monitor processes / end of task manager of the tasks in the same order as mentioned below:
- Creative cloud
- Basic timing & sync to basic support
- CC library & process CCX
- Adobe Common Desktop
- Adobe update daemon
- After that, everything that said adobe on it do a force quit for her
7 launch creative cloud app and connect

I recently downloaded Adobe Reader dc... I am trying to open a document on my USB... However the file does not open. It says "file not found".

Let me know what happens if you copy files from the USB on your desktop, then open it in Reader.
If the error persists, then try to disable the Protected Mode under ' Edit > Preferences > (protection) "and see if that helps.

Have a weird problem today.
We use RoboHelp 5 to work.
I opened a project help today and when I tried to open an HTML file, be it in the project manager, TOC, right click on a file and clicking Edition, the file does not open. He can't see in WYSIWYG or real Code.
I tried with several different aid project and had the same problem. My boss had the same problem after only a few years back and rebooted just to make it work. I tried, but it did not help.
Yesterday, everything was fine.
If you can help me with this, it's greatly appreciated!

I'm trying to install windows 7 from an iso file using Bootcamp assistant, Version 6.0.1 but unfortunately just windows installer does not open so I'm stuck with this black screen. I left my sit MacBookPro autour with this black screen during more than half an hour and after awhile, it gets really hot so I interrupted the "process."
I have reset the NVRAM (command + alt + p + r) which did nothing.
I followed the instructions of bootcamp. I downloaded the correct drivers for my model of mac pro book, I created a bootable and partitioned my drive.
The forum has a lot of "black screen problems" but none of their solutions worked for me.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

1. leave BCA creates the installer from USB, but not to partition your drive.
2. download the correct drivers to install Windows 7 and previous versions on your Mac with Boot Camp - Apple Support and replace $WinPEDriver$, AutoUnattend.xml, and the entire folder on the drive flash USB2 Bootcamp.
3. run BCA, connect the USB cable and click only the Windows Installer and test if the Setup program starts.

Whenever I try to open a Finder .indd file, it does not open... displays only the following... "the application 'Adobe InDesign CC 2015' is not open more." What a pain.

Try to restore your InDesign preferences:
Garbage, replace, reset or restore the application's preferences
If this does not work, you can use app creative cloud for InDesign to uninstall, and then reinstall it again.

You can try to uninstall the creative and any product Creative Cloud cloud with uninstalling programs to
Mac HD > Applications > utilities > Adobe Installers
Then run the cleanup tool and remove any cloud creative associates
