Envoy with that emails end up as junk e-mail

Hello

Some of my emails sent wives by themselves on other computers of people as spam. It sends a lot of emails for work and finds it difficult to keep a track on who gets them or not. It uses Apple's Mail on a MacBook Pro with OSX from Yosemite

Any advice on how to fix this?

In the Junk mailbox provided by their email provider (like Google Junk mailbox) or in a junk mail box controlled by the recipient?

Email provider usually screen messages to see if they are unwanted and then place them in the Junk mailbox. E-mail providers based on their experience and the feedback from users that mark as junk/SPAM mess. Alos, some providers have identified a few address the same areas as junk/SPAM or sent.

Without more information as an example of a message and the sending domain (after the sign at the address @) I can't really help

    Only correct e-mail users will be automatically assigned to the roles.

    So to prevent this create another role just for these accounts 'email only' and delete the existing to the new e-mail account role.  That's why the only user of electronic mail will not receive emails from workflow.

  • Junk e-mail filter does not work

    For two months, a lot of messages ended up in junk e-mail that are not useless. Here are the messages from senders that I received already very well. People in my contacts. Messages are not marked as spam by the Mail app. I tried a lot of things:

    There are two kinds of designations of junk e-mail. A type is based on what you thought Mail to recognize as undesirable. The ones that appear in Brown. The other type is that those who are designated as junk by the e-mail provider. These can be found in the junk e-mail folder, but are not highlighted in Brown and co not show icon only Junk.

    The only way to solve this last is to log into the web mail provider portal and check your junk/spam mail settings there. Often local addressbook updTing ok is very useful.

    My company recently moved hosting of emails to a new dedicated server (with Lunarpages - www.lunarpages.com).

    We have normal, ordinary POP3 e-mail accounts that is accessible through any regular desktop mail client (Outlook Express, Thunderbird, etc.)

    I put one of these accounts successfully on my Torch 9800 last week and had no problem. Yesterday I deleted this account in order to demonstrate to a co-worker, how to add a new account, and I could not add a new account by using the same parameters since.

    This isn't a problem of carrier or to a particular device (tried on several media and several BB devices, all without success), but it's a specific problem Blackberry. It is limited to my dedicated server as well, not all servers hosted by Lunarpages.

    I know I put the correct settings in the account name, e-mail server, etc, because this worked on my flashlight and the same settings continue to work correctly with other phones and email clients.

    I suspect that there is some kind of disagreement between my server and BIS. Can anyone suggest what the problem could be here still, or even who I should talk to?     Make sure that you have not activated your antivirus software analysis of electronic mail.  See www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3 which is often a problem with receiving and sending a message.

    Then, try to go to file | Identities and setup a new identity.  This will give you a new message store and a new registry hive (where all the settings and account info is).  Add your email account and see if it works very well.  If it sticks sometimes, make sure that you are not setting to check messages too often (like every 3 minutes or somesuch).  You can also try to increase the timeout for the server where this is a problem (Tools |) Accounts | Mail | Properties | Advanced).  See if who deals with issues "" OE gel.  If Yes, then you can use the file | Import | Messages to bring them from the old identity.

    I do not know that moving to Outlook might solve the problem, because they both use the same mechanism to retrieve messages.  If you still have problems, come on and generate a log file and when OE freezes, which could give some indication of what is the underlying problem.  Make sure that you disable the log file later, because this file grows enormously and can cause problems if it becomes too large.
